We went yesterday just looking and ended up first vehicle we test drove we absolutely loved.... 2018 GMC Terrain Denali , it had the panoramic sunroof leather seats fully loaded absolutely gorgeous. Mike Thompson was amazing to work with very friendly and helpful with the whole process. There was no pressure at all and the whole buying experience was smooth and so happy with our purchase. Let me start by saying that finding the right car can be a daunting task. But thanks to Brian, my car buying experience was an absolute pleasure!From our first chat over the phone, to the moment I walked onto the lot, Brian greeted me with a warm smile and genuine interest in my needs. He wasn't pushy or stereotypical in the slightest. Instead, he took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car, my budget, and even my driving habits.His knowledge of the inventory was impressive. He wasn't just reciting specs; he explained features in a way that resonated with me and helped me envision myself behind the wheel.Brian got me in my new Mazda CX-5 and beat every price in Iowa! The two hour drive to Illinois was worth it! I'll be back again!

I discovered a Jeep Wrangler on their website and drove from Cedar Rapids to Moline, a journey of an hour and a half, to make the purchase. During the test drive, I noted three issues that needed attention: a tire sensor, heating concerns, and a missing trim cover on the back seatbelt. The sales manager assured me they would address these. With my own financing and warranty in place, the sale proceeded smoothly.However, upon returning for the promised service, I encountered several setbacks. Despite confirming the appointment and being promised a loaner car for the day, I was informed upon arrival that there was no loaner available. Additionally, I was told that the necessary equipment to fix the tire sensor issue was broken. Despite assurances that my Jeep would be collected for service, over a month passed without any action.After multiple follow-ups, the service was eventually completed, but the problems persisted. The tire sensors remained dysfunctional, the heating issue persisted, and the trim cover was still missing. Furthermore, I was left with an empty gas tank. Communication with the service manager and technician was frustrating, with promises made but not kept.Months later, I discovered additional issues with the vehicle, including a leak in the cooling system and potential engine problems, which were not addressed by Key Auto despite my earlier concerns. It became evident that the company does not fulfill its promises and often misdiagnoses or neglects repairs.In light of my experience, I strongly advise having any vehicle purchased from Key Auto thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic. Their service department's reliability is questionable, and I cannot recommend them with confidence.

Nicholas Acree made my car buying experience AMAZING!!! Very easy to work with, no high pressure, very caring and actually listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle. I love my brand new 24' Jeep Compass!!! Highly recommend Key Auto and specifically ask for Nicholas!!!

Start to finish, this was the best car dealership experience we ever had. Our customer service rep (Emily) was kind and responded quickly via text to help setup our appointment. Then on the scheduled day, our salesman (Daniel S.) literally swooped in like a hero (that s a separate crazy story I ll spare the details here.) Daniel was incredibly reasonable and fair, absolutely no hassle to get an amazing deal. And to wrap it all up at the end, Mr. Masterson made the paperwork simple and quick enough that we could drive home, relaxed and confident in our new auto. I ve already recommended KEY to my family and friends, and we will definitely be return customers.

I went in about a month ago in search of a 2024 Mazda3 and had the pleasure of working with Dane DeDecker, and he was awesome. He was quick with answers when I had questions, and I didn't feel overly stressed or pressured during the process. Although they didn't originally have the exact trim I was looking for, Dane and his team were able to track one down and get it in timely manner. He definitely made the experience a positive one for me. Highly recommend him for your next car purchase! Still loving my new car. Thanks again, Dane!

As with any buyer, I was skeptical to walk into a dealer and find a square deal. I worked with the staff at Key Auto Mall and found a truck that made me happy not too far off from the payment I was willing to make. They found me financing too within terms I liked. I personally worked with Jay and he was respectful all the way from the test drive till I got the perfect truck home. I think he was pretty convincing to Kirk about what I wanted as a customer; which drove the deal home. Thanks guys! Brian Magee was an absolute delight! Great attitude, and even better customer service. I never once felt like I was just a number/commission with him. Reached out on a vehicle and was immediately contacted by Carri. She was great to work with online and then worked with Randy Webster when I arrived. He was great to do business with, very knowledgeable on the vehicle. They were pretty fair with working on a good price on my trade in as well.My only negative experience here was they needed my social to run for ID purposes. Not a big deal but was told before it was ran it was a soft credit inquiry, but it turned out to be a hard credit inquiry. Didn t like this but it was already after the fact. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this dealer.

