Being in the Automotive Industry, Quality Upholstery has been our go to for years. Recently, I needed a seat reupholstered on our personal boat, he did not disappoint! His workmanship is outstanding! Brian is super nice, very knowledgeable, and has reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

I would sum up this review by saying GO ELSEWHERE. I went to Brian on a recommendation to get my front seats reupholstered. Everything started just fine and I thought this was going to be an excellent experience. Due to the age and edition of my vehicle, after patiently looking through all his swatch books, Brian couldn't find an exact color. He recommended I look online for pre-made seat cover replacements. OEM wasn't an option for my vehicle because of the age and I found a reputable company that made quality leather seat covers in the color I needed.Brian quoted me a price over the phone and when I dropped off the vehicle and seat covers for the work, he even commented on the price and quality of the seat covers, with the exception that he noted the leather was a little "dry" and he thought they might have been in storage at the production company.Everything looked great when I picked up my car but a couple days later I noticed a considerable sag where it looked like there should have been padding on the driver's seat. The passenger seat didn't have this problem. I texted Brian pictures and called him to see why there was the difference between the two seats and if there was a resolution. He said he could give me more details if I brought my vehicle in person for him to check it out.I brought my vehicle to him like he asked and am so sorry that I did. I showed him what I was talking about and asked him why it looked that way and if there was any kind of fix. He immediately became defensive and escalated the situation by insulting me and the leather seat covers I had purchased. It wouldn't have been so bad and I wouldn't be writing this review if I didn't have 4 of my little kids in the car at the time. They were so scared by his change in demeanor that they slid down in their seats so he wouldn't be able to look at them. I asked him why he was getting so angry with me when I came to him at his request to try and figure out a solution.He told me that he was mad and he only "did what I paid him for". He then revealed his real problem with me: He had written down a price different than what he had quoted me over the phone and he was upset about that. He never once brought this up before not when he confirmed the price with me in text message nor when I paid him the cash when the job was done.He repeatedly told me he was done with me --even after I told him money wasn't an issue and that I would've paid for extra padding or whatever would be needed to make the seat look better. He knew this even before he did the work! He said that I was attacking him personally by saying the seat didn t look good and then continued to insult me and said the product was faulty, even though he made the passenger side look great.I asked him for a receipt to document the work he did for me and then I would leave him alone and find someone else to fix the work. He was literally shaking so bad writing the receipt that he had to stop writing and said that he was so angry he couldn't write. After leaving, he called me several times over the next few days and said he would fix the seat even though he was under no obligation to do so. I told him no thank you. After seeing his anger with me over a clerical error on his part, I wouldn t trust him with anything, much less my only mode of transportation. I'm just thankful his shaking anger didn't become more physical since I was by myself with just my kids.Save yourself from a bad experience and go elsewhere.Side note-I told my friend about the horrible experience I had and after he looked up this garage-based business, he apologized profusely and said he really meant to recommend Quad City Upholstery in East Moline, not Quality Upholstery in Moline. I ll bring my needs to them next time.

I dropped my RAV4 with Brian on Monday and picked it up today. I had him install seat covers in my RAV4 and he did a great job that I recommend him. I will definitely see him again if I need his services.Service: Upholstery installationService: Upholstery installation

Brian is a great guy. He as worked on my boat (in the pictures) , my four wheeler, rebuilt my truck seats and recovered my center console, and just yesterday fouled my carpet back in my Tahoe and made it possible to get a third row.

Brian repaired a ripped seat in my RAV4 and it looks brand new. He added some padding to the seat as well to make it more comfortable and stable. Very professional and affordable.

I was fortunate to find Quality Upholstery on the internet. The door panel inserts on my Mustang were sagging badly, which is a common problem. Brian got my car in in just a couple days and did a great job reattaching the panels. They look factory fresh! I highly recommend Brian for your auto upholstery work. He does quality work at a reasonable price and takes pride in what he does.Service: Upholstery repair
