Fernando and his team were very accommodating and their communication was excellent. I ve taken my vehicles there multiples times with tricky problems that were mis-diagnosed by other mechanics, and they were promptly fixed. I live in Joliet but I have no problem taking my vehicles out to Montgomery because I know and trust them . Highly recommended to all!

Been doing business with the guys at Frontline Automotive for years now. I have been extremely impressed with their service every time. Very honest and upfront about the work that needs to be done and it is always done in a timely manner. Very reasonable rates too. No hesitation in recommending this shop to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Frontline. They give it to you straight and fix it right the first time. I have yet to get my car back after repairs with the issue not addressed. And repairs under warranty are done without hesitation! Frontline is my go-to every time. I took my car in for a halfshaft seal leaking. They informed me that the reason the new one I had installed was leaking is becasue the bearing in the transmission had too much play. I had them rebuild the transmission and put new bearings in. Very reasonable pricing and they had the job done way sooner than I expected. They even put a new starter in since mine broke when taking it off. As a former mechanic I wouldn't have been upset about buying a new starter but they didn't charge me. They said it's nobody's fault but they paid for it. I didn't even know until I looked down and saw it when I got home and checked their work. This will be my new repair shop in this area. They are one of the few places I trust to fix my car.

Omar and Fernando are as good as it gets in terms of providing honest assessments, completing quality work, and just overall customer service. They service all of my vehicles and are able to tell me exactly what I need now and what can wait, with respect to the budget. Highly recommend giving this garage a shot. Had a motor mount placed and had lower control arm replaced. One thing is they didn't tight up the bolt on the lower control arm.Had it fall off when I was on the rd could of bend the Fram or cost me more money or my life. If I was on a highway with my kids,I would of crashed. I would never go back after that

As I been a customer for coming close to 3 years now. This has been the best place I trust to take care of my car. They give you honesty, great deals, and feedback about any questions you have. I met them as a college student with car problems and ever since they was able to work with me to get me back on the road and running like new again.

After going to different shops with no luck or help I decided to stop by at Frontline and let me tell you, I have no regrets. They were able to help me with a steering wheel issue I was having when no one else seemed to care or know what they were doing. Customer service was outstanding, in my experience my vehicles were repaired the way it should and it was done right the first time. Fernando did a great job at explaining and educating me about the issues i was experiencing with my vehicles. Absolutely the best guys for the job! My Acura broke down in Oswego while i was visiting with family while in from Texas, and omar and the guys helps me out of a very tight spot.They repaired everything my car needed for a fraction of what I was quoted from other places. I honest and truthfully do not know what I would have done without these guys...im a customer for life! thanks. God bless!
