Not really good at reviews but I'll give it a shot.My experience was actually really good. Being able to stay in my car while they worked on it was a big plus. Got a new born daughter at home and I've been crazy tired so I was relieved that I didn't have to leave the car and wait a long time in a waiting room. The people there were awesome. I forgot her name but the red head woman was kind and helpful.Okay that's as good of a review I can do

This was my first time here. I will most definitely be returning! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I am happy to highly recommend Strickland Brothers.The second visit was even better than the first. These guys are great!

As an out of towner it is nice to find a place that does not try to price gouge you. Paid $89 (with $10 coupon) for my full synthetic oil change. Easily $20-$40 cheaper than the other national chains. The point that sold me and assured my return, one of the techs showed me my engine air filter and said that it was good for another oil change or 2. As you all know that is always a "hard sell" point for the national chains. What I got was an honest assessment. Can't really ask for more than that. All of the people working were very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment, and I will definitely be returning, as they have earned my business. Nice work Strickland!

First time going today - wanted to check it out as it's relatively new to the area and very close to my house.Was not disappointed! Staff worked quickly and very efficiently. Claudia was especially great and very helpful when I had an issue with the rebate. Would definitely recommend - they've gotten a loyal customer today!

Super friendly, super quick. Cost 104 with full synthetic and special filter. They check light function, air in the tires, top off fluids, and check air cabin filter. They only do walk-ins which Is awesome since it s difficult to get appointments and sticking to them being a truck driver. Will be bringing back our other vehicle for sure . They also let you stay in the vehicle which is awesome so you don t have to get out the kids.

The team was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient! They explained the entire process and there were no pushy sales pitches. My vehicle did need a couple of filters, but again - the staff never pushed or tried to upsell unnecessary services or products. I wish I would have found this place sooner! The speedy service, plus not having to leave my car was definitely convenient for this busy mom!

I came here a little under a month ago to do an oil change after browsing on the internet in search of a reliable oil change auto service. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lady with red hair I believe her name is Claudia, she was very thorough and explained the process step by step. Her and her team's integrity and genuine care was very appreciated because in the automotive industry, it can be difficult to choose a reliable and trusting business to do your service. 5/5 stars, definitely will make this the place I come get my oil changes from now on! Will recommend to everyone I know! :)Definitely worth the price because of the service top offs that will help out in the long run. Thanks again!

Second time here for an oil change. Service was fast and every step was explained to me. I was in a different vehicle than my first time here (hybrid now) and the manager taught me things about my car that I didn t know. They managed to change my rear windshield blade whereas Discount Tire couldn t even take it off. Everyone is super nice and worked together smoothly. You get to stay in your car and a bottle of water is available to you. Full synthetic oil is reasonably priced compared to others. This is definitely my regular oil change place. Thank you all again!

I have found my new oil change place! Highly recommend. The facility was clean and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were personable, helpful, friendly and efficient. I can't recommend them enough. I also never had to get out of the car which was an added bonus. Thank you!!!

This is the best oil change service I have ever had. I was extremely satisfied. Claudia s customer service was amazing, and her team did an amazing job with my hunk-of-junk vehicle!

The idea of not having to get out of your car in this weather is definitely a plus. You just sit in your car and pull up to the garage. They ask what you need and ten minutes later you're done!!I was shocked at the customer service I was given. 3 of the working employees all assisted me and were abundantly courteous. I want to give recognition to Alex, Tony and Caleb for their outstanding service. I'll be back for the next time around. Thanks!

I tend to do my own work on my truck. After going there a couple months back with my wife's Ford Escape I couldn't help but try it again with my truck during these frigid temperatures. The first time the managager was the one who serviced my vehicle. He did such an outstanding job and his personality is what prompted me to bring my truck. While he was not the one who service my truck the technician did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Purchased my vehicle in 2019 with service warranty that included oil changes for 3 years. I ve continued getting my service through the dealer which can be costly. This morning I tried Strickland Brothers in Montgomery on Rt 30 & Orchard Road. There was no waiting, you sit in your vehicle where they communicate everything they are doing & you can discuss any issues. They checked all fluids & lights, I was out of there at $100 with synthetic oil. Will definitely be going back there.

The service was fast and pleasant, the techs were attentive, knowledgeable and fast. The prices are very competitive in the area, if you are looking to get your oil change in a timely matter this is your option. If you hate getting an oil change, then this is your place. Claudia, Alex and the rest of the team were amazing. I was in and out quickly. 5 stars! The customer service here from Tony and the rest of the team was amazing. I got an oil change today. The website even offers coupons! Strickland brothers also topped off my fluids and did a check on my car free of charge! Definitely found my new spot for fast oil changes and more.

Advertising for a 10-minute oil change doesn't mean 50 minutes. It's supposed to be convenient for consumers, but it isnt. False advertising to attract customers. Doesn't matter how good the service is if one thing is advertised and another given. For the basic services they offer its not even realistic to do in 10 minutes with the most efficient mechanic.
