Horrible workers there any time you ask to use the code reader it's magically lost what clowns. Few of the guys actually work but most the time it's just idiots. The way they look for things is how 7 year olds do absolutely zero intelligence. No wonder you guys make 10 bucks an hour you aren't even worth that.

I had an awful experience. I went in earlier today to purchase some sensors for my Nissan hardbody 1996 truck. I get helped by a young Caucasian girl she tells me my parts will be ready around 12 ish. So I come back at 12 I m excited for my parts to fix my truck, I get home and tell me why? Wait these aren t the correct sensors for my truck. So I go back and I get helped by a young man named junior and he helps me and I tell him I needed the mass air flow sensor for my 1996 nissan pick up truck and he tells me great ok i ordered the part for you but it won t come in till 2:30 wait nvm 5:30 and I say ok but I needed it today and then he proceeds to tell me to go to the o reily store in Naperville because he ordered it there. Once I arrive to the store in Naperville a young Caucasian man helps me and says we don t have it at all like we would have to order it and I m like are you serious. I had to drive all the way from place to another because these people don t know what they are doing. They really don t know what they are doing all because the girl gave me all the wrong parts to the truck now I had to go through the hassle, then to find you guys didn t have the parts in the first place is ridiculous. You guys should really know how to look for parts correctly instead of giving someone to waste their time and money to find that those weren t even the right parts in the first place. I never write reviews but this is honestly ridiculous

I came into get my battery checked. When I walked back in because they had to do a charge test I heard one of the employees say "you didn't hook it up" I thought nothing of it at the time untill how things unraveled.They told me that my battery was dead but they did not have a replacement there. I went to advance auto parts which is down the street and I bought a battery with them. When I went home I thought maybe I should of have them test it to. I called them they tested it and the battery was good nothing wrong with it. So now I can't return the new battery I bought because it's a electrical component. Now I'm out 200$ because of the neglect fullness of the employees at O'Riley. I would give a zero stars if I could.

Very Good service! And yet they all look dirty and unkempt like they slept In There shirts and rolled out of bed and came to work. Not very Neat and clean looking at all for a professional auto parts store . Basic parts areA bit over priced

Super well faced, the store looked great. We were in and out in under five minutes. They also had Little Joe air fresheners, which made my day.

Guys here are very friendly and helpful. Got a pair of headlights quickly and they even offered to install!

They were the only place that had my car battery besides the dealership. While they have a price match guarantee, they we're already priced the cheapest. The team (store manager & asm) provided great service and helped me install my battery free of charge. When I need my next car part I will visit this location.

Awesome store! This is my #1 place to go to. They are very helpful and will order just about anything if you need it. Many new faces, but they get to know regular customers right away

Place is ok. But got there on Sunday 2/22/2019 at 8:45 and the door was locked and the workers were inside doing nothing . Then they open the back door and warm up their cars. I just wanted to return some tools i borrowed.

bought a part and it was a default and they was trying to say it was something else and the dealer said it was the part and didn't know what transpired

So orieleys parts tend to have a longer life..usually cheaper price I go here first, friendly staff and usually low wait time

I had to shop at advanced Auto before I found this O'Reilly's auto parts. I always have preffered O'Reilly's and this one is no exception. The staff was super helpful. They even went and found the correct oil filter for me. No one ever does that I always get given a long number and need to find it myself. I absolutely love shopping at O'Reilly's and I need some more oil, and they just sent me a coupon via email! Mobil 1 5 quarts for under 30 bucks.... I'm coming back now! Thanks O'Reilly's for being my number 1 auto parts store!

Worst Auto store I've been to they have 1 person working nights. Line is ridiculously long and phone keeps ringing. Go to autozone across the street
