Brakes was grinding on my 2018 equinox called they got me in the next day.. They asked if I needed it by a certain time that day. Told them I worked at 3 they said they would put a rush on it.. and at 1: 30 got a call telling me it's all done .. New brakes done and actually was under what i thought for cost. Only 4 because I just bought it from the 4 months prior and assumed they looked at the brakes when inspecting it. But other than that love it.

My Service Advisor is always very helpful. Trina Hamm goes above and beyond to help provide the best service possible. She knows I have an extended warranty and ordered me a part she knew I would want anyway. She saved valuable time for me. Service technician Alex was also very respectful of my vehicle.

We were told it would take 10 days that turned into about six weeks when we went to pick it up the battery was dead because it sat there so long and there was a scratch on the hood that they had to polish out, so there is another day? The repair was done all right and it looks good, but it took too long and not happy about the scratch on the hood . We were told the B-Piillar could be a problem, but we never heard anything from them about it. There was no communication at all

Trina was awesome! I scheduled my service on line got a confirmation and when I arrived at my appointment time there was no appointment. Trina was able to get me in right away! Great customer service!!

Jennifer (service dept) was so extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience so fast and easy! She sent updates and called me discuss diagnosis and resolution. She also let me know the work would be covered under my extended warranty. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and personable. I told her I needed my truck by 1pm and she made sure it happened. I was so excited and happy when I picked my truck up I asked if I could hug her, she didn't hesitate and said of course. Told her she had jst made my whole year better already! Thank you to Jennifer and your service team! You're all amazing and the best!

Took my Bronco in for a checkup. Turns out I m old and not used to how this new stuff works. Staff was super supportive and came out and showed me personally how to work my windshield washer. Front and back . Great service that goes above and beyond for the customer. Kunes, You Rock!!!!!

Service department advisor was very friendly. Oil change was done quick. But they didn t check the tire pressure and fill them with air . I was disappointed since I mentioned it. Service tech should have seen that once he started and moved the truck .

Didn t get the problem that I had correct when I called and didn t know that until I picked up the vehicle. Never got a phone call telling me the results of my service. When I picked up the vehicle said they couldn t replicate the problem(even though they weren t looking for the right problem). Told me my vehicle wasn t equipped with something that had nothing to do with the problem I was having. Once I got there had to sit around for about a half an hour waiting on my paperwork to get done so I could check out. This after having my vehicle all day long. Not impressed and will be going somewhere else from now on.

Trina was exceptional at making sure my vehicle was fixed correctly and followed up with after I had left to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Kunes Fords service did a great job and if I could rate them 10 stars, I would.

The staff is always courteous, helpful, and prompt. The communication is top notch and includes phone calls and text messages. This was my third service call and I plan to continue utilizing them for future car repairs.

UPDATE: Jennifer followed up had everything worked out and completed as agreed upon for repair from original sale and negotiated and finalized. They do stand behind their word.Jennifer in Service followed up and hopefully next visit will have my repair done. Perry also has worked on my vehicles in the past. I would recommend that you look into Kunes Ford Service, especially with Jennifer who has assisted me on my new pre-owned vehicle. Check them out!!

Kunes East Moline- had my Vehicle in for a special service. They greeted me and told me that they were ready for me! They even had a rental car readythat was similar to my vehicle, for our comfort. Once we picked up our car. They reminded us what was done and were open to any questions! Thanks Kunes!

Service here is okay. The waiting area is comfy enough, has vending machines, my biggest complaint is with tire rotations, they have not adjusted the tire pressure to correct levels the last two times I have been there. For how much you pay for an oil change and tire rotation, this is basic service.

Extensive work needed to be done. Although it took longer to repair than the original estimate Kunes worked with me on holding down the cost as well as providing a loaner vehicle. Trina and Jennifer were great to work with in the Service Department.

Service Department Trina take care of me the best she can. I only Deal with her. When it comes to anything with my car and truck. . But when I bought my car 2018 Dodge Challenger I purchased every insurance to cover my car front to back top to bottom. I personally ask if my car was totally covered I was told Yes. For some reason they haven t been honoring there promise.. Cause I m Paying for things I should not be paying for if I bought the insurance that was included into my car payment. Otherwise Trina in service is the best

Bought a new car a little over a month ago and ive had a couple issues but they have absolutely taken care of me, and in a timely manner. Shout out to Jennifer and Trina!! They really are amazing and go above and beyond. Jennifer heard my concerns and not only had my vehicle picked up from my house by ford roadside and one of their techs, but also had it brought back!!! Love them

The Service Team at Kunes have been great to work with - however, to date, they have been unable to troubleshoot and repair the issue that I have been experiencing for the past 10 months. After bringing my vehicle into the shop for the third time for the same issue, the team finally escalated the issue to Ford Corp. I am still waiting to hear if they have provided any suggestions for resolving the issue.

I had an issue that was covered under warranty and left me unable to drive my vehile. On the app I couldn't get an appointment for a week. I called and they got my car in that day. They were going to have to order my replacement part, which meant I was going to have to wait the weekend. They called around to the other shops and found one, and got my car back to me. All in the same day. They were also very good about keeping me in the loop.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My car's battery had died during the big freeze. Kunes sent a young man to my house to install a new battery. While at the house he also fixed a recall to my brake system...saving me a trip to the service center & the waiting room.

I recently scheduled appointment to get my oil changed on a nine Ford car I purchased at Kunes. When I arrived and was checked by Trina I choose to wait for my car to be serviced .I then waited over 3 hours for my oil to be changed. I was told that the parts department couldn t find the parts for my car. So they spent over 2 hours scrambling to locate the correct oil filter for my car. Having to go to multiple locations. Then once that was completed they came to the air filter of coarse same thing didn t have it or have it ordered correctly. Had it not been for Trina in service I would have lost my mind she s the only bright spot in the entire experience she s the ONLY reason this isn t a 1star.

Very friendly and competent service. It would be nice if the vehicle would have been washed as past of the service. I m accustomed to receiving this kind gesture at the service department I ve worked with for the past 35 years.

This Dealership is Awesome!! Only a few Ford dealerships Cary as many Shelby Sports Cars AND Trucks as this one. We just did the Enclosed Transport drop off of this Super Snake Shelby. You should hear the roar. Gets me every time
