I ve only been here once but I will be back for every future repair :) great prices, great work, and great employees! I have received quotes from them for nearly half of what other places quoted me. Their work is still thorough and well done. They are quick too! I also think they have some of the best staff compared to other autoshops. I came to them as a 19 year old female and I never once felt dumb or belittled (as I often do from other shops). Don was the one who helped me out and he was such a kind and genuine person. He took his time explaining each issue with detail and making sure I understood. There is such a high level of respect and kindness towards their customers that is appreciated. They are completely transparent and honest with the customer as welll! I also loved that they were so willing to give me quotes for individual repairs so that I could figure what was in budget. It was a great experience coming here and I will be back. I reccomend this place to anyone and everyone! Car issues can be stressful and they make it a little less difficult:)

Very pleasant experience. Being a newly widowed woman it was scary going to have to go to a mechanic for the first time by myself. But Don made the experience painless. He explained everything I needed done very well. And the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to take their vehicle in.

The staff is great. They truly cared about getting my vehicle repaired properly. The gave good updates and prompt estimates. They worked with me when I had special needs for communication.Came back for more service on my 208,000 mile car. They were great again. They really worked with me to find the best and least expensive repair. Great work again. Just got an oil changed , but they didn't check my tire pressure, because after I left my tire warning light was still on. Also would be nice if the mechanics used a plastic seat cover to avoid grease or oil on my brand new car seats! Otherwise everything else ok.

I've been going to Mike More Miles for years. They are never pushy about repairs. They explain what's wrong and let me decide how to proceed. They always give me a ride to work and back so that I don't have to wait at the shop.

Bryan Buress will always have my business because of his knowledge, trust in assestment of only what needs to be repaired and fair pricing. I have depended on his expertise for 25 years since he operated his previous business Merlin's Mufflers. It's like finding a good doctor you can trust. You know you won't be taken advantage of and the repair is guaranteed. Watch out for fly by night alley mechanics who will disappear when you go looking for them after they take your money.

Called them as there was no pricing on the website, was on hold for 5 of the 10 minutes that i was on the phone. When I had asked the guy (Don) about their coupon on their website for an oil change but a cartridge and filter not included, he explained that it had to do with what car manufacturers are doing to cars these days and on my car specifically it would be about $117 (including the up charge my vehicle would require for the filter) for a full synthetic. Call anywhere around here, theyre doing the same thing he said. So i did, and here i am at the AURORA mike more miles getting the same oil/filter change for 74$. Long story short, be aware that mike more miles are franchised and do vary from location to location, but id be very cautious of going to MONTGOMERY as they clearly make it easy to add more expenses in on someone who may not know better.Edit: the owner claims that i did not know the engine of my vehicle in an attempt to justify the cost difference. They did not try to figure out my engine size (i have the 1.6L that comes with the lxs package and im pretty confident the larger engine size is only offered in the gt line). Even more disappointing to see a business handle a bad review poorly and try to point fingers rather than rectify the situation

When I gave my car to the shop I went for an oil change then I checked it beforehand and it was dry there was no leaking and once I got my car back from the shop it started leaking so I asked the guy why my car was leaking and he said I don t know I told him before that I parked my car over there and there was no oil but when I saw it in the shop it was leaking they broke my car and they charged me too much for the oil change Don t recommend

Place is great. My car died right outside their shop, pushed it in while they were closed and dropped the key. Next day gave them a call, explained what happened and they were friendly and reasonable with everything and had it back to me in a day. Will definitely go back for regular maintenance moving forward

I usually call ahead but they always have time to squeeze me in same day with whatever I ask. Never had an issue! I take my rs6 and my urs4 there for minor things!

They take great care of my car, are willing to answer any questions I have and don't treat me like I'm stupid when I get confused. The service here is genuinely amazing and they are all so nice. They always get everything done very quickly, and they are decently priced. I love going to Mike More Miles in Montgomery, and I can't say that about any other car place I've been to. I know that the owner Brian has my best interests in mind and will never try to sell me something I don't need. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic who will take good care of your car, go see Brian!

Every where else it seems you need an appointment for an oil change. Which I can completely understand how it would be helpful for them but we called them and they said although the would prefer it, they asked when we were looking to get it done. We said asap. They let us know we could bring it in today and they would be able to get it done. When we went to go pick it up my car is getting up there in miles and they suggested a service that covers a lot of things which I though would totally cost a TON to do and I feel the quote we got was pretty reasonable. They were fast, friendly, and absolutely not pushy on the service they were suggesting which is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommendService: Oil change

I ve been to Mike more Miles in Montgomery a few times in the past month. I needed a hub and wheel bearing replacement and they did it the same day and also shuttled me to and from my house so that I didn t have to wait in shop. They were also $200 cheaper than an auto shop I previously used for for the other hub. Just recently my car overheated on the way to work and I had my car towed to Mike s and they were able to diagnose and repair radiator hoses that had burst. Again, top notch service done at reasonable prices and most of all friendly service.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto maintenance

This Mike More Miles is amazing. Excellent customer service. I always come here for my oil changes. This time I actually needed work done, my exhaust and muffler. Don is awesome. He talked me through pricing when I got my oil change and then once I came to get the work done he actually showed me what needed to be done. He had my car lifted up and literally showed me how bad my exhaust and muffler was. I ve never had service like this before. The day I came for the service they provided shuttle service to take me home and also to bring me back. It was so easy, there like just call we will come get you. AWESOME. TONY was my driver he s extremely nice. And made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall the service was excellent cars running so much better. Oil change performed as well as routine inspection. Went over areas that needed attention by did not try to up sell services. Wait was longer than expected.
