The young lady who was working was incredibly knowledgeable and very willing to answer the dumb questions I had about cleaning solutions for inside the car. Too many things are gimmicky, and she gave personalized options that worked well.

The check engine light came on for my vehicle and I brought it here because I heard they could diagnose error codes. The clerk - James - the one that helped me was very friendly and hooked the machine up and not only diagnosed the potential problems but also gave me a printout of the code and a price list for parts to get the possible issues fixed. Furthermore, the whole process was free! I bought a few small items as a thank you and will return here when I need things for my vehicles .

Familiar faces are always a sign of good workmanship and reliability. I've always been greeted promptly and never shrugged off. Management definitely gets down to business training and guiding new hires immediately.

Very helpful staff. They couldn't mix my paint, but printed off the mixture sheet & referred me to their Moline store.

Had a new guy working, whom did know much. His "manager" was super unhelpful. He turned me away without a solution. Had to call a different store 2 different times to to get my part warranted...

Most of the staff here are not very literate with vehicles, and being a mechanic makes this a problem; getting parts here usually takes longer than necessary due to employees having to make absolute sure they've gotten you the correct part. This problem could be solved if O'Reilly's trained their employees better. I do not blame the staff; most of them are unsure about parts, and so need to get other employees' opinions for the correct part. Needless to say; the staff almost always gets you what you need, even without a part number.

The sales guy was rude wouldn't sell me what I was looking for said it wouldn't work and they didn't have any left when he went back to check instead wanted me to to but a way more expensive part that I really didn't need .. how's a parts sales guy going to tell a ase certified mechanic that the way I was going to to repair something is wrong and I needed to do his way lol place was a joke it was fine with me because we have more auto stores not far from there so instead of orielys getting my money another parts store did

First & for most When I came into the store to pick up a part one of them was not wearing a mask In delevingne know what I order get them saying that I ordered something online in a captain telling him no I didn't the other one was very friendly even though he was with a customer already they were trying to argue in trying to take my order

Out of all the O'reilly's in the quad cities this is the only one that understood what I needed and had it shipped quickly... Great service and good people!! It's a drive for me but it's the only one I'll use from now on!!

They tested my alternator, told me that was probably the issue, they asked me to turn my car off so I did. My car now will not start and I have been baking in the sun for 20 minutes waiting for the worker to fix my problem. Again my car will not start and the worker is doing nothing to help me.
