4 Stars SUPER CLEAN !!!!! And I MEAN CLEAN no garbage anywhere on the outer parameters of the lot, which is almost rare! Tons of truck parking nice green farmland surrounding the area. There s only 4 fuel islands, but they were all working and the garbage cans were not overflowing and they were also clean. The store is well stocked and organized and the women s restroom was super clean. I gave it a green button push. customer service was a little dry. No one said hello when we came in and no one was at the fuel island when we wanted to check out. Another downfall for this loves is that there is no mechanic shop so if you re in need of a repair or a PM service don t come here. Not sure when this loves opened but for it to maintain the cleanliness that it has, it s pretty impressive just missing a couple things, customer service and a mechanic shop other than that it s a Great Love s.Like my review and if you d like to start following me to see me on my Journey as we work and travel going cross country.

Chester Chicken in the Love's.Chicken was big and tasted fresh.Place was clean and the help was friendly. It was early in day around 10am..so you can't really tell about a place until the evening.

If you're looking for a hot shower with decent pressure, don't stop here. Water temperature is barely above room temperature with very poor pressure. It will take at least twice as long to take a shower because of the pressure.And if you're looking for coffee in the middle of the night it's hit or miss.

Being a relatively newer store at only 3 years old, the facilities were nice and clean. Showers were nice with good pressure. Also coming in during mid afternoon, there was plenty of parking. It was nice being able to shower without having to battle for parking or for a clean shower. The restaurants, Chester s and Godfathers pizza weren t worn out and tired. The food was fresh and staff was nice. I ll be stopping in here again.

Showers and bathroom is at least 10 degrees colder than the rest of the building. Not enough hot water to enjoy your $18 shower

Awesome gas station, lots of everything you need and some of the nicest public restrooms I've ever used! Also, terrific coffee... It's my new favorite stop.

This is a clean location. I loved that they had a little dog park (standard for Love's). Amazing chicken sandwiches inside - hit the spot on a long road trip. We drove from Michigan to Colorado and back, and stopped at this location to fill gas both ways.

Huge parking lot not even half full in the evening. Catscale and 6 showers. Godfathers pizza you can order a large here. Chester's chicken.

Good quiet truck stop...clean showers and plenty of good fresh food... parking never get full even after midnight.... so if u Illinois around this area or on Iowa close to Illinois border and is late don't think twice and hit this place..

This is a newer Loves with all the normal facilities. The showers will get the job done, but do not meet the standard I have come to expect. The water is warm, not even close to hot; I had to switch showers because the first one seems to self adjust between a burst of hot and then really cold. The second shower had mildew in the grout, the fan was covered in dust, the trash from the person before me wasn't emptied, and the air dryer didn't work. The clean towels in both seemed to be tossed haphazardly on the bench. I just didn't feel as refreshed after a long day because of these issues. Loves normally does better, but this one needs to step up their game.

Needed an emergency compressed air and it was out of order. A sign taped on and worn. Obviously been there a while. What is it with gas stations not caring about air.

5 am and no breakfast. That s unacceptable. Other Love s in Jacksonville has breakfast ready as early as 3:30 am.

this place is awesome! it's new and the employees are doing a great job keeping it clean. This is a commercial truck stop company thst opened tons of locations the past couple years and many are not as kept up as this one. The employees deserve recognition for having a great attitude and doing an awesome job!! the ones I came in contact with were really cool and personable. Chester's chicken was super fresh and delicious!!-to the guy complining about truck stop cigars....really? that was hilarious, like everyone knows about disgusting cheapo cigars-the guy about the $5/pizza ....dude you chose to buy truck stop pizza., you could have chosen not to. Also, I've read your other reviews, and they made me smile, so keep doing you.You're awesome!! all in all a great place to end your driving day and the dog park was clean, stocked and appreciated!!Thank you!!!!

Always clean, and every time I'm there which has been a dozen times, there's always a spot open no matter the time. Friendly people, showers hot and clean. Could use a better food choice but it's a loves and you know they all have unhealthy food

Two dryers not working, but the showers are all large and clean and very helpful employees. Out of the way area so there was plenty of parking available even late at night

People are friendly. Showers are clean. Laundry is available. Chester's chicken and Godfather pizza for food. Lot is clean with ample parking. It was a good location for an overnight.

Favorite stop in the middle of nowhere. Always parking here even late at night. Staff very friendly, great atmosphere, showers are always super clean.

I recently purchased a 5 pack of swisher cigarillo. While I was still at the checkout I gave them a squeeze and noticed they were crunchy and stale. I asked the woman working to please get me a fresher pack. She took my bag behind the counter where I saw her checking a few different packs she finally came to one she seemed satisfied with tossed in the bag handed me my items and I was on my way trusting that she gave me the quality of product I was looking for. I finally get home 7 miles away open my cigars and every one of them is stale and crunchy. If you cant be honest with me and give me quality merchandise because you're to lazy to find newer items that aren't stale or at least tell me you dont have what I want then I won't be bothered to return to you store.

I think this truck stop is quite different than any other that I have ever been too. Mostly because they have slot machines here and they are as loose as the ones in Meskwaki.

Excellent options. They have godfathers pizza there. Best ever. If you need last minute items present, they have a variety. One stop shop

Always a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat, gas, diesel, truck stop, park to take a break or a nap and they have showers available for around $15 for anyone that needs it.
