The service was great, the team didn t push me to buy anything aside of what I needed. They give me my options based of what I needed, I will definitely recommend to make an appointment before trying to get your work done in a timely manner but I m sure if is an emergency they can advise you if they will be able to help you on the spot. Anyone can help you for any of your service needs but I personally interact with Brett, he is polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Brett and Bell Tire team from Montgomery for taking care of my vehicles, keep up the great work!

I want to give a huge thanks to James for making the process really simple. Very intelligent made sure all my questions were answer! Explained everything to me very detailed about what needed to be done! Also made some suggestions.-Very clean environment coffee was fresh, restrooms were clean . Very welcoming! Overall great service.-If your looking for new tires this is the place, can t beat they pricing!!Thanks to Allan and his team for the great work! Took very good care of my car was treated it as if it was theirs!

Professional staff and quick friendly service. Got an alignment done here. Was able to walk in and get in right away. Staff were great and got me taken care of. The rep also said they do free tire rotations. Nice large seating area with chairs and high top. Drinks and bathroom along with a TV available. I ll definitely be back.

I came in with my dad for a flat tire repair, and all the guys were very nice. My dad s car had been having a problem with the pressure sensor not turning off for a while, even before the flat tire. Even though they couldn t fix it, they tried their best many times to help us. It was a great experience, plus they did it for FREE. I was expected to pay around $30, but they offered free flat tire repair. I am pleased with my experience today. I will going to come back for different services.

I had come to this location to get work done on my car a couple of times and never had any issue until my check engine light came on. They had taken a look at my car for only a minute, and the guy came back saying I needed a new catalytic converter because it was bad and priced me at $1200. I could tell me wasn't telling the truth. I went and got a 2nd opinion at another location. Turns out all I needed was a new intake boost tube, and they had said my catalytic converter was perfectly fine. Just because I'm female doesn't mean I'm dumb enough to fall for that.

Great customer service with a positive attitude and don t upsell. I was very impressed by the way they treated my sister. They put her at ease while they fixed her flat and rotated the tires at no charge. I will be purchasing all my tires from this family owed business. Thank you.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff! They got me right in and were very quick. I had a slow leaking tire, they patched it right up. Highly recommend!

I came to Belle Tire in a panic. My brand new Tesla alerted me that my right rear tire was extremely low in pressure and I had to pull over right away. Luckily I was near this location, so I pulled in and walked in to the building. I was immediately greeted by Brett and he explained the process. The waiting room and bathrooms are so clean and comfortable, i did not mind waiting for the work to be done. They were able to repair the tire without needing to purchase a new one. I am s000000 grateful to them for their professionalism and their honesty. I will 100% be back to this location when its time to get new tires. I will also let my friends and family know that they are in good hands when I recommend Belle Tire Montgomery.

I'm a Discount Tire convert. The employees were super helpful and friendly and I didn't get the "ok little lady" vibe I often get when I take my car anywhere. I also love that there was a comfortable place to wait and work while my car was getting worked on. I brought my son and he didn't even complain because there were good snacks in the vending machine and a TV with cartoons. We will be back for sure!

This Belle Tire had the popular Climate 2 Michelin tire in stock. I entered the store at just the right time and there was no wait before they started installing my new tires. I would like to give special recognition to Alex, Jason, and Mike. They were excellent.

Great and super friendly employees. Clean and plenty of place to sit and enjoy coffee while waiting. Very happy with my product and my service. Most definitely will be back as they do so much more than tires!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, the kindness and honesty that everyone here shows is incredible, I've never seen a shop like this before. From what I've seen everyone working here at Belle Tire will not take advantage of you and try to rip you off like so many other places will. With all the stories about people getting ripped off from other places, it really makes you worry when you have to get you car fixed or taken care of, but I'll say don't be scared and trust the people here, they'll help you and be honest with you every step of the way. Alex the mechanic is incredibly helpful and knows what he's doing. From the first phone call to leaving in my car everything was amazing. I highly recommend this location !

The Montgomery location is top notch! Stopped by to get a quote on some tires and was super impressed that Mike Nilles came out and met me in the parking lot before I even walked in the door. Professionally ran, communicative, timely service and fair prices. Won't go anywhere else for vehicle maintenance moving forward.

