Jordan was my salesman and was extremely helpful as we started the process of my purchase over the phone with me states away. He did an amazing job explaining everything to me, and we got the deal done. I love my new 2024 Kia Sportage. My financial part of my purchase was handled beautifully as well. He was very friendly and made the whole buying process run smoothly. I call him Mr. White water rafter. Lol A little joke...This is my second New Kia I've purchased here and couldn't be more happy with my experience. Highly recommend Kia.

Can't say enough about the sales and finance staff at Courtesy Kia.Marty, Steve, and Zach went above and beyond to smooth out our buying process. They rolled with the punches acquiring the vehicles from a sister facility and didn't miss a step in a very time sensitive deal, even when an important personal issue came up with one of our sales staff.They have kept us on the road for over 12 years in excellent quality vehicles and always for a fair price.Always appreciated.

I drove 3 hours each way to purchase a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia in Moline. Dennis D. was the most straightforward and honest car salesman that I have ever purchased from. He and the rest of the staff there made the whole process seamless, quick, and stress free. Best overall experience from a dealership! I cannot recommend them enough!

Went to Lou Fusz to test drive a Kia Soul and though I was in the market for a new one I ended up purchasing a used Soul. I have every confidence that my salesman, Jordan Henderson, was straightforward about warranty, condition, and the trim package. He was professional and knowledgeable and he made the entire experience easy! I will recommend this dealership and this salesman to my friends. Jordan was attentive and respectful of my time, while doing his best to educate about the brand and the model and find the best car for my needs.

These guys have been awesome to deal with. My needs have always been taken of, from purchasing to continued servicing. The only negative I've found is they don't remove the rear plate when they wash it. I've had three broken plate frames and my plate gets bent every time. This last one was my fault because I forgot to tell them not to wash it.

Purchased my first brand new car off the lot May 2022. Bought a 2022 Kia Forte GT with a manual transmission. Had been looking around for weeks and didn t see anything that caught my eye. Drove up to the dealership and it was sitting upfront. Definitely caught my eye. Andy was really helpful and knowledgeable about all the features the car had. Took it out for a test drive and fell in love with it! Everyone at Courtesy Kia was great. Never imagined I d be in a Kia but so far it s been great!

I bought my 2018 Toyota Highlander, from Courtesy Kia in Moline and couldn't be happier. I have had a few horrible car buying experiences in the past but this wasn't one of them. The vehicle I bought exceeds all of my expectations and I feel I was treated more than fairly. Sitting in customer lounge waiting on my 2023 Kia Seltos oil change and received a text(no one came to me personally) noting a front end alignment was needed- bought the car in April 2023 and it has a little over 12,000 miles on it-does not need front end alignment-not impressed with my 1st visit since old dealership was purchased at all

I ordered my new Kia from Steve Paytash, but needed to pick it up on his day off. So Mark Peterson handled the delivery portion, along with Missy Day doing the documentation and finance. I have purchased many new cars over the years, and this purchase was one of the smoothest. Everyone was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. No BS. No pressure. No disingenuous sales tactics. I am very happy with my new Telluride, as well as every aspect of the purchase.

Andy was very helpful and honest. He went above and beyond to help us get the car that we wanted. He was Very good at communicating with us. He had to be out the day we were available to pick up our car and we dealt with Steve for all of the new car orientation and everything was flawless. Steve was great during the purchase. Missy helped us with our financing and she was amazing and super helpful. I would recommend Courtesy Kia to anyone.

We worked with Andy Anderson to purchase a new Kia Niro plug-in hybrid. Andy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us through every step of the process. The sales manager, Theron Maring was also very nice and worked with us to find the right vehicle to meet our needs. We love the plug-in hybrid that gives us the incredible efficiency of an electric vehicle, while still providing the cross-country flexibility of a gasoline engine.

Our salesman, Steve Paytash was courteous, informative, helpful, and professional to work with.He was never trying to rush us through the process.He was and is willing to answer all questions with clear explanations.He even reached out to us to see if there were any new questions the following day after our purchase.Our Business Manager was Missy Day.She also was very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and professional to work with.This buying experience was the best for both of us.We did not feel any pressure to purchase any extra add on's.

I was really happy with how Bob and the team took care of me.Car was in for service, and they kept me up-to-date on it's progress, and got it taken care of.Additionally, they took care of an on-board GPS issue that was especially challenging because the car was first sold in another.THANKS KIA TEAM!!

You can't go wrong with these guys! My grandson found the car he wanted online and we traveled almost 4 hours to get there. John Bush was so personable and made sure the vehicle was ready for him. Marty Terrill was instrumental in assisting my grandson to make good finance decisions, explain the warranty and other options. Closing took us past business hours but John Bush, Marty Terrill and Lori Byrd all stayed after closing so that the process could be completed! I am beyond pleased with this dealership and their staff! You'll be pleased if you give your business to these helpful staff members!

Just bought another Nissan Frontier from Courtesy Nissan. I already own a 370Z -- great vehicle! I have bought numerous vehicles from Courtesy over the years and have been extremely pleased with all the people at this dealership. The sales personnel have always been very knowledgeable about all the vehicles they are selling and they have always taken special care to make sure I understand all the paperwork involved. I have had all my Nissan vehicles worked on by their service department and have been highly impressed at the professionalism and positive attitude of all the people working there. I have never been disappointed with their workmanship and plan to stay with Courtesy because Nissan makes outstanding vehicles and the people at Courtesy are definitely experts!

Excellent buying experience with Courtesy Kia. A lot of unknowns with supply issue but Dennis was great. Kept me informed, got me in and out, and into an awesome Kia Carnival! These guys are honest and straight shooters and I will look here first going forward. They also made accomodations for my wife and twin babies and were extremely patient. Not once did I feel uncomfortable having loud kids. Appreciate it a lot Dennis, Missy and crew. Loving the new ride.

Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. That 100,000 mile warranty is the selling point. The Soul I purchased gets great mileage and has lots of room in it. Lots of room in the back seat fit my 6' 3" son. Great for travel. Great car.

That was probably the rudest Salesman I have ever dealt with. Evedentally he doesn't respect the customers. He pretty much insulted me with this lame low ball trade in value. He told me how the other dealerships lie, or charge over msrp, and Lost me right there! I was there to buy a car, and that feeling just went out the window!
