I worked with AJ to purchase a new F-150. He was really helpful by streamlining the entire process for me. He did the leg work to get everything setup ahead of time and made sure it was a smooth process. He explained all the details in a very understanding manner.The staff at Kunes is very friendly. I enjoyed doing business with them and I recommend others to do so as well. Look for AJ and he'll get you setup nicely.Fun Fact: Ford makes 98 Shelby Speedsters a year and 3 of them are at Kunes.

I was an out of state buyer from Georgia. I was contacted by Dan Johnson after inquiring online about a new F-150 in stock. Dan was super professional, funny, kind, and to the point. I told him how much I wanted to pay, how much I wanted for my trade in, and how much I was able to pay per month. Dan made everything work, and after my 12 hour drive from GA it was all worth it! When I arrived the truck was ready, detailed, and the financing was easy and painless. No mindless upselling pressure or surprise gotcha fees as I have dealt with from other dealers. I was out with my brand new truck within an hour! Even took a test drive and had a great time with Dan during it. He s the kind of guy you d wanna have drink with after work! Whatever he s making isn t enough! The staff at Kunes Ford of East Moline was second to NONE and I will gladly drive 12 hours to purchase my next new Ford from them. They are the best, and the deal I got was amazing! I can t wait to sound off the train horn again so the Chevy guys across the street know that Kunes and Ford do it better!! Five Stars isn t enough to rate them. 10/10 100/100! GO SEE THEM TODAY AND ASK FOR DAN! He won t let you down!!

Had the oil change and the next day my 16 year old with a permit is driving on the highway and the undercar splash shield came undone and was bouncing and dragging down the road. My wife had to crawl under the vehicle and reattached it at a rest stop on I80. I sent a message through the Kunes website and my wife filled out a survey to let them know their tech didn't fasten it correctly, but no one from their Service department reached out. We're very disappointed that they are unwilling to acknowledge their mistake or try to make it right. We also haven't inspected the splash shield to see if it broke or was damaged from it repeatedly bouncing on the interstate for several miles.

As an out of state buyer, the folks at Kunes were very cooperative answering questions and taking additional pics/video...even put the vehicle on a lift to show me my areas of concern on a vehicle subject to harsh winters/road salt. Jeff quickly handled my needs all before I put a penny on the vehicle. JD consistently followed up and Travis provided all the answers to financial/warranty information. Claire and Sharon's professionalism round out my outstanding off-site buying experience. Thanks!

After about 50k miles, I was notified that to satisfy my warranty I needed to have my 60k mile service completed. I bought the car with 58k miles on it, and was told they would take care of it since it was so close. Now, at 106k miles I find out they have no record of doing the service. I spoke to Tom, the sales manager. He offered to do the 600 dollars worth of service if I pay 200 of it, and he would have the car detailed for free. I told him I did not want the free detail, I just want the service done as promised. He was unwilling to simply do that. I m not sure what they charge for a detail, but I have to imagine it would be equal, or more than the 200 he wants me to pay. Now I will go elsewhere for all of my needs. I drive about 40k miles a year, that maintenance I would have paid them to do sure would have been valuable to them. FYI, The service department is amazing. They have been nothing but accommodating and know me by name since I get service every month. Tom apparently is the boss and nobody above him to speak to. I am disappointed to have recommended Kunes to so many people over the last year. PLEASE DO BETTER AS A CHRISTIAN COMPANY!

So I bought a 2020 Mustang GT, Buddy Cullen was my sales person, this man was very helpful,he knows his mustangs,he answered all my questions. I m gonna be honest here, I hate shopping for a new car, don t care for salesman,but this was my best experience buying a vehicle, Buddy made it fun for me, he listen to what I wanted,& where I needed to be payment wise. I would & will refer anyone & everyone to Buddy if your in the market for a new car!!!

Jerry aka JFP was such a huge help with finding a suv for my boys & I. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I was disappointed at first after test driving a vehicle I never thought I would like & ended up actually loved it. But it was not in my price range lol. He had a lot of patience, he was real about everything. He worked hard to find any way to help me. My son even liked him. Real chill down to earth guy & a great at his job. Glad he came back to Kunes. Thank you guys so much we love our truck so much. Couldn't be happier.

