Wish I could give 0 stars. Took my car to change 2 tires. Took my car to get aligned at another place and was told who ever put the tires they didn't do them the right way. So now I have to go back so they could do them the right way. I would not recommend this place at all.

DO NOT get your tires installed at this location, they don't know what they are doing. They told me they accidentally broke one of the wheel studs which I understand can happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. But as I was driving off the wheel sounded like it was about to brake off. I had to pull over and call a tow truck. They towed it to the shop where they found out they actually broke 2 wheel studs and left the broken pieces inside the brake drum which is going to cost me hundreds to fix. Terrible service. I should of just picked up the tires and installed them somewhere else.

Bought my wife a warranty for her tires at the Montgomery IL location. The service team refused to help her acting as if they were not trained to work on a Mercedes. She only had a nail in her tire. I would suggest to the senior management not to sell tires with warranty packages if your team is not trained on servicing every vehicle. I had to speak to the manager over the phone, suggesting that he make decisions to get this service completed on the same day. My wife advised that he used a manual car jack to lift the car up to repair the tire after an hour later. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I really appreciate good service. We didn't receive good service.

Fast oil change. Got there while nobody was waiting worked out well. Only took them like 30 mins if that and the changed my air filter. Only charged for the filter not the labor. Thanks guys

Great staff there! They had the best deal for my daughters car and even patched up the back tire for around 20 dollars. The front ones they replaced are amazing quality for the price. The staff was a bit overwhelmed so we had to wait a few hours but it was definitely worth it. The other tire places quoted me over 30-40 dollars more for each tire.

Was there to get a tire on a wheel all ready removed from vehicle. It was around the holidays so I'm sure they were busy. I was told it would take two hours and that they wanted me to know in case I wanted to make other plans. They didn't want to interfere with my day. I thought that was nice and I was sure I could keep busy. It actually turned out not to take that long and I was out of there in a little over an hour.

2nd time my appointment got bumped for another customer. Today, I had a 10am appointment to rotate my tires. Checked in at 9:45am and was told it would take an hour. I asked why, and the guy said there was another customer due in (but late) to have an oil change. I walked around the store until 1030am and came back to see that my car had not been taken care of, but the other customer's car was being serviced. Even with appointments, your time is not guaranteed.

Extremely disappointed. Came in to get oil change and headlights replaced. It was 630pm they close at 7. I asked how much for replacement of headlights he tells me $7.50 each. I agree to both oil change and headlights. He then asks which ones more important since we close at 7pm may not be able to do both. I asked if we can try to do both I would really appreciate it. I start walking around store as i wait. I get a call less then 10 mins later. sorry if you want headlights done it will be an additional $10 each. I'm like why, he said need to remove tires. I said ok I got them done 6 months ago and they changed for $7.50 each. He said policy change. I said ok i understand that please show me in writing since your more then doubling the price. Sorry he says i don't have anything to show you. I get it, they wanted to leave at 7pm. But that's just poor service a huge company like Walmart should not condone

When I showed up, there were 2 cars ahead of me and only 1 person working. I was quoted 1 hour for the oil change. I completely understand a wait at an understaffed location, and that's not the problem I had. After an hour and fifteen minutes, the car ahead of me was just coming out of the bay. I was told that I was next, but the tech had to find someone to pull my car into the bay because he couldn't drive a manual transmission. After another 15 minutes, and I still wasn't in the bay, I decided to leave figuring it would take another 15 minutes after to find someone to drive it out of the bay. I spent the next 10 minutes ringing the bell trying to get someone to give me my keys back. At the end of the 10 minutes, my car was being pulled into the bay, and I asked for it to be brought back out so that I could just leave. The tech pulled my car around to drop it off for me. It was the same tech that told me he couldn't drive a manual. When I asked him why he couldn't drive it before, but not he can, I was told, "Well, I didn't want to risk it, but I can drive stick for short distances". Uhm, if it was a risk, why did you drive my car at all? This was answered with a dear in the headlight look. After 2 hours, I left without the oil change and called customer service. I was told I would receive a call from the store manager. It's the next day now, and I still have not received that call.I still don't understand how it was too big of a risk to take to have a tech who doesn't know how to drive, drive my car before, but after a couple hours, that risk wasn't a factor anymore???

They need to hire some more people I want there on a Sunday and got an oil change for my car. I paid for the service and a representative said nothing to me about my battery. While driving home I noticed a piece of paper they have placed on my Dash telling me my battery was not properly charged. So I returned the next morning to get my battery recharged or replaced. They only had one person working who was complaining about his co-worker who have called in and to be honest that's none of my business and unprofessional. The gentleman then told me I'd be looking at a 3 hour wait just to Simply get my battery recharged at that point. So I left Walmart and went to Louie's in Oswego. Received great service and bought a new battery. I'm done with Wal Mart, what a joke!!

I don't know what it is here, but I can TRULY say I receive exceptional service with incredible prices every time! I get that having to get car repairs is very expensive and people do call in sick from work @ Wal-Mart. Maybe they should pay more or offer an attendance incentive? The prices for batteries, tires, etc. can NOT be beat by a long shot.I also come here for things the dealer will try to screw you over with. I encourage the one star people to try this location again and have a little understanding. Thankfully, this Wal-Mart is even here:)I came back to give them 5 stars, because they've come a LONG way here. This was my main Wal-Mart until I recently moved. But, I enjoy coming back every now and then. LOVE Juanita at the self check-outs!!! So sweet.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I was told my oil change would be a 45 minute wait because there was only one car ahead of me and 2 hours later I m still waiting! After explaining I was running late to an appointment because of this I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would just have to continue waiting. Wouldn t recommend this place to anybody, go to the Merlin across the street instead.

Hate this Wal-Mart Auto Care Center in Montgomery. Took my car to get an oil change last weekend and there was a 3 hour wait because they had 1 worker in the shop. This was on a normal Saturday. It's always like this here! I left and went to Merlin's next door where they got me in and out in 35 minutes.

The people were very nice and professional, but they desperately need better procedures and systems. The pricing was better than most, so if you can afford a bit of extra time compared to the competition, then Walmart is a decent choice.

Hey to buy a new battery for my Jeep on the Jeep dealership wanted $300 for a new battery. I knew that was ridiculous so they let me go down the road and I check the couple places and I ended up at Walmart because I could turn the car off and started again the battery that I got at Walmart was a $165 because I bought it there they didn't charge me to put it in period so I think that was a great bargain. Only problem was is that they left with a plastic At cover the terminals in my wind shield wiper Bay and I was wondering what the noise was and I got out and looked at it and I found the terminal Covers in their. When I saved a $150 so I can get past it

Horrific experience from start to finish! They are closing before the already distended times. Rude, unprofessional. exaggerated wait times and the inability to schedule accordingly. DISPOSABLE

I'm standing here waiting ... Brought my car in for an oil change. It's been finished for over 20 minutes and now the associate at the counter is trying to track down a manager to "audit" the work. I will NEVER bring my car here again. Thanks for the (lack of) exceptional service.

Great deal on oil change and tires. But you have to watch them on tire rotations they will take one off as if their doing it and put it back on. Caught them twice.

They open but can't take anyone til there is a tech on site, and then can't touch a tire that is 6 years old left with half of the job done

I don't know what it is about this specific auto care....Is my second time there for an oil change.....they have the poorest customer care skills, not enough employees. I think this department need more understanding about customer care skills...Is all I can say.

Had to wait an hour to get an oil change its like that every time I get a oil change an hour now I am sure it doesn't take a hour to give a oil change
