Sales man was awesome, never pressured us to buy or pick.. They made it happen on our new Bronco purchase. The knowledge was exceptional and they walked us thru everything before we left. This is our second vehicle purchased from Sexton and the same salesman. My wife drove all the way home with the biggest smile. Thank you again!

I had a very good experience at Sexton Ford this week.I've been looking for the past few months for a specific used minivan with under 90,000 miles that was within my budget.I was driving through Sexton's lot a couple of weeks ago and saw a van that might work, but that van was not the one for me.Their salesman Damien took down my name and number and said he'd contact me if he saw a van with the mileage and options that I'm looking for.He called me two weeks later, said they just took in a van on trade and this van might be what I'm looking for. I went by later that day and that van was exactly what I was looking for, a 2016 van with 80,000 miles and it's in my price range.Since the van was just traded in earlier that day it had not had a chance to go through mechanical inspection yet. When I test drove the van it had a couple small issues but they were more than happy to resolve those issues before I purchased the van. We negotiated a final price and I picked up my van the next day.As I mentioned previously overall it was a good experience and Damien did a great job. I travel for and I searched dealerships all over the state of Illinois looking for this van. And thanks to Damien I no longer have to drive through dealerships every night.

The physical repair of the care was fine. But the games surrounding it are not acceptable. We paid for an extended warranty. Service could see we purchased the warranty, but nothing was in the computer from Ford so they could not start the repair. A 30 minute job took 2 days because someone couldn t/didnt enter info correctly. Along with that, when we bought the car, they gave us the code for the keylesss entry. It never worked. We asked for them to look it up again as what they had given us was wrong. They attempted to charge us $100 extra for giving us the correct code. Always check your invoice people-they will try and get you at both ends.

We Just purchased a Toyota Rav 4. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Richard answered all of our questions about the car. There was no pressure to buy. Richard spent a lot of time going through the car with us. Richard even located a Carafax for us with the cars entire maintenance history. We look forward to purchasing our next car at Sexton Ford.

The service here is phenomenal the workers are so nice and kind and explain things you don t understand. They don t up charge a fortune which is amazing and they tell you everything that is wrong if you choose to change it all they will if you choose to not change it all right now they won t pressure you. They work with you to get your car fixed without breaking your bank! Casey is absolutely absolutely amazing so sweet and kind and very on the ball with the phone calls and updates!!!

I feel like the service dept did a decent job with our repair on our 2015 F250. We had new plugs, wires and a new computer module installed. We won t know how good of a job until we drive it awhile. They were good aboutCommunicating that the part was going to take a long time (about 3 weeks) and they asked if f we needed to have the truck to drive while we waited. That was considerate, but we left it there so they could work on it right away when the part arrived. Our truck was kept in a secure lot and even inside for much of the time. We are just very happy to have it back and thankful that they seemed to have taken good care of it!

All in all good job as always,but each time I find something that could be improved,in the past I've found the rubber shields for my skid plates were not reinstalled correctly (twice) then,this time I had quite a bit of oil draining out of my skid plate,it actually left a trail of drops from the garage to the parking spot they parked it and a couple 3 inch diameter spots,under the oil pan area.Doesn't give you a good feeling seeing that.

I can t say enough about Sextons. I made an appointment, for my work truck ,they understood I couldn t work without it , got it right in ,in the morning diagnose the problem let me know right away. What was wrong gave me pricing for two different choices but most of all they got back with me ASAP and didn t keep my truck longer than it needed to be there. Great job guys. I appreciate your hard work on the other hand probably will never buy a Ford again, not Sexton s fault but I need a truck with 115,000 miles on it needing a brand new transmission that doesn t win my business. Thanks again though service department was excellent.

Ben and Bryce were our salesmen for buying a car.. they were both extremely nice and willing to help us get into a safe and affordable vehicle. We were shown a few options and ultimately settled on a 2017 Ford Taurus. Bryce answered all of our questions to the best of his ability, along with being super patient with us! Sexton will now be our go to for vehicles.