We went to Key auto mart because Courtesy sold and is no longer there. When we arrived we met with Nicholas. Seemed nice enough until my wife didn t get approved and needed a co-signer. His demeanor completely changed and seemed annoyed. We left and came back with a co-signer the next day and had to deal with Nicholas yet again. After everything was signed for, he gave us the keys and that s was it. No thanks for your business, call me if you need something, congratulations . None of that. Honestly, our experience was depressing. Buying a new vehicle is supposed to be exciting and fun. Not here!

If i could give a 0 star i would. Sent our truck to the key autobody shop to get repaired through a state farm claim with a state farm estimate. After 2 weeks and parts ordered, the body shop manager added another 11k to the estimate making the damage 23k which would total our truck out. They never even had the truck in the shop, this was all done by "looking" at it in the storage lot. Asked to have the truck moved to a new body shop and was told we had to buy all the parts they had already ordered. At that time was threatened storage fees if the truck was not picked up the following day. We were told to bring the check and they would release our truck. Brought the 11k check to them the next day to pay 6900k for parts and was suppose to get a 4k check back for the difference. Had a tow truck there to pick the truck up. At that point we were told they had to hold the truck until the state farm check cleared their bank. Even though this was the 1st we were told about this. Body shop manager Jim was very rude and mean not wanting to work with us or explain this "new" policy. We were told wait 7 to 10 business days and we could come pick it up. After several calls to state farm, state farm stated the check had cleared already. Went back after the insurance company said the check cleared and we were still denied picking up the truck. They then told us we had to wait 7 more days. Terrible rude service and too much trouble to get your property back from them. Still waiting to get our truck back after almost 3 weeks. Got told body shop manager Jim got written up due to this situation.

Sales rep Brian Magee was very helpful and very professional in helping choose the best deal for me. My jeep was totaled by an insured motorist Brian was instrumental in helping choose a vehicle I could afford as well as have all the benefits and much more that I was used to driving. He listened to my needs, likes and price range and found a very suitable vehicle. Jeff Smith found me the best interest rate. I am very happy with the service I received.

We were searching for a very specific Buick Envision Avenir and the nice folks at Key Auto Mall helped us with the purchase of our new Buick. Ethan our salesman, Kirk the sales manager and the finance manager were all super friendly and great to deal with. My girlfriend had her vehicle towed here on 12/26 instead of Kimberly Car City simply because of wait time to get repairs done. Not sure how the repair they did will hold given we've only had the vehicle back for a day, but appears to be running well. Unless absolutely necessary we are unlikely to ever bring a vehicle to this location again. We called for an update 1/15 and after being on hold for ten plus minutes, our rep came on to tell us the part had just come in and the repair was done that morning, so we could come collect the car immediately if we wished. We find it interesting that repairs had been done Monday morning given the massive, untouched pile of snow on her vehicle when we picked it up. Only the driver's side windshield was scrapped off, which is also disheartening to see they couldn't take the time to clear the snow off after they allowed our vehicle to sit in their lot for days following repairs. I highly doubt their mechanics work outside, so there should have been no snow on the vehicle yesterday if it had been inside their shop being worked on. We've most likely been lied to and left to wonder how long our vehicle had been finished without being called. I myself have called the dealership numerous times today sitting on hold for a total of over 30 minutes and finally being hung up on during my last attempt to reach the rep. I would have liked the opportunity to discuss this and get an explanation vs giving a poor review. Since we could not reach anyone by phone and it is not possible for us to return to the dealership today, we are left with this option and hope others don't have this experience or are lied to by the representatives servicing their vehicles.

Just bought my second Mazda from Key. My first experience with good and I loved, loved, loved my CX-5. The second experience was even better! Nicholas was helpful and offered suggestions but was never pushy. He didn t try to put me in something I didn t want. The finance team worked to get me top dollar for my trade and my payment where I wanted it. Walked away with a new CX-90 which I can already tell I am going to love. Thank you, Nicholas and the Key team!!!
