Steve and Mike were super helpful and so friendly. Worst snow of the year, I hit a curb causing alignment issues. When everyone else was closing, they didn't hesitate to look at my car for safety and then scheduled an appt next possible day. Great communication, great customer service, very reasonably priced. The convenience of the loaner car without changing my work schedule was huge and I undoubtedly will return for my future car needs! Highly recommend!!

These guys went above and beyond to repair my daughter s car! Steve, the service manager actually worked on the car himself because it was a busy Monday morning. I m two hours away from the dealership (my daughter is a student at Monmouth College) and they took care of her window that was stuck down while she waited! Amazing dealership. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

I hit a deer with my car and had bruce foot collision center fix it. My car looks beautiful again, thank you Brian and team.I also use their service department for oil changes and tire rotation, ect. Thank you Mike and team. Linda you so friendly and helpful in the office.Thank you,Sherry

Great small town, low pressure dealership! I came in to ask about a truck on their lot and they showed me a few others as well when it didn't have the options I was looking for. They let me test drive them all and the one I was really interested in overnight without any hesitation! I will be buying from Bruce Footes from now on! They handled everything with my bank and even got with my insurance agent to make sure I had coverage when I left the lot.. A++ experience!

Customer service is excellent!! Our Jeep needed body work done on it and it was done at a reasonable price and quickly. When we got the Jeep back the carpets and been vacuumed and washed and so were the seats as well as a car wash. I was very pleasantly surprised with this added bonus! Thanks so much for taking care of us!!

I came to the USA only a few months ago. My English is still very weak. Nevertheless, I felt very comfortable in the office of this company. I was greeted by kind managers and they offered me a car and allowed me to immediately do a drive test. The car was used, but nevertheless it was in excellent condition and it seems that it was well serviced. she also has a full history on carfax. This is a good company and I recommend it.

Oil change on my Malibu Premier. Scheduling was reasonable (called Tuesday morning.. got in Friday morning). Appointment was prompt... in at 0800 and out at 0845. $60 for an oil change I think isn't unreasonable in this area and if you are in GM's emailing list you get $20 off coupons on a regular basis. One thought... in their inspection they determined I needed a new air filter (showed it to me and I concurred). I had them replace it and in hindsight should have done it myself. $38+ for the filter and $15 to install it is a bit stiff imo. But otherwise a good experience and the staff is friendly

The staff at Bruce Foote Chevrolet is always very friendly and accommodating. We usually just wait at the dealership for an oil change. For a lengthy repair we have been able to use a loaner car. They make both the car buying process and routine car maintenance hassle-free.

Like most dealerships I'm very skeptical about taking my car there however at Bruce Foot. They are very up front and stand behind any work they've done on my vehicle. They are very prompt about getting it in. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at Bruce Foote. We came in from out of town to purchase a new vehicle, and Don made it worth the trip. They took great care of us and gave us top dollar for our trade. Buying new cars is not easy right now, but they made it feel like it was.

Went for some body repair after a deer hit. Very satisfied with the work they did in the body shop. The car was super clean after all they did. Can't say enough about their customer service, they always go above and beyond, thanks Mike and Brian.

I purchased a used car March 9th and was so impressed with the friendliness of each sales person.Had a couple small issues and they were taken care of immediately. All I can say is customer service is top notch. I'd recommend them highly to my friends.

I bought a car from them and they gave me a fantastic steal on it. It was used as is and the first day I brought it home it wouldn't start I called and they not only paid for the tow but the new battery which they weren't required to do! This was several years ago, I STILL have this car and she's taken me across country through H3lL and back again! If you need service Robert is a really nice gentleman and if you need storage they've got that covered out there too. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I took my vehicle here to have the engine looked at for a knocking noise. I was told I needed a new engine and it would cost $7,000 but come with a 100,000 mile warranty. I had this done in December and was pleased with the service. When the weather became hot I turned my air conditioning on and nothing. I contacted them because it worked great prior to the engine replacement. They agreed to check it so I took it back and picked it up the next day as they called and said it just needed freon. Two days later it quit working again so they agreed to check it over. I received a phone call that it would cost $1,200 to repair because it wasn't the freon but rear air conditioning lines. Obviously it wasn't really serviced the first time. I went to pick it up because I now feel I'm being taken advantage of and wanted a second opinion. Good thing I did... another garage ran dye thru the lines and tested everything. The repair costs me $127 and it's worked perfectly for 3 weeks now. To top it all off I just received a bill for a service charge of $80. REALLY Bruce Foote ?????? I will never take another vehicle back and not recommend anyone use their services.

I was in Bruce Foote today to have my truck inspected before having it shipped overseas to join my husband in the Army. Not only was the staff very friendly and helpful, but at the end of my visit when I was prepared to pay them for their work, I was told not to worry about it as it was complimentary . As the stress of moving is in full swing, Bruce Foote made my week a little brighter. Thank you to those at Bruce Foote for your kindness and great work! 10/10 I recommend Bruce Foote Chevrolet in Monmouth!

I got their invoice and wanted to negotiate holdback away from them, but some of the first words out of their sales manager's mouth were, "That holdback is MY money." I thought to myself, "No it's not, because now I'm not buying this car from you." I left within 5 minutes and had negotiated a deal at another dealership within the day for $600 under invoice. These guys do NOT want to give you a good deal, they want to bully you into paying thousands over their ultimate cost and take advantage of you.

I just love this dealership Don my salesman went out of his way to help me not only held a car for a couple days but helped me get financing when mine fell thru!!! I can't say enough about this place even the General Manager Mike just great people so happy I found this place!!!

I had a recall on my 03 Monte Carlo even though someone failed their job about putting my appointment for the recall in the computer they still had my recall completed in a timely manner
