Have an appointment today Saturday Jan 6 at 4pm. To get a new set of tires on my car. Sitting here now to a locked business. Nobody to be seen. No communication to me ,about not being here for my appointmet. This is about as bad as it gets for customer service. Can't even get a person to talk to. So guess I'm talking to Google. And anyone else who'd be interested.

One of our service cars tire went flat. Called at 8am spoke with Troy about the tire. We brought it in to see if it was fixable sadly no. He got us a new tire, noticed the age/ware of the current tire and recommend that we come in and replaced the other tire given the age/ware. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

These guys were great and changed out my spare tiny donut (due to a blow out had to put it on) for a hard to find tire for a VW SUV that was a rental. They were great and would recommend them.

I had a 1030 appointment, when I arrived I wasn't greeted by anyone, they stared at me through the door for about 10 minutes while I sat there and waited, I even called the number posted on the sign, If this is the way you treat customers I'm glad not to have spent my money with your shop.

Spent several hundred dollars at this location back in May. Came in today August 7 to see if I can get air put in my tires. The managers response to me was everybody s at lunch. As a manager of another local business in the area, I do whatever it takes to ensure that my customers are happy and keep coming back. I won t be back. Ever.

Blew a tire while traveling from IN, on interstate, and searched for tire service. Luckily found this Goodyear shop that not only had the tires needed but Troy, the mgr, quickly and efficiently replaced them. We didn't have apt, but he said come in and he'll see what can be done and get us back on the road. Troy was ever so courteous and friendly. They even provided water for our dog while waiting. Now ALL of that is fantastic customer service that you don't always find these days. All the guys were great! Plus the cost was a great deal. Thank you Troy Boyd.

This was one of the worst experience we have had to date in the QC area,we had a 11:30 appointment,was told I missed the appointment it was at 11:00,I showed him my reminder that Good year sent me he still try to say his system said 11:00,these are not people I would do business with,as a fellow business owner I'm very appalled how they handle people of color,was told to go to rock island for service!! I won't go into detail any further,but was not a good experience,stay away!!! you've been warned!!

Can t begin to say how Store manager Troy B. Went all out to take care of my wife and I and our dog after we had a tire blowout on our toy hauler. We re so thankful this happened in Troy s neighborhood and while he was on shift. He had us back on the road in an hour with 4 new Goodyear Endurance trailer tires which allowed us to make our final destination as scheduled. I also have to mention the entire store staff that did their part to get us rolling, including providing a cool water drink for our dog Gemma. I wish I could give less than one star.I made an appointment online went into have the service done and was told they could not do it they said they close early at 4:00 pm when the website say 6:00 pm this is totally unacceptable service i will never go to this company ever again and I suggest you go somewhere else that cares about customers

My family and I were leaving for a weekend getaway when we noticed we had a flat. They were able to fix us up and literally save our weekend. Troy was very professional. We are very grateful for him getting us in so quickly.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in the automotive department. I called at 10:00, they ordered my tires (which weren't in stock), had them delivered, and had the job done by 3:00 - all with reasonable pricing and genuinely pleasant interactions. I will definitely be back.

I was on my way to work and my tire light came on! I stopped in and asked if he could put air in my tire and asked how much. He said no charge. All I had was cards and no cash but I went back the next day and left a tip. I appreciated him doing that. He could have said no but took the time. Thank u so much. I appreciated the help and service. Great customer service!!

Good price for the tires friendly staff. Scheduled an appointment online however it didn't get that we wanted the tires. It just scheduled us for an alignment. They went ahead and helped us out plus waiting time was minimal. In and out.

These guys are awesome!! Our oil plug fell out and we lost all of our oil. We live 45 miles away and were sitting with groceries in our car. Goodyear was so kind to fix our oil plug so we could make it home. And they wouldn't take a dime for it either! My husband and I are so grateful for their help and generosity in this terrible situation. I cannot thank them enough for their help!! Thanks to them we made it home safely and will be getting the oil plug fixed this week. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

I just moved back to the Midwest and I am so happy to be back with a Goodyear where the workers are kind and explain things! They checked out my car for free, gave me paperwork telling exactly what was wrong with it (I already knew the problems but they gave me specific details/data) and fixed it much more quickly than I expected. They didn't try to sell me other things or act like I didn't know what I was talking about. I'll continue taking my car here for as long as I live in the area.Also, I made an appointment online and had no problems. It's so nice that you have that option as I had to make the appointment at night when they were not open. I was able to take my car in the next day.

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional employees and would not recommend scheduling an appointment online.I scheduled an appointment through their website and received a confirmation/appointment number and even an email confirmation. However, when I showed up to the store; the store had no knowledge of my appointment, and they did not believe I had set up an appointment because they would have gotten the request. They even questioned if I had the right store or if I hit the confirm button when setting up the online appointment. I tried telling them that I received an email confirmation and it was for this store, but they refused to believe me. Then, they were too busy to even fit me in for the rest of the day (and I arrived there at 2:00 PM). They said they were booked and the only option was scheduling an appointment for another day (even though it was only an oil change/tire rotation which takes 15 minutes and they weren't that busy at the time). I tried telling them that there was a problem in their computer system, but they were not understanding and did not even apologize. The employees were very rude insulting my intelligence by asking if I had the right store and if I pushed the confirm button, when it was their computer system with the problem! A normal business would have apologized for their computer error and fit me in. After I got home, I called them back and gave them my appointment/confirmation number, and the guy on the phone just said "okay" and still did not offer an apology. I voiced my complaint through their website and received a call from the store manager a few days later. He did apologize and said that their system had a glich and would offer a free oil change. However, because of the way their employees treated me, I will not be going back there. It's not worth the trouble, and I do not want my car to be worked on by inconsiderate and unprofessional employees.

Great customer service and punctual, I purchased all four tires and had an alignment done, I had to wait for my car and they had it done in no time. The service manager and store manager was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone look for their automotive needs!!

Took my truck here for a tire rotation and oil change. When they put it on the lift they somehow got the leaf spring stuck on my exhaust and jammed it up into my truck, resulting in a dent behind the RR tire. Their response to the dent that they caused was "It could have happened at any other mechanic" and "There is nothing we can do about it because the exhaust isn't factory"Basically if your car isn't brand new or 100% factory, they somehow believe the damage they cause to your vehicle is not their fault or their problem.If you are looking for a mechanic that takes no responsibility for their work, these are your guys! If you care at all about your vehicle and the condition it is in, find someone else.
