Hughes charged me $122 to dismount, mount, and balance just 2 tires. I didnt even bring a vehicle in, just 2 wheels. I purchased tires elsewhere and had hughes mount them. They did not inform me how much it would cost prior to having them done. I guess it's my fault for not asking before. I figured it would be like $40-50, because that's typically how much it costs for this kind of work. Afterwards, they said that they charged me more because I did not purchase the tires from them. I'm shocked at how expensive this was. Everywhere else, it costs half as much or less for the same work. They charged $30 to dismount 2 tires. $30 to mount 2 tires. $40 for balancing 2 tires. I'm not sure how they get these numbers. I will not be returning to hughes again due to excessive pricing.

I've been going to them for years and I only trust them to work on mine and my son's vehicles. Dallas and Chuck are awesome! I highly recommend them.

Had suspension and brake work done, as well as an oil change. Dallas was great to work with. They were friendly and priced reasonably. Worked was done as promised in the time promised.

Purchased tires few yrs ago from here reasonable priced wanted to support smaller business. This time around called to get tires same brand they are upchargeing them at least 100$per tire this time wants 330 per tire plus outrageous charge for labor etc. All in they wanted 1600$ customer satisfaction comes first over markups. Better to make few small sales and make money instead of high price sell and customers go else where.discount tire had them for 213 per tire not much up charge. All in set of 4 installed around 1000. Shop else where get better deals.

Staff very kind and curtious. When I asked if they could add on an oil change to the repairs they were already going to be doing they were happy to do so. My car runs better than it has in a long time. Great job done. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Hughes Tire & Repair

Feeling like a valued customer is everything to me, and if you feel the same way, this is the shop to take your car to. The staff at this company is amazing. They provided me with such wonderful, friendly service today. I woke up this morning with a flat tire, two shops couldn t get a tire in for my car until Monday at the latest, and I was very overwhelmed trying to deal with this problem. One of their employees, Dallas, was so kind and made sure that this problem was handled same-day for me. Every time I called to check in and ask questions, I was greeted with prompt answers and I really felt like a valued customer here.Absolutely nothing is worse for me than taking my car somewhere, and being told after the fact that extra work was done and that I owed much more than the quote I was given. When I arrived at the shop, I was forewarned that extra work may need to be done on my tire, and how much that would be. I appreciated having that knowledge and having time to prepare for that possibility. I will definitely be returning here in the future. Amazing business.

If you want the best and most friendly service when it comes to your vehicle, come here. Hands down the best place in the QC to get work done on your car.I usually dread going to get work done on my car because I could never find a place where I felt valued as a customer. But, if Hughes Tire employees are anything like Dallas I ll definitely be bringing my cars here from now on. Knowledgeable, kind and HONEST.

Excellent service, thanks Dallas. I thought I needed an alignment, but was diagnosed as a bearing issue. No alignment needed so saved those costs. Great honest service!

Had my brake lines rusted out and got it over to their place, was very quick about getting it fixed, only went 1 day with no car. Fair prices, haven't had an issue since, would gladly recommend.

My experience was unfortunate. The tennent who holds evening classes and hosts dozens upon dozens of parents and grandparents on the tenant side of the building, presented himself as the owner very rudely to some parents of students during a small parent meeting in the waiting area after hours. This is not the day time workers faults and is not a reflection of their abilities to provide mechanical services. However I question the owners thought process as he was beligirent to a handful of parents, and now, I will certainly question where my dollars get spent as I am sure like many, would want to feel appreciated as a paying customer at the most basic level. Unfortunate grumpy ownership. As a customer of the tenant, they do not maintain appropriate restrooms. The same cloth towel has been hanging unchanged in the bathroom (who uses cloth towels anymore) for years on end, there is not c-fold paper towel system or dryer of any sort, there are several holes in the walls of the restrooms, rarely a soap dispenser (or soap in the dispenser) and they are grimey. Once again this does not shine a positive light the owner cares about the building or how it is presented, at all.
