I was very pleased with the service I received today at Moline location. Talk to Austin to make appointment for oil change. When I arrived was greeted by Austin in a very friendly professional way. Car was serviced and checked over in a timely manor. Very pleased with service, thank you Austin. I will recommend your store.

I came here because of the good Google reviews, and I m so glad I did! I had a HUGE nail in my tire. Called on a Saturday, explained the situation, and Austen explained all the possible outcomes (patching, replacement, or all-tire replacement). They were able to get me in to take an initial look despite it being a busy day, and determined that they d be able to patch it without any problems on Monday (today) and advised on what to do over the weekend to keep it safe (it wasn t flat, just a very slow leak). They even gave me a significant discount since I had to wait- wasn t expecting that at all! I just took it in and they had everything done in less than 30 minutes. Super responsive and respectful, very helpful, and nobody talked down to me or tried to sell me anything. I will definitely be back for my next repair- highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing service. Very friendly, able to get me in and out. As a travel nurse I m always on the road. With my cars lack of a spare, I was left with no option. I was able to have the car towed to Midas after hours and was able to address the issue first thing in the morning. This is an example of excellent service. Even if you have to wait, they are kind and are willing to go the extra mile (literally)! In a world that can often seem ugly and unpredictable, their professionalism and kindness helped ease my anxieties. No one plans to have car issues, it s awesome to know there are businesses like this Midas!!! And offering a list of service areas if I should find myself in this position again! Thank you!!!! We were out of town with a flat tire and hours of driving ahead of us. Austin the store manager and the Midas team saved us in a pinch! The service was timely and effective, they helped us immediately by patching up our tire. Highly recommend their services!

I had some winter related damages to my car. Called Gary at midas who was able to fit me in the same day when they were clearly very busy. Gary took care of the issue within 40 minutes and did not charge me a cent. As long as I am in the QC area I will be taking my business to Gary and midas. By far the best mechanic experience I have ever had.

Great experience here, they patched up 2 of my tires, installed new brakes, and did an oil change quickly and at the best price I ve been quoted. 100% will be bringing my car back here again

Be aware of what they are changing for parts I had 4 spark plugs and one coil pack installed on my Mini Cooper. plugs were 9747 Iridium price charged was $37.99 for each plug $151.96 total You can buy a set of four at $37.99 total. Also was charged $145.99 for one C1692 ignition coil pack! you can buy set of four at $145.99!! Labor cost is high enough without ripping you off on parts.

Outstanding customer service and decent people at this Midas location in Moline on the Avenue of the Cities. Austin and his team are great! Within minutes you can tell that the people here had the skills and knowledge to fix your vehicle. The work didn't take long,the place was clean and there was a comfortable seating area with TV. At a time when customer service doesn't seem to matter anymore it's nice that at least this place makes customer service a priority. On a side note I liked how there is glass so that you can actually see them working on your vehicle if you want. Some businesses have a concrete wall and you can't see anything. Communication was easy with both the manager and service personnel,which also was nice. If I could give 10 stars I would,but it seems the highest-ranking available is 5. I try to support local businesses. This one definitely deserves good reviews.

Austin Hampton was running the show--knowledgeable, friendly and had a sense of urgency about himself. I won't be going anywhere else for oil changes or maintenance on my car.

Amazing customer service and exemplary work. I called close to closing time and Austin told me he could fit me in first thing the next day. When I dropped it off, he was up front and explained what he thought it could be and what they may have had to do, so there were no surprises. Turns out it was an easy fix and they were done in no time. This is our new Go-to garage for all our mechanical needs. Highly recommended.

Austin was extremely helpful, showed me in-person what was wrong with my car, which I really appreciated as my car knowledge isn t super good. They were able to work with my budget and I got new tires and an alignment for a very reasonable price. If you re inexperienced with cars and want honest business without someone attempting to scam you, come here and ask for Austin!

Midas in Moline on Avenue of the Cities is a great place you can trust with your car. My car couldn't start at all and was towed to Midas. With great customer service of Austin Hampton, the help was real and immediate. Midas has helped us a few times with our Traverse. First time was a very bad radiator leak, and we were having so much trouble with the car dealer in getting a hold of the information for the extra warranty that we had purchased. Midas helped us so that we could take advantage of that warranty and get our car repaired without having to come out of pocket for those covered repairs and then fight to be reimbursed. Later, they helped us identify an issue with our front end, we had a ruptured strut. Thanks to their free courtesy check, we didn t have to pay a lot to get that information to get the issue fixed. Most recently, we had a hole happen in our exhaust. The car was only getting louder and louder, and we didn t know what to do, but because Midas has the option for financing, we were able to get approved, and they had our car repaired the same day. We definitely appreciated the speedy fix.

Austin was very kind and knowledgeable. My service was extremely efficient and the waiting room was nice and cool on a hot day. They had no problem fitting me in to replace my bulb on a Friday afternoon. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

Very satisfied with my service here at this location. Austin was prompt on getting my service scheduled, and the price point was much better than a lot of places in town. Seeing all of the good reviews about this location made me feel even better about taking my car here. They even looked the car over as well to ensure there were no issues that I didn t know about.
