Just bought a used vehicle from Ricking Ridings. Peg Raney was our sales person. She did a great job! She was super attentive and made sure we received a really good deal on our purchase. Peg listened to our needs and helped us determine what would be best for us. Between Peg, Travis, and Chris, our car purchase was first class. Rick Ridings makes car buying easy!

I recently worked with Kyle to purchase a new vehicle. Ridings had the specific type of vehicle I was looking for and it was becoming harder to find this type of vehicle within a 250 mile radius of my house. I wanted to move quickly and was willing to drive 2.5 hours if we were able to work through the details on the new car and my trade. Kyle sent over photos & information on the new car and matched all the pricing I received from another dealer (that deal fell through). In less than 7 hours, I was driving home a new vehicle. Chris (Finance Manager) was terrific too. Great experience overall & worth the drive for me.

I had a great trade experience at Ridings Chevrolet! My salesperson was Peg. She was awesome! She gave me detailed information and close-up photos of the vehicle before I made the 2-1/2 hr trip to the dealership. She was not a pushy salesperson but was there for me as needed. Everyone was very polite when I arrived at Ridings and Peg was super efficient in keeping everything moving to get us in and out, and back on the road. She listened so well and worked hard to answer all my questions. It was truly a pleasure to work with Peg and the team at Ridings. Thank you to the team at Ridings for making my trade experience a seamless transition. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10am (10 days in advance), then I get there and they tell me it's not scheduled until 11am. I have three texts and two emails that showed 10am. I showed it to the lady at the service counter, and she said.... sorry, I can't help you! I live 45 minutes from this dealership, so I came back home very displeased with Rick Ridings Buick/Chevy. I purchased a truck from Peg, (she was great!) but I'll never return for ANYTHING from this Dealership!!

Peggy is absolutely phenomenal! Shortly after our son got out of the NICU our 2006 van broke down on the way home from a doctor's appointment. We knew it was time to get a new vehicle. We called Peggy told her what we wanted in a vehicle and within 6 hours we were driving off the lot with a 2020 Dodge Caravan. This was an unexpected purchase at a very stressful time in life. Peggy made sure that we were comfortable, had all of the information on the van, and all of the information of financing. She was with us every step of the way. She is the type of person you can't help but smile when you're around her because she has such a kind, funny, and trustworthy spirit. I have never had such a smooth experience buying a vehicle. She actually made the car buying experience fun and when the time comes to buy another vehicle I will definitely be going to Peggy. I cannot say enough good things about Peggy!

The touch screen quit working on my 2018 Silverado. I took it to the Ridings Chevrolet downtown Monticello. The place that I had; bought it from. My sales person was Peg Rainey. It was such a pleasant experience, in so much as her technique in no pressure, and wanted to be sure I was very happy with my purchase. This was very refreshing in today's world. I also purchased the extended warranty which I very seldom doWhen my touch screen went bad, I met with Chresta in service. Here again I couldn't be more pleased with her, in making sure it was covered by the warranty. My wife has dementia and waiting in the lounge for a period of time can be upsetting to her. Christa understood, and arranged for a loan vehicle for us so we could go home while repairs were being made. Everything with the repairs went exactly as she said and then was absolutely no waiting..Ridings is blessed to have the quality that these two women present. I will continue to use them for my future purchases, and will, and have, recommended them to all that are considering a vehicle purchase.Gary MerittSullivan, illinois

I give it an easy 5 stars since I bought a new truck with no trade and little money down. Not much to negotiate on. Sam did an excellent job of getting the information I needed and letting me know what he needed from me. Doing a little research and knowing exactly what you want and what you are willing to pay can save a lot of time.

They've correctly diagnosed an electrical problem in my Chevy Equinox (it was a torn wire underneath the bumper), but the diagnostic costed me $250, and they asked $850 for repair. Luckily I was able to take off the bumper and fix the wire myself (having zero experience in car repairs) using the information they gave me. So the service is good, it's the prices that are kind of steep.

Will was great to work with. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me options that fit that window. He didn t try to show me anything that would be out of my interest or price range. When it came time to purchase the transaction was simple and smooth.
