I love dealing with Casey and Lewis in the Service Department. They explain everything in detail along with estimated price when work needs done on my car. I only take my car to Rick Ridings for maintenance. I am always satisfied with the work done and they are very trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend Rick Ridings for vehicle maintenance or when purchasing a new car. They are all GREAT!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation about a month ago. They noticed that my emergency brake was damaged. They let me know and got me in the same day to fix it.This week they reprogrammed a key fob for me and replaced my backup camera.The service department is always so friendly and great at giving accurate pricing quotes. I ve only had great experiences with them! I would recommend them to anyone!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I scheduled brake service at Rick Ridings after another Ford certified garage advised I needed brake service before my next oil change and was given a 15 % coupon for future service. At the time of service, Louis, RR, advises me my brakes are good and he cannot reccomend any brake service at this time.Thanks to Louis and Rick Ridings for honesty and integrity in performing their business. And a shout out to our sales guy, Brad Long.

Took our GMC Acadia in for the first time today, we have had it for a year now but my wife usually takes it in for the oil change. She always talks about how the process is confusing and the people there are rude when you are confused about the process.. I thought she was over reacting, but no. When I went to leave I didn't understand where my vehicle was parked after the service, considering I pulled it inside from the beginning. When I asking questions, every one looks at you funny and was short with there answers. Definitely made me feel unwanted. Also, when I was told by the service.. manager?, I would be needing new tires by my next oil change. I asked if they gave a discount for tires since I bought the vehicle there. I was told, "no once you buy the vehicle, we pretty much forget about you." I live in Tolono and was only going there to get my car serviced because that's where it was purchased. I will be looking into getting it serviced closer to home from now on.

This my 6th visit to Rick Ridings and I must say that it is the best in terms of service. It is also my 4th Ford Dealership I have had work done and this dealership is the best if the group. The service manager is excellent and the mechanics are great. I plan on a long term relationship with this company.

I ve had horrible experiences buying cars but Jesse really did a good job easing the process, and communicating with the manager. Although I did not want to spend so much on a new truck they really did great. Tony in the back office had me in and out in five minutes and was not pushy at all trying to sell additional products. It did take them about 15 mins to get the keyless code for me, but I think that was a computer issue. The ladies and gentlemen at Rick Ridings did an exceptional job. Definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive for me, I m sure it would be for anyone. Go prepared with all necessary paperwork and I guarantee you ll be as happy as me. And if your a nervous buyer, ask for Jesse I know you ll be as pleased as I am.

As usual, the service department was on top of things and had our van repaired within a few days of diagnosing the problem. However, pricing for parts was a lot more than expected. The repair needed to be completed, so we went ahead with it, but $354.85 for a "caliper kit" seems a bit steep!

I have been out to Ridings several times for one reason or another. The most recent was this week because I had a leak in my tire. Turns out, I had ran over a nail. They were able to get it removed and patched for me in about 20 minutes!Service: TiresService: Tires

I love Rick ridings. I serviced my vehicle here and got a big discount which I didn't know about. However I didn't particularly like the customer service from the service center they were not courteous at all they need not show every customer that they are having a bad day, Gosh!
