Rock valve went bad "couldn't replace it". Rebuilt it instead. Still not working. 1025r worst purchase ever made. Service through Mt Pulaski IL, Clinton Il and Monticello Il worst service ever. DON'T BUY A John Deere. what ever you do. Do Not Do business with John Deere. AHW any location they all suck! Find a lemon lawyer first. Third function was a diverter and it failed in SIX months. Took over 5 weeks for failed service. It's worse than it sounds. Run away. .......

Great parts service, friendly, doesn't always have the part you need but can get it quickly. Clean/pleasant atmosphere. Pricey as what you would expect from JD. Knowledgeable.

Got a great deal on a new compact tractor from Rusty. Rusty and Gary are top notch! Great at walking me through the process. Explained everything in detail. I called a day ahead of delivery and asked to move the delivery to that day. They made it happen that afternoon. Couldn't ask for much more out of them. I would definitely reccomend these guys! If I ever need anything I know that place is only a phone call away. Thank you for your outstanding service guys!

Amazing company there techs are top in the industry they can take care of all your needs from lawn care to crop management this company has you coverd on all your purchases and repairs they also offer stihl brand products...there service and sales team go above and beyond

The parts department is extremely helpful. I will only go to ahw in Monticello. I dealt with Andrew Falk and I will say he went above and beyond. Great service

Ordered my new x354 lawn mower from Rusty Hilslope,couldn't be more satisfied with him and ahw! Rusty took the time to explain everything from different mowers and delivery procedures to different financing options, I was promised a brand new mower on a Friday morning delivered and that's what I got! First John deere lawn mower I've ever bought and as far as the sales go,I see its completely customer oriented cant wait to see how she cuts thanks Rusty you made my decision with your hospitality

The place to go for your John Deere products, none of which are cheap. Rusty and Larry are very helpful and courteous. Dale is excellent in the lawn and garden service department.
