These guys are awesome. Daniel helped me select the correct lug nuts I needed for my boyfriend's pick-up truck. He only had 2 out of the 5 packages I needed but called another location closer and asked that they put the others on hold for me. Definitely awesome customer service!!!

The young man behind the counter helped me out. Checked the code that had my check engine light on. He said my thermostat needed to be replaced. He gave me a few other things to think about. Grabbed coolant and a funnel for me. I would highly reccomend coming here.

I d like to start off by saying that I live in Montgomery Illinois. In the past five years I have been recently divorced and had no idea of what I was doing when it comes to cars and maintenance. AutoZone store number 2593 has been my lifesaver, to say the least. I can clearly remember going in there and explaining to them what was wrong with my car and it could ve been the most simplest thing, however for me It was diving into the unknown. One of the first people that I dealt with was Bri. She made me feel so comfortable. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The support staff is unequivocally, one of the friendliest, kindest knowledgeable teams anyone could ask for. It s been five years and I continuously know that I can go in there and ask them any questions and they are more than helpful. I don t know what I would ve done without them. As a woman many times, we can get intimidated by not knowing the proper language that goes along with auto parts. However, I never felt this at AutoZone 2593. Bri and her staff were very welcoming and supportive. I hope that somehow my words reach back to AutoZone store number 2593. They need to know the difference they make to all our lives especially Women . Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This particular store has a wonderful young man by the name of lewis,!!! He fast efficient and knowledgeable, great attitude, service with a smile!!! With this young man it's one and Done!! Thanks arkansaw Dave!!

Guy inside tried selling my girl a $200 O2 sensor. It was $45 when I went in. His excuse was that in case she decided to drive and move to California she needs this $200 O2 sensor. When I went in he didn't say anything about it. Also the AutoZone across the way said this store has it in stock and checked for me.

Great store. I actually went to the Rogers Park 24 hour Auto Zone after midnight and the customer service man gave me the incorrect part for my car. I figured I'd test the rep. in Montgomery to see if she would do any better, without telling her anything different from make, model, year. YES, SHE DID ask additional questions and found the proper part.The Montgomery customer service expert gave me a discount for my troubles and she even installed it for me.

I had an issue with my driver side wiper blade not working right..besides getting awesome new wiper blades which they also installed! The lady there with the beautiful blue hair took her time to explain to me how to fix the problem really easy! Took me a whole 5 minutes to fix and they working like new! I cant imagine how much the dealer would of charged me for such an easy fix! THANK YOU so much for the amazing customer service..I already boasted to my family and friends the place to go! I'm sure I will be back soon! Thx a again team AutoZone!

I just want to acknowledge employee Axel R. From the moment I walked in he was super helpful and nice. He was kind enough to charge my battery even if it meant it was close to closing time, he took his time with us and didn't brush us off. He genuinely cared, it was such a thoughtful gesture, I mentioned that I had a 45 min drive home. Left the battery to charge came back about 5 mins to closing time, he had actually found the reason why the battery was not charging and walked me through what happened. As a woman who knows nothing, it meant a lot. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and patience. Give this man a raise!!!!

Walked in today to Autozone on Douglas rd. In Aurora today, with my wife to purchase new wiper blades for her Van. Daniel, the sales associate was very helpful on selecting the sizes that would fit correct for a vehicle. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've been coming here for over 12 years to purchase my auto parts and this has been my best experience yet. Thank you.

THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME! Kudos to management! I'm a single mom with three kids and AutoZone has save me a lot of money, time, and frustration over the years. I have been here many times and I have never been given bad advice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the diagnostic test is an excellent tool. They ensure that I purchase the right product, change light bulbs, and assist with simple repairs. Not to mention they are always professional. I have advised my children to go straight to AutoZone if they have an issue and need some direction. I trust their opinion. I also have a frequent buyer card that gives back $20 in a year if you visit often enough. Also, their parts are half the price than an auto mechanic would charge. I have no idea if other locations have such excellent customer service, but this one gets five stars absolutely!

Don t go to this location. Employees were unhelpful and the woman working there was beyond rude from the second we spoke to her. Planned on buying a new battery & carbon air filter from this autozone but we left to spend our money elsewhere.

Sold me the wrong part and after riding my bike 2.0 miles to the store called and it turns out that I got the wrong parts but the ones I need cost more now I have to ride my bike another 2.0 miles to pay more to get the right parts

Came in needing wipers. They had three varieties. I picked one that I have used before and the guy was awesome, he went outside to install them on my jeep. Truly a plus in customer service!

I took my SUV battery to charge there since AutoZone offer free testing and charging. The guy at the register took the battery and told me he will call me when it's ready. Before store closing I go inside and ask him and he tells me the battery is bad and he could not charge it. He advised me to buy a new battery (the battery was AutoZone brand and installed by Sears an year ago to fulfill their warranty). I refuse and leave. The next morning I go to another AutoZone (W Galena, Aurora) and they say the battery is in good condition and charge it for me. The register person at Montgomery Autozone was trying to cheat me and sell a battery.

I'm not good with cars at all. My car battery died so I had to jumpstart it and call autozone for help! They were all so incredibly nice and patient with me. My batter was so corroded and I didn't know how to remove it alone. The guy (I didn't get his name ) helped clear the corrosion and install my new battery for me! Whoever you are, I am forever grateful and will continue to be a customer at Auto Zone

Unknowledgeable parts staff looked up wrong. 3 or 4 times back and forth about the same part. Some staff dont care, dont listen carefully, dont ask they manager, because you request for rear parts they give u front parts, sooooo wth?????. Also the only autozone or autoparts store they can't find my old 2000 GMC 1500 4x4 truck with 5.3 all the time they said the only engine on that year and model 5.0 or 5.7. Wth???? Advanc or orealy in the same street with better customer service dont lost ur time.....

Went to get a battery replaced within warranty. But the one they gave me was only putting out 8 volts. Took that back and got a good one, but mechanic was closed by that time and had to wait another day.

I had been a loyal Autozone customer for many years but this last horrible experience we had will be the last time we purchase anything from them. It took me 3 trips to finally get the part I needed. We were lied to and spoke to by a very offensive man working at the Montgomery, IL store. This persons name is Chuck. Chuck was rude and had zero customer service ability. I called the store, confirmed stock and put a part on hold. Upon driving all the way to the store and waiting in a long line I was rudely told by Chuck that I was crazy and I had not spoke to anyone at his store to put the part on hold. He said that the part I needed they never carry in store. This was a lie as another Autozone employee at a different store confirmed his lie. When the other store called him he answered the phone "Advanced Auto Parts". Chuck is a horrible person/employee and this experience is going to cost the company as I am personally an influence for one of their, what was, fleet accounts. The company never bothered to call me back regarding the situation.Stay away from this store. I was told by the other location's employee where I did get my part that their district manager is also a horrible person and that my reaching out to him would be useless. (proved to be true)This is an honest experience and review.

Cam position sensor (Duralast brand) did not work out of the box- I then purchased a higher quality sensor. Auto zone manager would not refund me for this faulty item even though it showed in their computer that I had purchased it well within 90 days.I will take my business elsewhere.

Reasonable prices, enough variety of merchandise. Somehow the cashier does not know much about the auto zone reward card. I need to tell him to scan my card.

Junior changed light bulbs for me in the rain.... twice!!! What a great guy. I know nothing about cars and everyone here is always so patient and helpful!!!
