They don't stand up to their policies I tried to price match and employee tried to negotiate to a higher price. Won't be back.

Stopped in to get some metal polish. When I paid, I laid my wallet on the counter and forgot it. Called a couple of hours later and was told they found it and held it for me to pick up. It's nice to know you can still count on honesty. A shout out to Eric and Tyler. Awesome.

I was having issues with a purchased fuel pump that I was unsure where i bought it, and called the store at Monmouth IL and this guy Justin answered,,,Talk about awesome customer service,, this guy has it!! Helped me out even though I was half way across the state and broken down,, he explained to me that OReilly's is nation wide and any store will honor my warranty!! WOW I will only buy my parts from here from now on,, thanks again Justin!Bill

Won't be going there for any parts. I called and asked if they could help me get the last but off of the tail light so that I could change my bulb so I wouldn't get stopped by the police. The guy said no sorry we don't do that. Well sorry for wasting your time!

Great staff and prices. I always go here for all my parts for my Jeep. Also can do the diagnostic codes test for free.

Probably the slowest employees I've ever seen in an Oreilly's. Motivation or movement isn't apparent and the lack of general knowledge is.
