Great customer service. I liked that my tech was honest about my air filter not needing to be replaced instead of trying to make more money from me. Staying in the car while they worked was very convenient as well. I will return.

I used to go to this location for all my oil changes but since it was bought by Valvoline several months ago, the price for the exact same service is double. I was over due the last time I stopped in so I stayed and got my oil changed anyways but the staff was laughing about how quickly other customers were leaving the second they were told the new prices. One employee said man, that guy couldn t put it in reverse fast enough! It appears that they even know the prices are laughable. Now every time I drive by, there isn t a single customer there. I ll miss the convenience of this location but there s no way I ll ever return.

HORRIBLE. told me my total is $54. ended up paying $89. RUDE STAFF. DONT GO WITH MADILYN, CEDRIC, DEJAUNTE. cedric broke my covering over my engine. tried to go in my glove box. asked for a oil changed but was getting asked about my air in the car and everything.

The past owners were really good and checked a lot for oil change prices they want extra for everything On my paper work they even got my address and phone number wrong after looking at past paperwork. Doesn't matter anyway will not go back.

Prices are insanely high. Wanted to charge over $160 for just an oil change. I used to pay $80 for my oil change there a few months ago before it got new owners. They didn t reset my oil and asked me to do it myself. They kept trying to do other things to my vehicle that I did not ask. I said I want an oil change and that s it. People were very friendly but they had wayyyy too many people there working.

They didn t put my undercarriage cover back on correctly. It unscrewed while I was on the interstate. Tried to call them but they had the line busy so no calls could come in. Felt like they knew it was going to do that. Never going there again.
