The whole experience was great! Kerri was awesome to work with. She calmed me nerves and showed me several cars. She also answered endless questions from my mom. Highly recommend!

Me and Robert Doucette took his 2009 Nissan Maxima here and Shawn Tagart is a liar and rude as hell no wonder all his techs had quit. When I tried to inform him what mine and 3 other establishments OBD2 readers were saying but he didn't care to hear it. He was then beyond disrespectful when I told him that the code had come back pending, I asked to speak to someone above him and he said that there was no one above him, I paid 314 dollars for a breather tube and it didnt solve my issue now there is a continuous creaking and shuddering in the front when I drive or turn. So I'm out my money and now have to find another mechanic. When I picked my car back up they didn't even have the breather tube hose clamped properly. When I dropped it off it had roughly half a tank of gas when I picked it up it was almost to empty. This is the worst service department ever.

Pretty solid selection! We worked with a salesman named Zach. If you need help without the garbage most salesmen will give you, ask for him. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

I wanted to write a review about Kerri. She was amazing. My mother & I came in just to look at cars for my mom. Kerri didn t pressure us and she took the time to show different options. We enjoyed her very much and she made the whole process very painless. She was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful.

What a great experience! Marty is amazing! I truly had no hope of getting financed and Marty got it done! If you have less than perfect credit or perfect credit he is the guy who will make it happen! He was so much fun!!! A million one-liners I had my daughter go see him and he put her in a new car as well. Our family has found a new dealership home and we will never shop for a car anywhere else! Bob Mitchell was also sooo great! He drove us around the lot looking at cars in a golf cart! Very patient and knowledgeable with our questions!

I recently just purchased a 2018 Ford F150 from Courtesy and I am very pleased with how I was treated. Jim Smith made sure all of my questions were answered and explained everything in great detail. I really appreciate the kindness and assurance he gave during the deal and after the deal. I will definitely be a return buyer once I decide to upgrade in a few years!

Had my 2010 Nissan Maxima here for about 2 months and no fix. Tried to have me buy almost 2 grand worth of computers that I got out of a junk yard for 200. I would recommend you do not come here. I even paid $260 to reprogram my key and they lied to me made me pay didn t even fix it had to involve the BBB. Needed a new engine and again reprogramming of the key. So why they charged me went there twice to do it and still had to get it done again please tell me why. And they tell me I m banned now since they won t make this right with me. Hopefully no one else goes this nissan and they are shut down for there services that s are fraudulent. Again had Kenny and Shawn in service department DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We stopped in to Courtesy because the low tire pressure light came on. We did not have an appointment. The technician literally jumped into action. He got our car and had the tire pressure adjusted. We were in and out of Courtesy in about five minutes.

Obviously the people at Courtesy Nissan don't care about the well being of their customers. My wife had her oil changed this morning and not a face mask to be seen. Not even on the person who drove her car around after the service was completed. An unforgivable offense. Seriously, would it be that hard to mask up to protect your customers. We will NOT be back, ever.
