Very helpful, had a tire blow out on a Friday afternoon. Brad met me on the roadside and replaced the hub to get me back on the road in no time. Thank you J&J!!

J&J Service is the camper dealer we take our living quarter horse trailer to for service and repairs. They do an amazing job and let you know of a potential problem. No pressure sales. They really care. I have recommended J&J to several of my horse trailer owning friends and they too have been happy with the service/repairs. They will even do warranty claims on our horse trailers! This is amazing since the closest horse trailer dealer is over 2 hours away (depending on the manufacturer of the horse trailer).When we owned a camper their service was just as amazing! They were happy to do a quick look at a camper we were interested in purchasing. They advised of water damage and took the time to show us what to look for. We have had minimal contact with J&J's sales department. They are polite and will answer questions.

The best place to look at and buy a camper. No high pressure sales. U can look take as much time as you need. No salesperson hounding you are following you around. Nice friendly people. Great family-run business. Very honest and helpful. I've purchased 2 campers now off their consignment lot. Pleased with both. Friends of ours have since bought one from them and are pleased as well

Went there today to check out campers was greeted at first asked about a camper then a man said it was sold ok but didn't offer us to look at anything else had money in hand to buy a camper but never offered us anything just was rude so we left.

Have always been happy with their parts department until they did service work on my 2013 popup camper refrigerator. They diagnosed it as dead and suggested that I needed a new refrigerator, I decided to think about it. They were specifically asked to let me fold the camper back down BUT already had partially folded it when I got there to pick it up. So I brought it home and when I opened it back up, I found that they had folded it incorrectly and caught the side canvas. There were (4) 1/8 inch holes in the side that were not there when I took the camper to them. I went back the next day to see what they might be willing to do about the damage that they caused, but the technician, parts manager, and shop foreman came back in together and VEHEMENTLY denied any responsibly and said I had caused the damage. I then left and called the owner on the phone. He denied any wrongdoing, said he was sorry about my problem and hung on me. They all were extremely rude. Also, the refrigerator worked just fine while camping over Labor Day weekend. They got 1 star because the review wouldn't post with 0 stars! Beware!!!

We where looking for a used fifth wheel to take to Florida for the winter.we found one a J&J called and set up a time to meet with Ron. He was very helpful and took his time with me. We bought the fifth wheel. Ron is a very kind and informed person. I will tell anyone to go there to by a RV.

Had an appointment for Tuesday morning to have a used 5th wheel hitch installed in my pickup, dropped it off Monday afternoon and they called that evening and said it was done. Price was right at quote. Been doing business with them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you J and J.

We where in a jam and this was the only business to call us back about helping move a 5th wheel camper.Family had already found a way to help us but everyone needs to know how reliable the owner of this company is. He offered to come help us personally when they closed. Really amazing costumer service. 10/10

Came to these guys when we needed during a cross country trip. The trailer we were pulling lost two tires so we needed replacement drums, lug nuts and everything involved. They showed us how to do the work we needed to do to make things good again. They were professional and knew how to ask the right questions to make sure we got what we needed. When we didn't have an answer they gave us a back up option.

My wife and I went there to look for a new camper twice.Each time we were there looking at multiple trailers. NO SALES PERSON came out of their building to talk to us. Both times we were there for almost an hour. At the end of the second trip there. My wife told me WE Wouldn't buy there if it was the last camper dealer in the USA.I stopped by one day looking to try to buy a used hard top for my pickup truck.The receptionist acted like I was bothering her by asking about the used hardtop at the far end of the lot. One of the sales people heard my question to the receptionist and said he thought it might belong to another sales person. I left my information and asked for a call either way if it was for sale. NO PHONE CALL EVER.NEVER GOING BACK

Wow, called to ask about service..got some rude guy, condescending and rude as though i should be lucky he even talked to me. Easy decision to go elsewhere. Word of mouth is great advertising. Ill spread the word!

called to ask about Mobile RV Repair services. Gentleman answered.the phone, asked a a few questions and told me a few things to check. Going out today to try it. ty for helping me, if it doesn't work, I'm calling back to have them service my RV
