Paid nearly $700 to get a part of my AC fixed and one hour after leaving this business it started blowing out warm air. Now he says that another separate part needs to be fixed for and additional $200. Very unprofessional and I understand that parts aren t meant to last forever. He could have given me some professional advice (in the beginning) about the expectations and reality that by only fixing that one broken piece that others may give out . Recommendations about having the whole unit fixed would have been appreciated.I know the pandemic has hit hard for everyone but this man right here is a fraud and looking for a quick buck. He never gave me a receipt and I would like to call the city inspector on this business !!! Anyone else have a bad experience here ???Service: A/C installation & repair

Worst experience ever I have had with any car shop so far-1. Unprofessional - called me at a date and time and forgot, appeared that he never took the appointment. Told me to leave the car at the end and couldn't give me exact time he could see it, I had to leave it as didn't want to waste my visit.2. Bad Communication - never told me that he is going to charge me for inspecting a small visible issue which I already told him about and wanted to know the estimates. But he wanted to inspect himself I didn't know why until I knew he had hidden intensions to charge me anyways.3. Rude response - when I denied to get the work done on phone because he was over charging me (based on a CarX estimates I had in hand), he parked my car in a muddy hole.

My dad blew a tire. They had the tire, put it on the rim. Very fast, friendly and a good price. I will definitely be going back to them. Thank you for your great service.

I needed to put some used tires on the front of my husband's car and I was concerned about the back tires too and was going to do all 4. They could have taken me for all four but they called me back to let me know that they thought I would be okay and that my two back tires would last me through the end of the summer like I had hoped for. I appreciated their integrity and honesty.

I THOUGHT MY CAR NEEDED A SESOR ON IT SO I CALLED VICTORS AUTO TO TOW IT FROM RI BECAUSE I HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY FINALLY PUT IT ON IN ABOUT A WEEK AFTER calling them they told me the put it on and it is still not running and he doesn't know what's wrong with it. So I had to pay 250$ dollars to get my car back. When he towed it back my steering wheel was loose, my car had been ransacked (CDs and papers were everywhere) and my trunk lock had been tampered with. When I brought it to his attention all he said was he didn't do it. Maybe he left my car unlocked and it was vandalized I don't know. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

A friend of mine took his vehicle in to be repaired for one problem and his vehicle came out with another problem that it didn't have upon going in..! They basically unplugged his transmission gear box.. I guess it was done in hopes to have him spend more money with them...? Ultimately, his transmission got so damaged that he ended up getting another vehicle.! Another friend had the same issues with his vehicle also...! Don't go there...!

Love the small shops..highly underrated. I rather go here for repairs than a green Chevrolet. Reasonably priced and fast!!! Call ahead to make an appointment because they get booked pretty fast!!

I payed him to replace rotar and pads brake and all he did he replaced bads brake only .
