WOW!!! I typically come here for oil change but was in Milan and tried Costa this time. Costa didn t change my filter, didn t check tires, fluids or anything. I asked the guy if he put full synthetic in? He smirked and said yep. Sketchy characters there! So I decided to take time out of my day and come to trusty ok Take5 and have them verify! They were happy to oblige and just as I thought no new oil filter! I told them to go ahead and give me a real oil change. And that s when we found out that I had dirty oil from Costa! Such scammers at Costa I will only come to Take5 now! They are always on point and they don t try to unnecessarily upsell! Matter of face because I got ripped off from the other place they gave me a discount on my oil change and were very sympathetic of the situation! Too notch! I ll only come here from now on!!!!

I came on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy. One car already in the bay, another pulling in as I arrived, then myself. I was still in & out of there in 25 minutes. The car next to me was an elderly lady who was quite hard of hearing resulting in the guys having to repeat themselves often. No matter the first or hundredth question they were so patient and sweet. It was refreshing & didn't go unnoticed. They were professional and friendly, and didn't try to sell me unneeded stuff. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, showed me the dip stick after they finished and let me know about a concern they had about one of my tires! I would highly recommend especially if you are need an oil change immediately like I was

I get my oil changed at Take 5. I like being able to stay in my car. They give me a bottle of water while I wait. Anytime my tire pressure is low I just drive in there and they put air in them. They will also top off fluids as well. The employees are very nice as well.

3 younger dudes and they did an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, polite, and friendly. I know there tends to be alot of turnover in this profession so get to these guys while this group is still there. One of them will open their own shop eventually.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Experiencing a leak since taking my car to Take 5. I returned to let them know, in hopes they would tighten everything up, or replace the filter. The technician told me everything was tight and he didn t see a leak. This is a brand new vehicle and has only been to Take 5. I don t appreciate their decision to not err on the side of caution and perform a new oil change with a new filter. I was told to bring the vehicle back if it continues to leak-that won t happen. Take 5 will never receive my business or the business of anybody I know ever again. I ve attached pictures of oil spots in my driveway, but I guess it doesn t leak.

Oil change went fine as usual opted to do the recommended coolant flush that s where everything went down hill the two guys who did the oil change did not know what to do had to go get another guy who seemed to half way know what he was doing they couldn t get anything to work when connecting the machine wanted me to turn the truck on during the flush which after googling doesn t seem to be the correct answer but they wanted it running the entire time I have no faith that the service was performed correctly or completely and am not mechanically inclined myself to know what harm has been caused potentially but after watch and hearing the guy did not know what they were doing it doesn t leave a customer feeling very good after leaving and paying money for a service to be performed correctly

Sketchy service. Brought a Nissan Ultima in for an oil change. Told me they didn t have power steering fluid for my car and couldn t even check it since they didn t carry it. Are you kidding me? This is a popular car. This is the 2nd time I ve tried Take 5 ( the other one was in NC) and serve wasn t good. I will never spend money here again.

If your expectations are exactly what they offer, you will be satisfied. The price is right and I m in and out quickly, which is important to me because I use my car for work and really do not have much time to waste. The guy who rang us up was communicative and had good customer service skills, the whole process was painless and quick. The car s running great, thanks team. Service: Oil change

Take 5 does a decent job but they never have enough people on staff it is way longer than 10 minutes.. I was there all 3 bays were open several cars waiting only 2 guys working that makes no sense

Take 5 is awesome Xavieon took care of me yesterday. Checked everything made sure all fluids filters and everything was great. I go there all the time. Their service is always great and customer friendly.

The guys were fast and polite. They upsold their products without being pushy or intrusive. And it's great how they included me in each step of what they were doing and making informative decisions. It was my 2nd time there. I'll be back again.

Take 5 oil change by Walmart in Moline was the quickest oil change ever. They were very courteous and efficient. All of my questions were answered. They did not try to get me to make any other purchases. I would recommend it to everyone.

Crew was nice but had no idea how to reset my oil change light and no one made any attempt to try or even look it up they only referred me to my local dealership for assistance I could have just went there in the first place.

It was the first time taking my vehicle to a take 5 and the gentleman here were so good at explaining things and they were all kind and perfeconal. I would recommend this location to anyone I will be returning for my future oil change needs

The best experience at an oil change shop ever!!!! The guys took such great care of me after getting scammed at another oil change shop in Milan. I had to come here directly after my oil change near casey s in Milan because they didn t change my filter! And then I find out the oil was dirty too!!!! So I came to Take5 to have them verify and they were so good!!!!

Always great service, take your time but done in no time service. To stay in your vehicle always good for on the goers with many things to do and back on the road under 15 min. Not happy with the service 11/3/23...they only did an oil change.No fluids topped or tires checked!!!But he had mentioned earlier I'm able to come in to get fluids topped anytime!!! Will not visit this location again!

Website prices do not match onsite prices. Coupon for $5 off worked fine. 15 minutes total onsite, topped off fluids and tire pressures were good activities. They tout speed and $50 oil changes. After VIN check 95% of vehicles will magically jump to $90 basic oil change. You should just be honest and say these two cars could potentially be a $50 oil change. Everything else starts at $90. Update your website prices to at least match what is at the locationService: Oil change

I asked the person who helped me (I wish I got his name!) to put on my license plates because it was a recently purchased car. He did with no issue. He went above and beyond.
