After visiting a half dozen dealerships in the Quad cities this past month, we went to Zimmerman Saturday. Worked with salesperson Nathan Heard. He showed us the Honda Pilot, he was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to invest time with us. We went on a couple test drives. We received numbers, had an opportunity to talk with the Sales Manager and ultimately the Business Manager when finalizing paperwork. They offered us what we thought was a fair price and handled the transaction timely and efficiently. We would highly recommend Zimmerman.

The purchase of my new CR-V was great! Mike Jerrin was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He got my phone paired to the car and took plenty of time to show me the car s features. Eric in finance was also great to work with. The financing process was seamless. I highly recommend Zimmerman Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. Their customer service is the best I ve ever had!

I bought a CRV yesterday. Salesman Ben was hardworking. I felt their lack of team works as they promised something and take out the promise immediately. Upper management should be cooperative with lower management and customers. At the end, I had to establish my right. I always a peaceful person and want to see the straight forward commitment.

Excellent all around buying and service experience. Have purchased 3 vehicles from Vanessa D. and each time know I will be back. Watches out for the customer and ensures the vehicle is what they want and need for them. Will be back for 4th vehicle when the time comes.

We had a great experience buying our truck. Marty was absolutely the best sales person. He answered all of our questions, was relatable, nice and didn t once make us feel pressured. We bought our truck used and they had taken care of it as if it were brand new, it was very clean both inside and out. Would highly recommend both Zimmerman and Marty!!

We were in the market for a new vehicle. Our last five vehicles have been Honda's so it was just natural for us to return to Zimmerman's and work with the sales person we had used before - Randy Hill. We were trading our two CRV's for a Honda Passport. The exchange rate they gave us was very very fair. When our new vehicle arrived in January - we were informed that Randy had retired. Congratulations Randy. We worked with Mallory Harvey - incredible helpful and Tony Carroll who was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing us the workings of our new car. The business manager - Kyle Ruder was very friendly, courteous and helpful in the way he explained different options to protect our new vehicle. We just took our new vehicle in to have the cilajet applied. Service Department was very helpful and we are so very pleased with how it looks!!! Thank you very much Zimmerman Honda!

Vanessa Deriemacker is a great salesperson who is very personable, fun to work with, and provides a relaxed atmosphere without any sales pressure. Her fun personality was just what we were looking for. Vanessa is very knowledgeable of all the features and options available in the Honda line of vehicles, which is quite refreshing in a salesperson now days. We visited her many times during the week that it took us to make our decision and she was always available to talk with us and let us test drive any vehicle. She was very helpful in helping us choose the right car for our needs and is the main reason we chose to purchase our 2024 HR-V at Zimmerman Honda. When Venessa was busy helping other guests, Bryn Gatz was always there to assist us. In closing, we recommend purchasing a vehicle at Zimmerman and working with Vanessa and the Zimmerman team. A friend referred me to this dealership. They had a Buick Enclave he knew I would be interested in. So I called and I tried to make a deal with the sales person. Of course you know they got a run back-and-forth to the manager to make sure everything s OK I asked them to drop their price on the vehicle and he was only willing to come down about 500 bucks when I know they have way more money into the vehicle than that especially with the back end pack Few hundred more dollars and they refused the deal. I guess the thing that got me was the rude comment that I got from Mallory she sent it to me in an Email in other words, good luck on your adventure ha ha. So me being in the car business for 20 years I surely wouldn t appreciate that and I would ve fought a lot harder for a customer especially if I worked on commission I guess they re just selling so many cars they don t care if they sell a car or not

I had a very good experience working with Mike Jarrin on the purchase of a 2024 Honda CR-V. Mike was informative, responsive and respectful. I was able to feel good about buying a vehicle without being forced to purchase a bunch of dealer-installed accessories that I did not want. I wish more dealerships were like Zimmerman Honda.

It was time to get down to one vehicle. The car I owned was a very good vehicle and fairly new. My other vehicle was a a full size pickup truck, it to was fairly new. But I no longer needed a full size pickup truck. Having seen a fair amount of Ridgelines on the road I checked them out. I did try another brand, but with leg mobility that vehicle was not going to work for me.I went back to Zimmerman and Ben Jones my sales person and we struck a deal that both of us came upon. Started just looking and came home with a brand new Ridgeline.All of folks there were great to talk with and I couldn t be happier!