Wonderful experience starting first call with Steve- who walked me through everything and pricing to walking in and being greeted by Brett who was already on the same page about the tires and oil change that I told Steve about the day prior. They were extremely flexible to check out a few questions I had about the car. I have 3 young children and before I could let my partner know to pack everyone up and come get me (thinking it would be a few hours being a Saturday)- a HUGE shoutout to Jesse who offered to take me home 4 minutes away. No questions asked. Car was ready to go within an hour. Everyone I encountered was professional and so friendly. I will recommend belle tire in Montgomery to everyone.

This is the only place I'll go for alignments, tires and in depth repairs. They really do it all and they have a great crew in the shop and behind the counter. Alex, Mike,and Bret have been a pleasure to deal with and always been very fair, friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much for all the help.

Great customer service! From the phone call to me walking in I was impressed. More so impressed with how clean it was. I came in because my tire kept losing air and they patched it up free of charge. I don't know any places that will patch a tire free of charge. Definitely will come back if I ever have any other issues.

Great customer service! Brett was super helpful, honest and knowledgeable with helping me get a whole new tire for my car. The service was quick and efficient as well. I appreciate everyone s help and will definitely be back again!

The sales rep I delt with (Brett) was extremely arrogant and defensive. I had a concern about being charged $46 for a transmission pan gasket because I found one for around $10. He immediately became defensive, telling me he doesn't use that site because it's garbage and he has "owned a business for years". After his uncalled for rant, he put in 10 seconds of actual work and found what I needed for $12. He will first try to charge you for the most expensive item, unless you have some knowledge of your own to find things cheaper. This was my first and last visit to this Belle Tire location, and it's solely due to Brett's arrogance and defensive nature. For a business that relies on paying customers like me, Brett does a good job of steering me away from this location.

NO KNOWLEDGE!! Well I would not Recommend this Location or Yorkville they are Mgr Alex Stores. Brokedown in Aurora after a Dr. Appt. only place available to get into as I was 2hrs from home. I new Alt was bad from no charge going to battery tested at O'Reilly's. Charged battery so could make it to Belle Tire. Jan 9,23 New Alt and belt put on.COST $250 for alt $20 for belt and labor $199.50. Purchased at Napa thru Belle tire.. Total $491 WOW!! Left store going down road home Lights start flickering and car starts surging. I take car back on Feb 2,23 this was next time up there had been on phone with Alex who is Mgr, Online review guy Jessie and Brett Ast mgr. Alex takes charge and hooks car up to run tests.. States Nothing wrong with ALT... I took upon myself to go to local Napa to exchange Alt but is Franchise Store so will cost me another $166 to get new alt..Called Napa Directly told them situation Escalating matter. I did my own Common-sense Test removed the positive charge cable to battery and started car under just battery vehicle ran better no surge or flickering lights.. SO ALT is BAD...Also may have damaged my battery putting in 15.3 to 16.7 volts to battery my Innova ODB2 states alt putting to much voltage may cause damage....Now trying to figure out how I can get warranty for part so no more cost but labor cost again By the Time this is Fixed between $800 to $1000 for One ALTERNATOR!!!! Disgusted and Angry With BELLE TIRE LACK OF EXPERIENCE!!!! See what Napa Corp Does now...

After some price shopping I had a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 AS's installed here and they were great, both the tires and people. The night before I applied for the Goodyear credit card for zero interest for 12 months (which was super convenient right before Christmas) and had a new set of perfectly balanced tires installed less than 24 hours later. Everyone there was super nice and it felt like a step up from Discount Tire where I've gone for decades and was always happy with them. Belle was just cheaper and zero interest on well over $1000 worth of tires is really hard to turn down. I also *highly* recommend Michelin PS4 A/S's! I know the CrossClimates are great, but if you like to hit the twisties a bit or have the occasional heavy foot off the line when you find yourself next to a WRX bro trying to race you but doesn't know your stock-looking Accord has 400hp, you're gonna want the PS4's ;)

Very friendly and good price on oil change. They did forget to fill my windshield wiper fluid. When little things like that happen, I always wonder what else they skipped over. I would go back, however, as everyone was professional.

Went to belle tire in Montgomery for an oil change and the customer service was outstanding especially by the store manager Cody! Store was clean and all the associates I saw were friendly and was made to feel like they appreciated my business!

This one in Montgomery is the place to go! No more Firestone or wallmart or mike miles! Professional, friendly and they are looking out for your best interests. Great place
