Employees were quick, courteous, & knowledgeable about the different products! The price is a little high, but with the coupon it's reasonable & helps with the decision to use Take 5, without the coupon, I would probably shop around for a lower price....It's nice they greet you with a bottle of water, & top off your fluids, & welcome you to come back anytime to top off your oil until your next oil change is due!Thanks again!!

Literally the friendliest and fastest oil change I ve ever had. When I arrived I was greeted with a fresh cold bottle of water. They go over everything on the vehicle and aren t pushy with the sales like most places can be. You have earned a forever customer. Keep up the great work.

I really try to not leave bad reviews but after my last experience I don t think I will be getting my oil changed here anymore. There were 4 young men working and they were kind of ask over the place. My last oil change I had gotten the air filter changed and when they took it out the first guy said it needed changed. I politely told him no thanks it had just been changed the last time. Then the guy that drained the oil came out of the pit and took it back out and tried to tell me again that it needed changed and that it hasn t been changed in 5 years which my car is a 2020 and again I had just had it changed. He proceeded to try to tell me that it was dirty and needed changed and didn t want to accept that I had already had it changed by them. They didn t check the air on any of my tires and they were goofing around the whole time I was there. I get trying to get sales but if you are going to lie to get those sales that s a no for me.

Excellent service, got me in and out quickly and the employees are always very kind and helpful. They topped off my tires and my windshield wiper fluid when I came in for an oil change. 10/10 would recommend, if only just for the kindness of the employees.

My first experience with them was amazing. So when my battery cables stopped tightening and I needed to replace the cable hooks, i thought of them first. I pulled up and told them, "I will do top end oil change and other stuff, as well as pay extra, if you could add the new cable sockets." They pulled me in, making me think they would do it. I paid 300 for all the other work, then when I paid, they told me they couldn't do the main thing I requested. They have lost ALL my future business. Take 5 Went from my first thought to my last.

The guys were so nice they offer you a bottle of water I could actually see everything they did on my car very happy with Take 5 am going to be a regular customer sorry guys about my oil filter but you can assure my car will never go back to that new oil change place in Milan. Ty for the great service

Nothing but a excellent experience! Everyone was fast and professional. I will use them again! Their synthetic is a full synthetic not a blend. I used their mobile 1 brand.

Fast and efficient, Good people work there, Miss the coupons I use to get all the time. But overall great quality product and service. Had them, change oil , air filter, even had coolant flushed there.

I have never had such great service getting my car oil changed! Ashton, Kory, and Braxton were amazing during my visit to the Ave of the Cities Moline, Il location. I would highly recommend this place get your car oil changed for the service received.

It was quick, friendly, helpful,but way too expensive. A few years back I could get my oil changed for$35. I paid $150 for wipers and oil change. I realize it s the economy and inflation. It SUCKS! You guys were great though. See ya again soon!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

You can charge whatever you want. But $126 for a simple synthetic oil change! I could had the Lexus dealer do the same thing for same price. Don't bother with apolgies, coupons or discounts I'm NEVER coming back. Follow Up SEE they responded with worthless coupons... so my $126 oil change would only be $100 NO THANKS! Good luck with all the other SUCKERS!

New premium wiper blades streaking in rain storm 2 days after installed.Techs changed blades, same result.Tech comment, maybe your windshield is slightly malformed!Was not a problem on previous blades until they became worn, and reason for replacement.Left Take 5 without resolution. Disappointing.

Service was ok at best. Left a mess of oil on my engine compartment after taking oil filter out from top of engine. And the prices for an oil change are ridiculous. Will not be back

Great place to get my oil changed. Been going there for quite some time now. Give5 stars but one thing is price of the synthetic oils pretty pricey.

Thea was very quick and attentive to what I came in for. I came in for my fluids to be topped off and was in and out quickly with no issues. She was kind and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend

Feel like I was screwed. After taking out the old oil, I was told that I did not have the option of the economy choice. $100 oil change is ridiculous. I will NEVER go back!! Complete and total ripoff.

Spitting chew spit on the ground before saying hello, everyone appeared to be very hungover or even high, didn t wash windshield or ask about cabin air filter. I ll just go somewhere else
