Employee there named Luis says he can help you fix cars but he's a scammer gave him around 1500 for car and scammed me big time which ok bc a mechanics lean is in process but he'll tell you he can get parts for cheap and what not but Don't let him scan you just a FYI

Tony provided great assistance over the phone when I asked about replacing a car battery. He also helped me replace my old battery even though it was 2 degrees outside. Highly recommended

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday to grap a gas cap. Doors are locked. Called their phone for 5 minutes and manager finally answered. Would not open store back up. Said didn't care if I called corporate and didn't care about my issue. Last time I do business there.

This place is trash besides them closing 20 mins earlier than what s posted their customer service is useless. Best thing that happened is have auto zone and O Reillys down the street.

Great the young man helped open my hood and checked my oil. I'm handicap and can't lift it. He not only checked it, but was so kind to put in what I needed. Definitely recommend them.

I came in today to return my old battery. My car didn't start when I walked out. Dan and Adam went above and beyond to try to get my car started. Unfortunately it didn't start and I had to get it towed. I really appreciate all your help especially that I had my 5 month daughter with me. You guys are the best and can't thank you enough for the bottom of my heart for trying everything.

First time going to Advance Auto and I will be back. Dan was very helpful over the phone providing me information. I purchased a battery online and got an excellent deal. Upon picking the battery up from the store Fernando offered to install it for me (in the rain). He did a great job and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will never go back to Auto Zone. Advance Auto Parts has way better service and prices. I will be back to them for my next automotive need and hope to see this same level of service next time. Very pleased!

Advance Auto Parts is a great store with great pricing, but this particular location gets 1 star... went in to get a battery but the babies that work here didn't want to install it because it was "too cold outside". Well welcome to the midwest, if you can't handle your job responsibilities then find a new job. Took my business and $200 purchase a few doors down and in less than 10 minutes later I had a new battery installed. This location has permanently lost this customer.

Went to oswego for my son to change oil he took me here to get everything luved they had a bundle sale with filter and oil. Good prices very friendly

Very knowledgeable staff. My first choice for all my automotive needs. They will assist you any way they can. Price match but usually the cheapest anyway. Install wiper blades in seconds. I believe they install batteries too. Test any dash lights for free. If they dont have a part you need they will order it for a later that day or next pick up in store. Order online and get a 20% discount.

My car died on me I asked if I could leave my car there I could pik it up in the Morning they said yes on top of that they jumped my car to try to start it . They went above and behond their job duties to help me. THANK YOU I truly recommend your store true customers service GOD BLESS U ALL

I have never been disappointed here, the staff is always VERY helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good stack of parts for most vehicles. I had gotten stuff for my motorcycle and my SUV. They are awesome.

the minute I walked in the guys greeted me made sure I was able to find everything okay and when I had trouble finding the parts I needed they knew exactly what I needed and where to find them I was in and out in 10 minutes and they were so helpful

Normally not busy and they offer a good selection of items. Plenty of parking and good customer service makes it a good place to visit if you are nearby.

What's the point in offering free services, such as check engine light scanning when you only have one employee working and you can't provide that service???

Went in to replace my windshield wipers front and back. Not only did they have them, they came out and put the new ones on for me.
