As of today, my review will be five stars. My 2006 F150 was service on December 7th. I am always skeptical of shops. I do the majority of my maintenance on my vehicles so I find it amusing when shops try quoting me services I know have been conducted. However, I brought my truck in for the lifetime alignment deal, (amazing deal by the way) had an appointment. Showed up 5 minutes prior, they took my truck in immediately, truck was finished in about an hour. They quoted me on preventative maintenance on my brake fluid. I was surprised to not see a long list of repairs they recommend. My truck is 18 years old, I figured they would try to get me. They didn t. This will be a service I schedule for this upcoming week. I have a trip planned for New York and I know my fluid is old. The price quoted is very reasonable in my opinion. Truck was pulling super hard to the right with the big lift and tires, it is driving damn near perfectly straight now. I will be taking full advantage of this lifetime alignment deal getting my truck realigned every other oil change.

Went to this shop a few months ago and had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I had set up an appointment online, which was approved by the shop, for 6am. When I had arrived I was met with a manager named Nick. Nick had tried to do everything he can to turn me away although I had an appointment. The only help I got was from a mechanic who happened to be in the room at the time. (Go figure) I left my vehicle with them for half a week and once I got no correspondence I knew they were wasting my time and got my vehicle back. This place is not worth your money and at least part of the managerial staff does not care about helping the customer. Give your business to a local mechanic who won't play games with your time and money.

I called the store got a quote to put tires on my car and made an appoint for Saturday at 8am. I drove 20min Saturday morning for them to tell me they are sorry but my tires have not come in yet. I drove all the way there for no reason on Saturday morning! They told me the tires would be in Thursday so I made an appoint for the following Saturday morning. A couple hours before my appointment they call and again say my tires are not in yet and they don t have any idea when they will come. The guy I spoke to on the phone had absolutely no care and just wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible. Now I will probably have to go find a different company to get tires from because it s winter, my tires are pretty bald, and I don t even know how long it will take for my tires from Firestone to arrive.

Please do not take your car here to be fixed. A technician worked on my daughter's car ( so to speak). After she left her car stalled again. Another tow back to Firestone. A MANAGER even said, " yea, we've had complaints about this guy before. No communication between workers. They added a package without her permission. There's more, but I'm so frustrated with them. Do not go there! Just found out, the same thing happened to someone i know!

In the past old changes from any company, they take care my car. Firestone was the only one who didn t top up my oils.They check my car Ito only lie about my windshield wipers. They told me there were old. Literal I just bought them.Terrible customer support.

Wanted 380.00 for tire sensor so I went to tires plus and got sensor and new tire for 320.00 plus pretty rude. And 1st day sat at computer for bout 15-20 min before I was even helped. Same happened to another customer. Told him Pbly wait 30 min . Hope he wasn t in a hurry

Kaylee was awesome. I thought it was an alternator, they discovered it was just battery terminals. Could have replaced the expensive part but fixed what was wrong. Very trustworthy shop.

Went here recently with my daughters car, had an appointment for 3 tires and an alignment spent over 4 hours over waiting over two of which was just the tires, the three guys working seemed more interested in standing outside smoking and joking, technician made a statement on how bad the alignment was on the back but it had only been 2-3 weeks before buy them I came back because I had changed some parts in the front end, while I was in there there was two other customers both waiting 2 and 3 hours. I ve been going here for years and I ll continue to do such as long as Nick or Marissa is there and that s it

Worst service ever! Do not waste your time going there. The lady at the desk is rude af! I left work just to get it there by 11 am and returned at 5 and it wasn't even looked at. Lady gave me an attitude and my keys back. Not even offering an apology for her misinformation.

Store dirty, left for 1.5 hour to change oil and replace battery when we returned not even started, did not secure oil filler cap from 2019 Tahoe previous oil change it was missing ...enough said

Incompetent workers who will try to upsell you on tires. Be sure they also do the actual alignment and not just say they will. Also check that they don t vastly over-inflate tires. Overall, should probably take it to anyone else including the crackhead down the street.

They took 20 minutes to aligns my car when it takes at least 1 hour. The car started pulling to left 6 months after the alignment. Well being that they didn t align the appropriately I now need 3 new tire. This is the Firestone located at 4750 16th St Moline, Illinois. Amazing service. We woke up with a flat tire this morning, and I called up this location to see if they had my tire size in stock. Jen was very friendly over the phone, I felt comfortable asking her any questions that I had. She told me that although they were very busy today, they could find the time to replace my tire. When we arrived to drop the tire off, Nick was very helpful and said he could get it done while we wait. I was very happy with the service we were provided.

I have taken my car to this location twice for two different reasons, and neither time were they "able to fix it". First was for AC not working..they say it was something electrical that needed to be taken to a dealership..it was the line from the condenser needing changed..the second time was an issue with my battery not charging while driving..they changed the battery a couple times and did who knows what else and said "nope its something inside the engine that we can't fix..gotta take it to the dealership...took it to another shop i have used before Nd they knew right away it was the altinator needing be changed. I will never take my car here again.Services: Air conditioning, Battery

They don't fix leaks that may have been repaired somewhere else, so if you fixed a flat tire in a different town and it starts leaking. They won't fix it. That is really the only negative experience I've had.

I had an oil change done on July 18th,2022. My husband discovered an oil leak and took it back down on the 20th. They cleaned up the oil that was all over andThey replaced the O ring. The next day the oil leak was worse. We reported the problem to Corporate because the Moline store took no responsibility. They did pay for a rental vehicle but spent over a month giving us the runaround and then Corporate says there is no way to prove they are responsible and we are stuck with a 12k bill to repair the damage they did. DO NOT Use this store! Or probably Firestone since they do not stand behind their work even though it says percent back their work! Had a leak when my husband had his oil changed a week prior. We thought it was a fluke. Obviously not!Service: Oil change
