Ordered Bacon breakfast pizza and cheese pizza through door dash. Received 2 of these. When I called to complain they told me there was nothing they could do to make it right and it wasn't their fault as they had no way to contact me however dashers have the ability to call and message their customers. I have been a loyal customer of this location for years and I will never set foot in the store again. He also tried to say it would have been a 45 minute wait to replace 2 medium pizzas. I have worked for caseys and pizzas do not take that long and what happened to rush orders to fix your mess ups. I buy 2 dozen doughnuts for every school party for all 3 of my children every year guess someone else is getting that business starting right now. Horrible customer service. I even am a manager at a place that serves people through doordash and we contact customers through the dasher and replace food anytime there is a problem. No excuse for the way I was treated this evening

15 burnt boneless wings... Can't cook and can't count... Done with Casey's. 3 times in a row there has been a problem with my food. Update, I called the store and their solution was to comp me my next order of wings. Didn't offer to make the original order correct.

I called in the pizza but before the lady could tell me how long the pizza would take it sounded like she hung up on me. When I got to the store they didn't have my order. They took it again and I waited about 15 minutes for it.

So this used to be my favorite store. Now it s my least favorite. The beer cooler breaks down twice a year so you get warm beer. The card reader at the register takes 3 or 4 times to accept your payment. And they can t keep my brand of snuff stocked. The pizza is usually lackluster. I m taking my money to another store who has cold beer, my snuff in stock, and a freaking card reader that works the first time. If you re going to over price everything, then you should at least keep the store running at a premium. Goodbye old friend. I ll save money and lose the aggravation. I m done.

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend ordered a large taco pizza Saturday night for delivery. And when we got it there was off course no taco sauce again. The first time we called and requested the taco sauce to be bought to us we were ignored. Then the second we were told well you'll just have to wait. And I'm like they are eating the taco pizza now and they are like well we can't get it there right now you have to wait until all the deliveries with an attitude. Horrible customer service. Will be ordering from another one of the two other Casey's in town

Always polite staff. Clean store. Stocked well with huge assortment of candies potato chips.also great tasting donuts. The taco pizza is our favorite in town. Always fresh hot fried menu food when kitchen open.

A few days ago, I went into the bathroom here and left an upper decker in the toilet. It was one of the most fun things I have ever done in my life! The coffee was OK as well.

Ordered pizza on the way home from work. I ordered a Large all meat with onion, and a Medium Supreme/Taco. Easy enough right? I gave them the 25 minutes like they said, and got there, waited an additional 10 minutes just for the pizza to get done. Finally got it, drove 20 minutes home, dug in, and it was pure dough. No joke. Called and complained, told them about my order and they said they'd put us in the book to get the same two free pizzas for free next time we came in. Just called tonight, 10.2.19 and told them the name, and they said that we didn't have our name down in the book, and also asked if it's been 30 days or not? I told them no, and also told them that we were never told we had 30 days to come back and get them. He talked to the manager and she said no to the free pizza. We literally were 5-10 days after the 30 days, but still got told no. Casey's on Broadway just lost a bunch of customers from Oquawka, so much for the customer always being right.

Ordered my pizza on at a very slow time. Went late even to get it and the CHEESE PIZZA hadn't even been in the oven yet. AND then I had to cut it at home, I'd suggest sharpening that rocker knife and hiring someone who isn't garbage at their job.

Used to be our favorite place for pizza. The last 6 months, they have screwed up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Dropped one right in front of me, couldn't find it, had to remake it, wrong toppings... I'm going to take my money elsewhere from now on.

I am standing here as they are 10 minutes behind on my order. This guy has taken 5 minutes to open a can of pineapple lmao Was going to be a one star but bumped it up to 3 stars because the poor kid looked sorry when he said 4 more minutes lol

Excellent pizza! Awesome donuts.Not a ton of pumps for gas, but there is hardly ever a line. Easy stop off the highway.

Like the pizza.. HATE THE FACT THEY CANT GIVE YOU A TOTAL ON PICKUP UNTIL YOU GET THERE!! COMPLETELY CRAZY I CALL THIS BAD MANAGEMENT
