My wife picked up our vehicle once it was done being worked on. Once home, I popped the hood to find rags placed obscurely on the engine block. My receipt said they did a 27 point inspection . That obviously wasn t the case.I called to inform them of my concern for my wife s safely having driven home with flammable material chilling on the engine. There was zero concern and I was met with a fight. I was offered a slight discount for an oil change yeah, I m not taking it there again!I look forward to the pretend apologetic reply to this review. If you have other options to take your vehicle for repairs, go there.

Dealership with compassion.Traveling from NJ to Oregon we broke down 25 miles outside Moline Ilinoisl. We had the truck towed to Key Chrysler Dodge after hours. I called early the next morning only to find out they were booked solid the next 3 days but they would see what they could do. Before we had a chance to go there in person to plead our case, Randy the executive director of the dealership called to tell us that our truck and getting us back on the road would be their #1 priority. All updates from that point on came personally from Randy. Even down a few mechanics he put 2 on the truck and had it done that night. He even loaned us a floor jack to help get the cargo trailer hitched back onto the truck. We will probably never have a chance to take another vehicle there but if you're ever in the Davenport/Moline area please give Key Chrysler Dodge your business. You'll be treated with compassion and respect.

More a comment about how overpriced parts and fluids are. Went in to buy 1qt of a fluid for my transfer case. I would have ordered online like normal, but the fluid someone else had turned out to be out of stock, and I was only in town for a limited amount of time where I would be able to work on my vehicle. $60 for 1qt, I am just lucky my transfer case only takes 1qt. Yes I know they do not set the pricing, but 1 line on the computer screen did show unit cost as about $26.Other than that it did look like they had a good selection on their parts and fluids at their location

0/5 stars, if i could. overall, very poor communication. I took my vehicle in here in November for a recall that happened to me. When scheduling, the person scheduled me for something completely different than what i asked. a month later, i found myself in the same situation that i was in before going to their shop. i called and they said it would cost me hundreds of dollars to be fixed when it was a recall. after more phone calls, i was told the previous owner had already fixed it. this dealership as well, tried charging me for a diagnoses fee, but once speaking to another dealership, there is no such thing or at least that much they were asking. this is not a reliable dealership. and if you leave your number for them to call back, don t expect anything.

Made an appointment over two weeks ago for an oil change and tires rotated and balanced, arrived at the service center a little early, and checked in. The individual who I checked in with said they would get the vehicle right in, so my kids and I went ahead and walked to Walgreens to waste time while my car was being serviced. Upon arriving back at 10:45, I was informed they would be starting the car soon. I said I needed to reschedule as we had another commitment later. The individual said, Well, I m sorry I guess, and never attempted to reschedule the service. I understand sometimes take longer than expected, but some communication from the staff would have been appreciated.

Last year they forgot to screw in my oil drain plug and almost ruined my motor. Today I waited an hour and 20 minutes to get my oil changed. In addition I was told that my tires do not need a rotated because the tread is at 7/32nds. The reason all of the tread on my tires is even is because I have consistently rotated my tires, where do they find these people?

Had never taken a car for Service at a dealership before but I've heard all the horror stories , but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised ! Friendly helpful service , nice people and everything explained to me , with the type of customer service you don't get to many places these days , overall a really good experience

Illegally sold my friend a used car with tires that were unsafe to drive on. Took back to dealership and called them out. They blatantly lied to our face and told us that the tires were just fine, (because they're con artist cheapskates who didn't want to admit they screwed up and cough up the money to put new tires on it ) even tho 3, THREE other tire shops told us the tires were dry-rotted, six years old, and below DOT specifications for legally being able to sell the vehicle. Do NOT buy a used car from these crooks!!!

What a joke! I took my 2011 T&C mini van in for a recall, an oil change, and a few diagnostic tests for a/c and back up camera, blind spot assist issues. My appointment was at 9am. I got there at about 8:30, it took 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to write me up after being paged 2 times by someone I assume to be a salesman. I found him in the show room. Then after that 10 minutes it took the guy about 15 minutes to type it all up by pecking out each letter and it took him 3 times to get the VIN right after writing it down at the car and then having to go back to the car to re check. He then told me it would be $114 for the diagnostics. Ok, that is expensive but understandable. So, the nice shuttle driver brought me and my 2 year old home. A few hours later, the service writer (Different guy from who typed me in) called to tell me the run down on the other costs. Total was going to be about $3k for everything. So I tell him the oil change and the recall work is the only thing I want done today, he said, great it is already done and the shuttle driver would call to pick me up. SO I get back there and the cashier says, $283. I said how can it be that expensive with the diagnostics charge and an oil change. She calls the service manager up and he says the $114 is PER HOUR. I said that the first person said it would be $114 and did not mention per hour. So he says, "Well what do you want me to do about it?' I said I only want to pay one $114 fee as I was told this morning. So he walks away in a scuff and says, "Well I guess I just won't pay my guy today!" So a few minutes later he comes back and the second $114 charge is removed but he was not happy about it and I said he needed to discuss it with the guy that wrote me up this morning. I think they added that after I said I didn't want the other work done. I will not take my car back there.

one of my favorite automobile dealerships marsh the salesman is terrific the girls in the office are awesome the mechanics are terrific it's terrific one of the best places to go to buy an automobile or truck Continues to be the best Simply the best great people good deals wonderful service just terrific can't say enough good about all these people

Picked up a 2019 gc altitude today from Randy Webster easily negotiated the lowest price and rebates over the phone, went in this morning signed and drove off. this was the smoothest new car buying transaction ive ever expiernced. no gimmicks, no haggling, no headaches, no games. $7000 dollars off msrp right of the bat. thank you Randy!!!

Wouldnt buy a car from them if they were the last dealer on earth! Went there to buy a new car. They didnt budge off the window sticker price...ok. But then offer BELOW rough condition wholesale value for my very clean trade in. Then proceed to insult my intelligence by telling me they dont go by blue book, but use another site. To which I pulled up the value off the site he quoted me and then he tells me well we dont use that. We go off of auction reports. I happen to already know what their sister store was willing to give another dealer for my car so I know his trade in value for my car was bull. Walked away and bought my car somewhere else. One week later I get a letter in the mail from a lending agency - they did a hard run on my credit when we had not even discussed WHICH car I would buy nor agreed upon the value of my trade in. A bunch of crooks!!

Very easy to get an appt. All of the staff there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice also
