Got 2 auto starts put in. 1 works fine the other has completely ruined my start. Lights flash non stop. They did nothing to help. Also got interior dirty. They did nothing to fix situation. Do not recommend.

Great place. Got my vehicle in right away. Was done that day. Very satisfied with results of my tinted windows. Communication was easy even was able to text to get info. An he responded right away.

I decided to try Custom Whips out after following them on Facebook for like 3 years. I went to 2 different shops previously to get my car audio installed. I was having all kinds of issues from the last shops install so I wanted to take it to a quality shop to get it fixed (I tried to contact the other shop but was blown off) . I gave them a shot due to their attention to detail and quality of everything else they do there. They had to completely uninstall everything from the other shops installation because of how bad it was. Ryan took my mess of a project on with confidence and professionalism from the start. He communicated really well and kept me in the loop. He took photos of before and after for me which was great. He really knows his stuff and helped recommend proper upgrades to have it done like it should of the 1st time. He took his time and did super clean work. Now my car sounds better than it ever has before. I can't believe how crisp and clear my interior speakers sound. I'm really happy I decided to choose them to do what the previous shops couldn't. I really feel like most shops now a days don't do quality work and cut corners. Custom Whips is one of the few that really does the work with high quality and the right way. They definitely have won all of my business from here on out. I will let people know/see/hear the quality work any chance I get. If you need anything done right the 1st time, take your vehicle to Custom Whips!

Brought my 2007 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 LT to Custom Whips to get the windows tinted. Had Royce put 35% on the front doors and 20% on the rear doors and back glass over the privacy glass. I dropped it off two hours before they closed and Royce stayed an extra two hours after they closed to get the job done that night. You just don't see that type of work ethic much anymore. They are very dedicated to their craft and very knowledgeable on the products that they install. I would recommend Custom Whips to anyone looking for window tinting, audio, wheels, vinyl wraps, remote starts, and much more.

Could not be happier with the work they did tinting my beetle windows. It is super diffucult to tint the windows on a beetle and three other area companys would not do it. Im glad custom whips was able to do this for me. They did a flawless job at an unbelievable price. Also lifetime warantay as well. Had my windows done by Custom Whips. It was a good experience, the windows looked great, there was one issue with the windshield strip but they were happy to make it right. Friendly and communicative staff, would definitely recommend to a friend (and may be back for a remote start!)

I rolled in late in the day with a rapididly leaking tire on my CTS-V. not a common tire size but they had one in stock and despite a full schedule and the time they got it mounted and balanced and still gave me a very fair deal on it. They were nice to me and symathetic to me not wanting to get a hotel and be late to my destination. Its that neighborhood treatment in a very modern place and professional knowledge of their craft. I recommend very highly.

They are terrific to work with. I have had two of my vehicles modified by Custom Whips and all the work was perfect. I was very satisfied with the work and the price was always fair. They are will to do whatever they can to help you make your car one of a kind.

Man let me tell you if you ever need car audio installed and are looking for someone to do it Custom Whips is the place to go! These guys are amazing at what they do especially Ryan Bolton and Ryan Perales these guys installed my system in my charger and let me tell you these guys take pride in their work! I am beyond happy with the outcome of my finished build it is A1! I highly recommend this place they are amazing people and know what they are doing!

These guys are top notch! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, etc. They go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. My husband had them install a remote start on my vehicle. I look forward to going back to have them tint my windows as well! My husband searched around and found that Custom Whips had the most knowledge and professionalism and took the time to explain everything to him. You won t find a better place to go for remote starts, tint, audio, etc!

I had window tinting and lighting under the dash and kickplates installed. Did a great job on the window tinting. Ran into some problems with scheduling to get the other stuff done but we worked it out and I m very happy with this business. They tinted the windows and installed remote start on my wife's vehicle and repaired the remote start on my vehicle. My remote start was installed years ago by another company and is a brand not sold by Custom Whips but they were willing and able to work on it. Good quality work at a reasonable price.

Awesome top quality installation and service that is fast and very fairly priced. Big, comfy customer lounge to enjoy and chill while you wait. Big selection of toys for your car and a very friendly/professional staff that treats you like family and truely appreciates your business!! I called to see if they could fix or replace my automatic start, they were booked out but said they could fit me in to look at it, and had it fixed within minutes! Very professional and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

My dad called here on a Wednesday to make an appointment to get my new tires on my Camaro. They said if we brought the tires in as soon as they opened they would be done that day. I brought the tires in as soon as they opened that Thursday. Friday rolls around with no call on my tires. We end up calling and no one has worked on my tires after we were told they would be done Thursday. They then tell us they will be done early morning on Saturday, come to find out they aren t even open on Saturdays. Now I have to possibly wait until Monday if they are even done by then. I m so disappointed in the customer service.

Asked the main guy several questions about stereo systems. He lied to me, then later tried to rip me off by charging double what he should have, so I left. They seem like a decent installation shop, except for the massive overcharging. If you don't care about needlessly blowing money, then this is your place.

Fantastic customer service! I was told I would probably need to purchase a digital processor for my system so it would sound right. That would have been an extra $450 for part and install. So I trusted them and agreed to pay it. Then they went out of their way to make sure I really needed it. Come to find out that it was not necessary. So they contacted me and let me know. Instead of just putting it in and making that $450. I just wanted to share that so everyone can see how trustworthy these guys are!

*2022 UPDATE* All smiles right herr, ya heard me!!! My boy Ryan still lit. I went thinking I had a blown speaker and Ryan just tightened up a couple spots and got me back right. He could have easily gotten a hustle out of me but just goes to show not only is he a great business man, but has a good heart .Much love to all the gentlemen there for how knowledgeable and professional they are, and for puttin' in that work. I've taken my truck there on a few different occasions and each time they got me right. A special recognition to Ryan though because he definitely helped me understand the true meaning of "the early bird catches the worm."

Perfect local business. Excellent, high quality products. Sundown, Digital Designs and more. Outstanding Compustar installer. I bought the drone cheaper with better quality install than the Iowa stores. I bought a 2018 f150 and all my accessories and install will go through Custom Whips. They wont try to sell you something you dont need. This is top quality at Custom Whips

THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I had all my car audio/speakers/sub etc & remote start installed here & this is the place to go!!! Duan is honest, hard working & down to earth & takes the time to explain details & such to his customers so they understand. I wasn't just a number, they genuinely appreciated my business. had a custom stereo installed. worked great until cold weather hit for some reason, then the receiver started skipping. They tracked down the equipment that was the problem, replaced it, even a year later. Point is, these guys stand behind their work. Since then, they have installed a remote start and window/light tinting for me and i love everything they have done.

Professional, did a great job with tinting. Going back for audio. Knowledgeable. Could not recommend more. Also the dog that they had on one of my visits made my day! He was a good boy.

Had a remote start put in at Automotive Intervention years ago. Custom Whips was able to fixed it so we didn't have to put a whole new system in. Nice guys would highlyrecommend them.

Custom Whips is my goto place. I've had remote starts, window tint, and audio and wouldn't trust anybody else. I would recommend to anybody else to have any of that work done on their car by them. Too bad they don't have 10 stars cause they soo deserve it......

Awesome Experience the owner and staff are excellent and very great priced got my tint done looks amazing and came back to put brand new speakers, subs,HID lights and An amazing navigation system best audio place ive been to so far.