Even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from them they serviced my vehicle quickly and called me the next day. They were very polite and attentive. Asked for as much information as i had to give them an idea of what my vehicle was doing. This is after i had already tried 3 other shops to fix my car and none could find the problem. Im happy with my service.

We took our car there to be diagnosed..it was stalling at an idle. We were told to bring it in on a Tuesday, and they would squeeze it in within a couple days we had to call Saturday to see what they came up with. Was told they weren t done diagnosing, but it looked there were metal shavings in oil and it would mean a new motor, and the mechanic that was diagnosing it was not working that day. We expected a phone call Monday..nothing. Then we called Tuesday, and was told they couldn t determine where metal shavings were coming from but would need to replace motor. We told them that we couldn t afford that right now and that we would have to pick up car..they asked when because they had to put it back together..we told them we would pick it up Saturday and they said they should have it put back together by thenWe picked up the car a week and a half after we dropped it off that was supposed to be a couple of days, paid the $160.00 diagnostic fee and took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. He changed oil and filter..didn t find any shavings..changed the evap purge valve..and low and behold..it runs like a dream..the 2nd opinion cost us $150.00 labor, oil, and purge valve.We will never take another vehicle to Sextons again!!

I will never use this dealership again, nor suggest it to my friends or family. I bought a vehicle on Tuesday, 3/12. The salesperson, Todd DeVolder, said they would keep the car to put new tires on it and do a recall. He said it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday, 3/13.Wednesday passes with no communication from Todd, so I reached out to find out the status of my car. Todd informs me that it wouldn't be ready that day because the service tech was getting married at the courthouse. He offered a loaner since I needed this vehicle on Wednesday.Thursday passes with surprise, no communication from Todd. So I send a text asking the status. He claimed it was up for new tires next. An hours later I finally called the dealership to complain. They have Todd call me back. The vehicle still isn't done and won't be done on Thursday. At this point I have no clue when I'll get this car.I've never dealt with a dealership like this and never will again. Frankly I don't trust them at this point and would rather just void the contract and move onto somewhere else.

Chris in service is awesome. The water pump went out in my ford flex and he got it in and out within 24 hours. I was so surprised and very happy about that. I appreciate his hard work. Also, he s $1000 cheaper than the other guys! Thanks Chris!

Came in with a sensor going off in the backseat, it was the seat buckle.it got fixed since it was under warranty. But... nobody put my backseat back together. Floor mat was raised n seat cover was pulled up. A tool was left on my dashboard. Thank goodness I noticed it before I pulled out. It could of blew in my face

I took my 2021 Bronco Sport over because of a dead battery. It sat for 22 hours in the garage with a battery maintainer on it and failed to start. Tests were run and it was found to be okay. Granted it was 20 below weather but the vehicle was in the garage where it was maybe 0. I don t feel confident in the vehicle will start as needed. Considering trading it for something more reliable.

I ve been taking my car here for a while since I have a warranty. My car needed a new engine. Luckily it was under the warranty. They put it in, everything s OK, then it starts to leak oil they have to fix something that broke putting in the engine. Fine. Fast forward a year and a half later, guess what? My car needs another new engine still under warranty Let s go with it. Bring it home when it s done guess what? It s leaking oil again. I take it back, they fix it, but forgot to put on a random cover on my engine that they just put in the trunk. They want me to bring my car back again. Not only that, but they put one of the hoses on the engine on incorrectly, so they re just gonna cut the cover and make the cover fit. No thank you. Not happy with attention to detail, I m not happy that the same things keep breaking over and over again. And I m not happy that they ll just fix it even if it s incorrect and just throw it in the engine. And say good enough.

My husband and I had a very positive experience trading my old 2017 Ford Escape in on a 2021 Ford Escape. Our salesman Bryce was very easy to work with and we left the dealership very happy. We will certainly use them again when we are back in the market for a different vehicle.

They were Fast quick and kept me in the loop at all times i've never felt more secure about where I take my car and if I needed any help, they were right there to fix the problem immediately. I will definitely be bringing my car back if any problems arise.
