I have been a customer at the Moline Illinois store for at least 20 years. I moved to Iowa but will always return to that location. The manager Tim is awesome and very fair. He always makes me feel like more than a random customer and my vehicles are always properly inspected and serviced

Have always received exceptional service with tires plus through the years. This shop is no different. Actually travel cross river because the staff and treatment is better. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Been to this location multiple times over the years with both personal and our fleet vehicles, and never had an issue.Called to make an appointment and asked about a specific brand of tire listed on their website as in stock. Was told they don't have that brand, but have another set in stock. Ok, booked the appointment for 3pm the next day. Showed up on time and 45 minutes later my car is still sitting outside. When I asked why, I was told the tires hadn't come over from Davenport yet. I said then why did you book the appointment, pick them up any time in the last 24 hours, or at least notify me of this when I checked in? No answer other than they didn't have a driver.Then the sales guy says I can get you in this other brand if you can't wait. Happens to be the exact tires I asked about on the phone the day before, so they lied to sell a more expensive product. Sat for another half an hour and watched their van drive off. Asked if that was them just now going to Davenport, was told by one guy it was the manager and another said it was a customer. Really, in a van that says Tires Plus on the side? Took my keys and left. You'll never see myself or one of our corporate vehicles in this place again.

The customer service was outstanding! I am a home health nurse and we had a terrible winter storm and my tires were not able to handle the road conditions. They got me in same day and had me back on the road seeing patients in need without delay. Highly recommend this place!

I recently went in to the Moline location to get schocks for my truck. After an hour long inspection they tried to up sale me on things I didn't need. Then they quoted new shocks at over $600. Now I'm getting robo calls from them. This place sucks. I will never go there again.

I was able to get right in and get 4 new tires the same day as I made an appointment. The staff was very nice !Very efficient!

These guys are solid. I've purchased 3 sets of tire from them and had several oils changes.Pretty quick, friendly & get the project complete correctly the first time.

Excellent service and qauily of work! Got us in quickly and 2 additional services with in a very reasonable time. Very friendly environment. Had exactly what I needed when no one else did!

Horrible experience. Watched an employee be rude to a young lady for just asking about the length of time. I had an appointment and it took 2 hrs before they touched it. When making the appointment I was told an hrs and a half. At no point did anybody apologize or even show any care the length of time. I'll never waste my time there again. I'm sure there's somewhere around here that understand customer service

Purchased new tires back in October. They cracked the plastic under my car. I didn t make a scene, it could have happened to anybody. Fast forward a few months later, I am replacing my brake pads and the lug nuts will not come off due to being over tightened by their impact drill. If I had a blowout on the side of the road, there would have been no way for me to safely change my tire. I d have been forced to use roadside assistance and would have had to hope the shop they towed it to carried replacement lugs. They offered for me to bring my car in and that they d help me get the lug nuts back off so I can replace them since there is no possible way to remove them without stripping. This is unacceptable but unfortunately fairly common in shops. My tires were great, however, the body damage and overuse of the impact make me apprehensive to use their services again. Beware.Update: Please see the attached image. Had to use a bolt extractor to remove them, pay to replace the lug screws, and one of the screws couldn t even be removed by the extractor. It snapped off. I would not recommend bringing your vehicles here. They will damage your vehicle and do not care.Service: Tires

Tire Plus set the alignment and didn t tighten the bolts back up and the bolts fell out and destroy the tire after only 10,000 miles, they laughed at me Tires Plus and said it wasn t their fault and they didn t put bolt back in or fix their mistake.WARNING DO NOT HAVE TIRE PLUS Set your alignment because if they don t tighten the bolts after setting alignment, they laugh about it and it s the customers fault!I am not making this up. This is true 100% true

They work well with either receiving and installing internet bought tires or buying directly from them. Only complaints I have had when it comes to follow up work. They alerted me of an issue while doing an alignment and told me to bring it back at a later date so they can check it again. Not sure why it couldn't have been fixed during my appointment. They failed to tell me it required an hour appointment and needed to come back because they were busy, so I came in for nothing and not sure if there is an issue or not.

