Went in for a simple inspection in and out nothing was damaged I made sure everything was good. Manager tells me I need a new light and because of that I was going to fail. Everything was in working order I didn't understand. I also had the replacement light bulb in my glove compartment so I could just change it right away. They said no I need it to pay for the fail inspection and leave. Later he came back saying everything was good. So 2 weeks later I'm doing my oil change and I see the oil filter is broken and super tight. They put alot of weight into closing it, and I'm missing a lot of oil and the filter cap is broken also. No body but me does work on my car thats how I know that little Manager damaged my car. You can see where they hit my oil filter cap with something and broke it.

Service was fast and spectacular. I was in and out with great service. They told me everything they were doing every step of the way. Checked all my filters, belts, lights and fluids. Even went out of his way to tighten all the lug nuts after me explaining a situation I had the day before. Highly recommend Robert and his crew at Jiffy Lube in Montgomery. Great job!!!

We dropped off our daughter's car while she was visiting this summer for an oil change and tire rotation, having driven to IL from CA on a family road trip. The folks at Jiffy Lube in Montgomery were very polite, professional and did a good job on helping her take care of the oil change and tire rotation on her small car. We appreciate the friendly service from this family owned business.Services: Tires, Oil change

Came to this location because my car was in need of an oil change badly and it was open on a Sunday (which was the only day I had available to do and oil change). This place is the best Jiffy Lube location I have come across. They informed be that I have been using the wrong oil for my car. The other Jiffy Lube location that I had been going to never told me this. Everyone here is super nice. The manager even said to give me a 20% discount because I had to wait longer than what was quoted to me. Honestly I didn t mind the wait and it really didn t even seem that long. But it was still super nice of them to do that. Even though this location is a little out of my way, this location will be my go to Jiffy Lube going forward. Thank you for your excellent service.

It s not that I need you to vacuum my car but if you marked it down the last 3 times I have been there and it was clearly not done the last 3 times then HOW can I trust the other things marked done was Actually done? The other stuff is pretty important, but my trust in what you mark done was actually done. Instead you just go thru the motionsService: Oil change

I have taken our vehicles here consistently for years. They are efficient and friendly, and they are quick to help you out if they see something that needs fixing, but they are never pushy. Feels great to have a team working on you car that you can trust. I really appreciate their top-off service, as well. Highly recommend these guys.

So I'll be honest to me for a full synthetic oil change it was going to be 90. The guy told me and was super honest and even told me if wanted to save 10 bucks to come back on the weekend when the run a deal for 10 bucks off all day. To be fair I said no and went to go buy my oil my self as normally I change but it's too cold. But would rather be cold and save some money. That being honest guys and if someone who didn't know how to do this this place seems fast and like they actually care about you and your car.

This place is so courteous, professional, and willing to go above and beyond! I have been burned by places like this in the past, but I'm so glad that I found this team! The staff is nice, I've never had an issue with them being unprofessional. I do have one concern ... last time I went I noticed they were telling everyone they have the synthetic blend for their prior oil change, which seemed to confuse everyone. I understand there are sales goals, and while it's a good way of making people think this was a decision they made, it's dishonest. When you are dishonest to get a sale, it makes me question your integrity.

Good service, good prices. Only issue I had was that the oil pan cover on my Prius "came loose" after the oil change. There are 3 "push pins" that secure it and not quite sure how they came loose driving 1.5 miles down the road. But, they were nice and made sure they were secure when I brought it back.

I went in for service. Declined a cabin air filter change as I do it myself. When I later went to replace my cabin air filter I found it destroyed and improperly oriented in it's compartment. This lack of respect for my property is distasteful. This location will no longer receive my business.

The staff here is really nice. I know squat about cars and how to service them. My dad wasn t around and I never had interest in learning about fixing or servicing my vehicle and the staff at this location is always very friendly very informative and I really appreciate them

Stay away!!! They told my mom she didn t need an oil change yet charged her for one. Over filled her tires with air. She took the car right back. And instead of checking the levels added MORE air.You re better taking off taking your car to an actual dealer that knows what they re doing.Services: Tires, Oil change

I always have use this story for my car service and the service has been okay. However, today when I atop for service, they had around 3 cars waiting and two in a middle of servicing and 4 employees in total. One of the working in the bottom of one car the other looking around not knowing what to do, the other walking from car to car just looking at them and the last one disappeared. I waited around 20 minutes and nothing changed so I decided to leave to do my service in ono the place because I really did not trust my vehicle to this guys that looked unhappy in or no experience at all. I'm use to an welcoming environment in jiffy lube.

Fast, efficient, and with a great attention to detail. Jiffy Lube as a company tends to be a bit overpriced, but when I can getting/out in under 25-30 minutes and they go the extra mile (even cleaning off my windshield for me) it goes a long way in the customer service category

The ENTIRE team there is absolutely AWESOME. I never go that way to run errands . BUT I will always take our cars there now. The manager Tim is top star. The car was taken care of, it was fast and he honored my coupon! TEN stars should be the rating on this Jiffy Lube

I brought my Smart Fortwo here not knowing if they would change the oil since it is such a different car, being so small. I had also heard from other Smart car owners not to go anywhere except for the dealership. I have to say the manager came out and said they could change the oil. They were super friendly and fast. I highly recommend this location for an oil change and other car maintenance!

Good service. Nice attendants. Been going there for 2 years, but not anymore. One of the attendants stripped my emergency brake sometime while moving the car in and out of the bay. I didn't find out until a few days later. They never said anything to me. I will never go back her again. I doubt many mechanics would tell you if they accidentally broke something on your car, and this is one of them.

Service was excellent went in for an oil change they were polite and helpful even offered to vacuum my truck and filled up windshield wipers fluid. Great experience and fast service. Highly recommend this location to anyone nearby.