Bought a HRV here nothing particularly special about this dealership, I asked a worker if how much I can put on credit without a fee and he told me $3,500 when I went to do the paperwork the manager told me any charge to a credit card would result in a fee, ended up paying a bit extra. Other than that dealership was good, let me test drive the car alone and inspect it, they even put the car on hold for me for a week when I was deciding on buying it.

Salesman Marty Curry is the most easy and likable person to work with. He s knowledgeable, will get answers to questions if he doesn t know, and clearly is a hard worker. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful building, great folks in the service center, and no pushy sales! I had some routine maintenance done on the van, w a toddler at the hip, plenty of things to keep busy! Playroom, snacks, TV, and a pond w fish! Thank you for the excellent service!

Great folks that seem to really care. Had a terrible time getting other dealerships to even notice that I wanted to buy a car with cash in hand. Service department folks take great care of you, too.

I've purchased 4 cars over the years at Zimmerman. Their customer customer service is always top notch. The pricing is fair, when you compare. If you live in Iowa, do yourself a favor and check out Zimmerman VS that other place. I can guarantee that you will get better service from Zimmerman. They are still locally owned and have a great management team.

This was by FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW! I called 20 minutes before stopping and Mallory was so friendly and helpful in assisting set up a test drive. Every time we came in along the next week during the sale, Mallory always stopped to say hello! From there, Tony Carroll (our salesman) was an absolute ANGEL. He walked us through every option and was NEVER pushy or pressuring. He answered every question and was incredibly patient with me, my sister, and my mom. He worked with us to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with EVERY aspect of the car and the sale. He was so personable and really helped strip away the anxiety of such a big purchase with his friendliness and willingness to help. When I had some concerns with the mechanical functionality of car (after the 3rd test drive), Tony took it into the service department to have it re-inspected and worked on, free of charge. Tony really helped me make sure I felt confident in all aspects of the purchase. Kyle in the finance department was great as well!! He ran different financing options to get me the best rate and even though we didn't finance through them! He was very transparent and explained everything in ways we could understand. Overall, VERY satisfied with the customer service and my vehicle. If it's your first time buying a car, I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda as they made me feel informed & relaxed. I walked in with my entire family, looking at a minivan in the showroom. I had to navigate around salesman on Facebook. Not one single person asked if we needed help with anything. 15 minutes of looking around we decided anywhere else would be a better place to buy a vehicle.

So glad I found Zimmerman Honda! After trying to purchase the car I was looking for months in the Chicagoland/Milwaukee area and given false promises, lied to (told the car was in stock and when I arrived an hour later was told "it just sold") or I would need to pay ridiculous mark-ups, I finally found Zimmerman Honda. They were honest with me from the start, told me what they had in stock and were willing to hold the vehicle I was interested in so I could see/test drive it the next day. After arriving (at 4 PM on a Saturday mind you) Mike J. was extremely helpful answering all our questions, letting us test drive, look the vehicle over and we never once felt rushed to make a decision because they closed at 5 PM. When we decided this was the vehicle for us, Mike and Jeff stayed late to complete the paperwork so we could drive it home that night (which coming from NE Illinois was a 3 hr drive). I might also add this was by far, one of the easiest and quickest sales we have ever completed. If your looking for a honest and reliable dealership with no haggling, no mark ups and an honest sales team, then this is the dealership for you.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado on 9/18, and traded in my 2015 Chevy Impala for it. My salesman Tony Williams was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made my buying experience very smooth. We had been searching for an odyssey and were striking out at other dealers writing us off due to this car being hot and hard to find. Mike Jarrin and I texted for several days as we were searching for one with our criteria. Never once did he make us feel like we weren t a priority or that he didn t feel the need to earn our business, the way we were feeling at a few local dealerships. We were able to handle most of the negotiating via phone to save my husband and I a trip to the dealership until we knew we were ready to make a purchase. Given we were 1.5 hours away this was very appreciated. Mike was kind, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. You could tell he was educated and well versed on the vehicles they had to offer. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated for our business. You don t find this at a lot of dealerships and Mike + the Zimmerman team are top notch. Do not hesitate to work with them on your next car purchase. They re a class act and extremely honest!