I have never had better customer service. They were even happy and joking when they he was swamped!! Nice enough to admit they were really busy but went out of the way to get us serviced, and we did not even have an appointment. It was an emergency in which we needed to get our vehicle on the road, or we would be towed.I can't day enough good about the Moline store!!

I had some car issues while down in Moline, from Chicago. They took care of all of my issues in a professional, timely and efficient manner. They were able to take my car in on a Sunday morning and get me out within hours, the same day. Great service, have not had any issues with the car since. The guys were understanding and helpful to this emergency situation, shocking my they had all of the parts on hand. They saved me an extra trip down and money. I highly recommend them to everyone, true experts!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Online quoted price installed out the door + tax $612. Send my son in there to get the same exact tires. He s quoted $940??? after we call out the salesman and say why it says $612 online.. and the $940 here ??magically the number went down to $700. And said because it is because a Tax s ? I mean I ve never had to be a $300 difference between the online price and the in-store price that just goes to show I wouldn t trust any price points at this establishment that s kind of sleazy. We will just order tires online and have another company put them on. Would ve bought all four tires if you would ve gave me an accurate proper price, instead of trying to price gouge my son who is 16. Very disappointed in this company used to be a great company. Used to get all our car work done here not anymore not for the last couple years. I was good I m paying between $600 and $700 for a set of four tires on my kids Hooptie but tires plus try to say $940. Online $615

Didn't listen to my problem, said that they weren't told the chief complaint.. They man at the desk didn't relay things from the mechanic to myself like he should have and had no idea what he was taking about.. after questioning it, one of the mechanics wouldn't meet my eyes and treated me as "less than" after I called to cancel my appointment for next week, tire rotation and pull change and was hung up on. Had a huge problem last year that we felt like was taken care of... however after today, being a woman and asking questions instead of just handing over 250$ I guess that must have rubbed at least 2 of them wrong... I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, however after today I'm not going back

Was treated extremely rudely at this location and quoted an extremely unreasonable price. I m not sure if it was because I came in as a woman by myself, but I was immediately dismissed by a member of the staff. After explaining my situation, he insisted I would have to find a way to get my car (which was in a parking lot across town with only 3 wheels and on a jack) to this location to leave overnight, and he repeated multiple times it was because he wasn t starting nothing else tonight . I watched him interact in a friendly manner with multiple male customers while I was waiting for him to check inventory. I came in more than an hour before closing, and the same initial request was fulfilled by staff at Firestone in 15 minutes. Additionally, I was quoted a price of over $600 to replace my two tires. Definitely would not choose this location if you re looking to be treated fairly or not taken advantage of.Service: Tires

I can't thank Tires Plus enough for getting me in as quick as they did! I was on my way home to Nebraska after my mother passed away in Indiana and realized while on I80 I needed new front tires and an alignment. They got me in right away! Thanks guys!!

This place has one of the worse service in quad Cities, been here many times and today was my last one, bring my truck in with an appointment just for a flat tire, they told me 2 hours, I get back around that time, just to find out hasn't even been move in, they gave me the excuse that I was over booked, isn't the first time they do that.i would definitely get my business somewhere else.

If I could give zero starts I would this place is a joke Jamie C. sat and argued with me about my front end one my dad is a licensed mechanic he is deceased now so I know my way around a car smh two they did my alignment and didn t tighten my tie rod bolts back up smh the proceeded to tell me I was just a woman and I didn t know anything at all my uncle and my boss referred me to them never again I ll work on my own car before I allow these morons to remotely think they are gonna touch my car I COULD HAVE POTENTIALLY DIED HAD MY TIRE CAME OFF oh yea and Timothy you should hire better employees
