Devin was incredible to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and got my Apple Watch working in less than 10 minutes. There was no wait and this visit saved me hundreds on buying a new watch. I cannot recommend this store highly enough! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you so much Devin!

Samsung Galaxy wouldn't charge. Figured it was the charging port. In and out of shop in 20 minutes. Nadia took phone in back and started inspection by taking apart. Returned phone, showed me that charging cable now fits tightly into charging port and phone now charges. And, at no charge! Left happy and highly recommend the Montgomery location.

I cannot say enough great things about Devin,..newly promoted Mgr at this Co. location. Well deserved promotion. She deserves 10 stars!! I'm a business owner and rely on my phone for biz daily. I had a huge issue with my biz exchange email, spent hrs on the phone with the Co. I receive service from for this; and 3 supervisors couldn't help me with my email app issue on the phone after 5 hrs! I called this store, yrs back and the prior Mgr assisted me then, so gave them a call in the morning. Devin, is outstanding! She listened to my concerns, had me come in, with zero wait time, and fixed the issue immediately. She also looked at other things/questions I had and was so patient, listened, was understanding, and then showed me how to fix everything. She is a subject matter expert in the IT and operating systems of phones. Do not hesitate to call her or her team. I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a consummate professional and her expertise is unmatched. Thank you, Devin!!

I had an issue with one of my phones. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 . It has an internal error as it tried to do an automatic update and now the phone doesn t turn on. I called Samsung and told me to take the phone to this establishment. When I took it on Monday, the gentleman working there told me no worries , we will order the necessary parts to fix your phone. A couple days later I take the phone to get it fixed, they tell me nothing was ordered and now they are telling that they are voiding my warranty on my phone because it has physical damage due to an imperfection on the screen. But that they will fix it for a price. this place a joke and the people that work in this place are unprofessional scam artists that will rather void your warranty than fix it under warranty, so they can charge you to fix it and make more money since warranty claims makes them less money.

I am very disappointed in this company. I have never had a device fixed properly. This week, my daughter s screen that they put on a couple of months ago loosened at the corner. I didn t immediately race to the store to have it fixed, due to the fact that my child was home with 103� fever and vomiting every meal. The screen caught on something where it was loosened and cracked. They will not honor the warranty because it is cracked DESPITE the fact that it cracked because it was loose on the corner. Apparently they would have preferred me to leave my sick child at home and prioritize fixing her phone. They want me to pay another $200 to fix her 2.5 year old phone after paying $200 a couple months ago. My bad, they offered 15% off maxing at $30.The last time I used this place they flat out lied to me about Apple not accepting my phone for a repair without the original screen (after theirs didn t work) but admitted later it was a total lie, they just wanted the money back for their defective screen. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Never again. Save your money people.

Sorry I didn't catch the tech's name that was working the morning of 2/3/24, but he was great! My S22+ was having problems charging via USB so I figured I had damaged the port. He advised it might just be dirty in there so he'd try cleaning first ($30) and leave replacing the port (which would have been $90) as a backup option. Turns out I had some lint in there, so a quick clean later and now my phone charges from the cable just fine. I appreciate that he suggested and tried a less expensive option first.One slight dissatisfaction that almost took a star away - I made an appointment a week in advance for 10AM. When I got to the store at 9:55 before they opened there were already 3 people around the door waiting for it to be unlocked, and when I finally got in I had to stand in line. Took until about 10:15 to actually talk to the tech (working alone), and he had to check in items from a couple more people behind me before he could actually work on my phone. Took less than 10 minutes once he started on it, so I was out by 10:30. All in all not bad, but not what I expected for a 10AM appointment.

I waited a week for a new screen for my phone to arrive, but the wrong size was ordered, so I had to wait another week for the right part to arrive. Once the correct screen arrived, the experience was fairly simple. All of the employees I talked to were extremely helpful, straight-forward, and very nice.I do wonder about the management. On both occasions I was told I would receive a call when my part came in. I called the store both times in the afternoon the day I was told it would be there. I was told the box arrived the previous day but had not been unpacked and entered into inventory. This was at 12:45pm. Maybe more employees need to be on a shift? This is petty, I know, but the store needs a serious facelift. It is pretty ugly.I do need to comment about Asurion as a whole. I find it strange that the UBREAKIFIX stores in the area cannot look at each other's inventory. They do not communicate with each other for parts. It is the responsibility of the individual with the broken phone to call each store to see if they have the part needed or can even get the part needed.

The Montgomery Illinois location was great. Both girls do a great job. There was a very neurotic customer in there. He was not mean but he was difficult. The girls handled him perfectly.

I worked with a very friendly technician named Samantha D. upon my initial visit. She was great at explaining the process to me, working with my schedule, and overall customer service. I never would have thought the experience could have been so quick and easy. Would definitely recommend uBreakiFix to others.

Save your money and take your iPhone to Apple. Ubreakifix was going to give us substandard glass for the iPhone and needed some time to fix it.Best Buy could fix it too but they needed 5 days because they were going to ship the phone to India to be repaired.Apple, 1 hour. Walked out in one hour with a new display.

I was frustrated with this place when I drove here on Sunday and they were closed- their website was incorrect. However- I am 110% satisfied and impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. Service was done quicker than estimated, the techs are VERY knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommendation!!

My iPhone was completely dead in the water. Could not get it to turn on or do anything. I brought it into this shop and they tried a few of their tricks and got my phone to reboot. They didn t charge me and I walked out a very happy customer. Thank you!

Very nice guy I spoke with while there. Dropped the phone to get a screen replacement as it's a Google partner. They worked quickly to get the phone fixed in a couple hours which really worked for me. Good stuff.

Customer representative #1 was clear on time frame for repairs. Customer representative #2 was very courteous in checking me out. Repairs were completed according to original quote. All is well except If memory serves, I vaguely remember #1 telling me that the system will notify me when the ordered part arrives at the repair location. No such communication was received. Not a problem for me but I mention it in case the system really should ve sent out a message and didn t. Worth looking into if the case.The gentleman that seems to be the repair technician was also very courteous and patient with my questions.

It would be quite helpful for someone to answer the dam phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Been calling for a half an hour and it just rings, over and over with no answer. Regardless of what they may be doing, a business should answer the phone and at least ask the customer to call back. I d give zero stars if I could.

Very nice and professional employees. Was referred by Version Wireless, to check them out about a screen replacement. I was hectic and anxious at first. But they reassured the phone was in good condition and kept their promise and successfully fixed a shattered screen on an iPhone 11 in the most timely manner. Was pricey but in the time they fixed the phone was worth it to me. They had it done before I had to be somewhere at a certain time and for that. They deserve a raise. Thank you Techs you all are heaven sent!

Great staff who were very willing to help and explain everything. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix my phone but they were incredibly polite and did explain everything they tried. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the phone was returned a day later than I was told it would be ready at the latest.

Erick and his co workers did an amazing job. I not only had dead spots but Erick checked the battery and found it needed to be replaced too!!Dropped it off at 10:15 and the phone was repaired and ready to go within 2 hours.Great teamwork!!

I had my note 5 repaired at this location. The people that took apart my phone destroyed the back glass when they were taking the phone apart and then told me it would cost $40 for a new back glass. I opted not to pay them the addition money to replace it. Then after a few months, the front camera was rendered useless due to dust covering the lense because they did a poor job of sealing the phone. When I called and told them that they need to fix the camera cover they told me it would cost $100 because the 90 day warranty expired. Overall, they don t care about their customers and do low quality work. In the photos you can see the circular crack from their suction cup.
