I got my tires from Amazon sent to this location and scheduled an appointment for installation. I had coated my rims a year ago as well as my calipers and before taking my truck to get the tires installed I took a last look at my wheels for comparison once I get the new tires installed. At the beginning the service was good until I went home and tried to clean the rims that s when I noticed what they have done to my rims. I found many scratches and deep dents in each of the 4 wheels. I went back to the shop asked them to take a look at my rims of a potential cause because the wheels were not like that when I took it to them. A lady manager was not helpful she kept saying that their machine couldn t have done the damage and I asked how did it happen them if I didn t bring the wheels looking that way. Another employee working in the installation suggested that it could have been from rocks in the road.A second manager came into the investigation and took pictures to send to the owner hoping I get this issue resolve. I am very unsatisfied with the quality of work.

First time at Mavis in Montgomery. Great discounted service. I needed brakes so bad and they were quick, informative and shared all the options to meet my needs. Mavis will be my go to place for car services going forward. The staff is amazing. The store and waiting areas are clean. Best deal on brakes. Love this place!!!!! Best experience!!!! Farewell to the other car shops that ripped me off, had me waiting all day or had me waiting for days for basic parts.

Brought my own tires (new) to get swapped. Everything was great. After I took the car homebI decided to wash the rims since they were dirty from being handled. I got my rims powder coated days prior to this and when I was about to clean the rims I noticed they got chipped in different spots.. I called and was told it's the machine's fault and that's not avoidable. If you can do 2 rims without damaging them, you can do the other 2 without damaging them as well. I will get it repaired and Mavis will pay for it. I was told that the regional manager would be contacted to see how to go forward with such a case... If you're going to damage rims, make sure you have customers sign a form that they won't hold your business accountable.

Mavis Tire and Brakes just did me a solid. I picked up a nail in my tire right before Easter weekend (lots of driving for me.) They got me in and fixed it for free. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I ve always been happy to deal with the people at this location (Ruben was my technician today, super nice guy.) I didn t even buy my tires there, but I will next time!

I come to this location quite often when I need tires or wheel alignments but this day I came in with a nail in my rear tire and when my vehicle was pulled in for inspection another nail was found in a different tire as well. I was told that neither nail actually went into the tires,they removed them and put the tire into water to insure that there was no leaks. Also did a break inspection and gave me a recommendation on a service that s need.No charge,and the honesty about the tires was greatly appreciated. Could ve been charged $25 each tire. Thanks Tony

Very good place to take your car , the service is excellent they take care of you right away even if you don t have appointment. Good prices and honest work they do, they consult you before doing anything in your car and tell straight forward the problem and costs .

Mavis was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Tony kept me informed each step of the way, honest and affordable. I highly recommend!!!I ve had to go back for others cars and where most places would charge me at least $200 just to look at the car, Mavis didn t!

I went to have my Lincoln MKX repaired for the rotors and brakes. The guy at the counter was very helpful and polite. He even informed me that I did not need brakes because they were still good but rotors needed to be replaced. Excellent service I definitely will be back again.

My experience here has been great! The entire crew is great. Romell has taken his time to handle any car problems that I ve had and as a woman, dealing with car problems is the last thing I want to do. They take the time to tell you about the issues you re having which not a lot of places do. At least I ve never experienced it until I came here so I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly service and helped me in a pinch on a Friday evening before they closed. I needed a new tire as I ran over something and the tire was leaking. Got me in and out quickly. Highly recommend them!

Rommel was a great help today! I couldn t figure out why my tire kept leaking and he found a nail and told me it was repairable and saved me from buying a whole new tire! great service

Fantastic shop! Brought my car in around lunch time on a Saturday for a nail in the tire. They were able to get me in and patch the tire very quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful from checking to checkout! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience today as I arrived to put free air in my tires, I was approached by the Manager who asked me to park in a bay so that an employee can put air in my tires. The gentleman who assisted took his time to confirm all my tires had the right amount of pressure to ensure they are balanced. Thank you so much for your generosity and time!

The gentleman were extremely helpful and very clear about the Lyft inspection. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I will be coming back to this location in the future for my tire needs. Also, they have a free air pump when your tires go low. Thank you again for being convenient and helpful. I will be back when I need new tires.

What great service! I drove into Mavis Tire & Battery early on a Saturday morning as my tire light came on.. The technicians took my car straight in and found a piece of metal. They repaired the tire immediately and I was back on the road. I would highly recommend going to this Mavis for any and all service!

Car issues are never timely, but Mavis was able to get us in within an hour and fixed up my husband s tire quickly to get us back on the road. Very thankful for their quick and friendly service.

Brought them a Honda Ridgeline that wouldn't rev past 2,000 RPM. They replaced the battery without asking me and then called me and told me it was fixed and ready to pick up. I thought it was weird because the battery had been replaced a year ago and it didn't seem like it would cause that issue. I double checked with them that they test drove it and that it was fixed and they said yes. I arranged a ride to go pick it up and then it was not fixed and they wouldn't refund me for the battery that I didn't need. Then they told me it was the transmission and quoted me. I took it to a transmission shop and they said that my transmission was perfectly fine, and it ended up being a clogged catalytic converter. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I've had 2 terrible experiences with them now.

Tony was extremely personable and very informative when showing me what work needed to get done. Everyone there was very friendly and I will definitely be going there for future appointments; extremely reasonable pricing too! Time went by quickly and they had an excellent/comfy chair in the front.

Mavis was amazing! We were in town to see friends and woke up and noticed a bolt in our tire. We have a long drive home so we wanted it fixed before hand and they got to it so quick and made our day it was awesome!!

Hi Mavis tires and brakes by far is the best place to come to all of the associates are top-notch here top-of-the-line, and they re very extremely knowledgeable and they ll take care of you not only do they give you the best deal but they make sure you walk out of here satisfying. This is the one on 1971 Hill Ave. in Montgomery and Route 30 Hill and Ogden Road and this is a place to be no matter what if you have any car problems any car issues always come here and all the managers and associates and mechanics and engineers are best of the best of the best. I give them 100,000 stars every single person needs to come here for all their auto issues, and this is the only place they need to be here no matter what I have been trusting this place for years and years and years, and they are the best of the best in the industry, there is nobody better

Got a flat tire this morning, call other places to get it fix but it was a long wait. I called Mavis Tires and Brakes and right away they had an opening. Very friendly customer care. I highly recommended.

Got my tires changed at this location. I noticed vibration at highway speeds, and I did my own inspection and found that there was a piece of metal inside my front tire. I went back to the shop they took it out. And then my tire pressure light came on so I checked my tire pressures after driving about 100 miles it was fine until I noticed they took out my original tire pressure sensor and replaced it with aftermarket one and never even told me about it now im pissed. Do not go to this shop unless you like coming back for things these negligent employees do.UpdateI talked to the employees up front about it and the only information I got that it was done on purpose because of the one star review. But it's not the case since I wrote it after they did that. That part is not compatible with toyota so it will never pick up the pressure. There is no reason for me to come back there ever.