If I could give 100 stars I would I had the opportunity to work with a young man named Sebastian who is fairly new and was so genuine and caring I ve worked in sales for over a decade but worked in customer service for almost 2 decades and I know the difference in someone trying to get a sale and genuinely wanting to help me find the best fit! I trusted him and would recommend him to ANYONE! Also Vince was cool as well! I loved the energy there and I m excited on my new journey with my new car thanks team thanks Sebastian for everything!

AJ was great! Helped get us into a new Dodge Durango which is much more family friendly! They worked so hard to get everything done quickly and were so kind and patient with our little toddler! The whole store was so welcoming and informative!

Do yourselves a favor and go see Bob!!! His energy, charisma, love, and passion was noticeable right away and he worked so hard to get us into the perfect vehicle within our budget. We kept him an hour past close just to seal the deal and he didn t push or shove he was so amazing!!! Noah in finance was JUST as charismatic. Really amazing dealer and atmosphere.

Sold us a 2013 Hyundai Elantra coupe. The engine blew out within 10 months. They said the warranty will not cover it because there was a no fear contract involved in it saying we had to get all of our repairs done in their shop. We told them we don't want the car and GM financial who Kunes told us we need to talk to about closing out the car if we didn't want it anymore. I called GM Financial they said Kunes has to close out the car. I called them they gave me the run around and got rude. I talked to other dealerships and they said the no fear warranty is not a good contract. When we first brought the car back to them for the blown out engine they asked for our receipts for the fact that all oil changed have been made as well as filter changes and transmission flush and any other receipts. We brought all receipts to them. They were supposed to be getting back a hold of us and we heard nothing for 2 months. They never did call us back.

They worked with us in All aspects of what we needed and wanted. They were all friendly (and not slimy sales people type ). Are salesperson Mitchell was great, if he didn't have an answer he found it out quick for us. He was honest!! I would recommend them.

I would be lying if I said it was the best experience, but it wasn t terrible. When we (I and my bf) first arrived we were greeted at the door. We sat down waited another 10/15 mins for our sales person. There was multiple sales representatives who walked by, but not a lot of smiling or friendly faces. The environment didn t feel the most inviting/welcoming. I mentioned the interest of 2 different cars and my sales rep told me he couldn t offer me the numbers on both vehicles because his boss doesn t like that. Which I m glad he was honest but like is your boss buying a car or me? I figured your customer be the main priority? That was a little uncomfortable. Then also I felt like the sales rep was a little pushy on purchasing the vehicle that was actually my second option. This gave me the impression of simply wanting to make a sale. Which completely goes against their slogan. The time spent there could have been better as well. My appointment was 1:30pm and I didn t leave till around 6 or a little after. The reason why they even get this score is because of Logan who handled the financial part of this entire sell. He was very pleasant to talk with and he went over things very quickly and informatively. Thank you Logan!

Kunes Ford in East Moline is AMAZING! I went in hoping for the best but expecting the worst and I definitely got more than the best I was hoping for! Dan Yanes is amazing and would recommend him to anyone. He goes above and beyond by far! Never did I expect to get such an amazing sales man who worked harder then I have ever seen before and was so straight forward and honest!!

My son was in the market for a new vehicle that happened to be at this dealership. He called in to check availability and was introduced to Dan Johnson. Dan treated him with courtesy and professionalism and setup an appointment to see the truck in person. Upon arrival Dan was there to greet us with a friendly smile and great hospitality. The entire experience was top notch from start to finish. From the assistance provided by the Sr. Management (Jay and Mike) in evaluating our trade-in to signing of the paperwork (Noah), everything went without a hitch. Noah (Finance Manager) even went out of his way to show my son some features on his new truck as he took delivery. Great team, great service and now a great ride thanks to the Kunes team.

worked with Jeff and Nolan. Both were awesome very friendly and professional.. My truck was actually at a different Kunes and they brought it down for me to test drive. Love the lifetime warranty on the powertrain and got the truck I wanted!! UPDATE after a month of dealing with them for charging me over $700 more for a service (rustproofing) than what it actually cost(then when they refunded me they still shorted me $50) to putting on the ceramic coating that was still on my truck in gobs when I picked it up, I was told this ceramic coating doesn't leave rain spots fingerprints and you're able to whip bugs right off, none of this is true. It was a waste of $1500. Now I'm really concerned about how my extra warranty work that has to be done there is going to turn out if I ever need it! Be careful and don't purchase extras from here! I love my truck but not how i was screwed over!
