Lacking quality. My car was dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.its hard to get pictures of glass but I think they could ve at least wiped the handprints off. They had to adjust my doors because they weren t flush which I had to point out to them and now the door doesn t open/close correctly and they didn t clean up the overspray.

Truck fixed in a timely manner. Job should have been inspected by shop supervisor prior to delivery. Freshly painted tailgate scratched. Body shop debris on tailgate and bumper. The rear bumper bolts not fully tightened. Returned for correcting problems. Sloppy workmanship. Rick was able to get these items corrected. Thanks.

Lack of attention to detail. Tried to give truck back with scratch marks in fender. They had to take truck back to buff. Left sanding dust all over passenger side of vehicle. Truck more dirty on inside than when first dropping off. Just left the paper towels they used to wipe my windows on floor of truck.

My car was completed 6 days early. I was kept updated as to the progress frequently. Front office staff very informative and courteous. I hate having to use them but will return every time I need them.

I would definitely recommend Crash Champions! We hit a Deer and our front end needed multiple repairs. Michelle was fantastic to work with. She was always keeping me up to date with what was going on with my car and if there were any delays with parts. We just picked the car up this evening and they did a fabulous job! You can t even tell that it had to be repaired. They did a great job! I was so pleased with how my car looked when I got it back. Staff was very friendly and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process.

I followed up multiple time with them to get the missing part fixed but always they told me, will get back and never called me since couple of weeks. Finally, I spoke to the person who was handling my claim she was yelling on me without any reason. They need basic training how to talk customers and give a timely updates.

Got into an accident where t-boned another car and had to come to Crash Champions through the guys insurance. They kept my car for a whole month just to fix my front bumper, left headlight , and a few other things inside. The day I got it back my dashboard started ticking when I turned my air on. Called them about it and they said it wasn t caused by the accident. Then my check engine light came on about a possible leakage, or my gas tank was open. Long story short they rigged my car, glued some parts together they shouldn t have and now I have to replace my thermometer and thermometer house. 0/10

Crash Champion s staff is knowledgeable and courteous from the initial call through completion. I received text updates as well as calls throughout my car repairs. Each person I was in contact with was friendly and helpful. My car was ready on the day they said and it was complete and clean when I picked it up. I have taken my vehicle here a couple times after some fender benders. The drop off and return process has been consistently smooth for me, and they do a great job communicating the status of the vehicle throughout the repair process. Customer service is always great as well. Would highly recommend!

I hit a deer with my Volkswagen SUV. I had it towed directly to their East Moline location. While ordering parts it sat unsecured in their parking lot for two weeks. After having it in their possession for 2 weeks they called to tell me someone cut out the catalytic converter and that in order to fix it I d need to make an additional claim to my insurance company for $1700 to pay for the damaged that happened to my car while in their possession. They also told me this has never happened to them before! I placed a call to the East Moline Police Dept reporting the theft. Not much they could do about it but they weren t surprised as it has happened before. Then after they get everything fixed from both claims I go to pick it up and instead of charging my insurance the quoted $1700 they charged them $2500 for additional parts. How can I believe that? And while in the lobby to finally pick up my car the receptionist made a comment wow two claims with $0 comp co-pay. I said yep I hit a deer and then my catalytic convert was stolen from you parking lot. Another customer waiting says yes mine too. And the receptionist says it s happened many times! Many times! Really? Crash Champions you should know better! Keep customers cars secure and fess up to your own mistakes! If it s a regular occurrence that this happens and a regular occurrence that your video cameras in your lot don t work lock up your customers cars! Mine was delivered by 1pm by a tow truck on a Thursday during business hours. I came Friday to get my garage door opener out of it and it was still parked in your open unsecured lot! Because of your neglect I can never patronize you again no matter what your body work is like! I can t trust that you ll protect my property when you don t protect anything but your own pocket book! Had my truck "rust proofed" by them January of last year. Within months it started rusting right through their paint product. Took it back only to be told they don't do that service any longer so they couldn't help me. Complete waste of time and money. What a scam!

Started with a 2000 insurance fix ended up with a compete loss? Dropped off on Monday heard nothing called Thursday and was informed. Pathetic

My daughter was on the receiving end of someone pulling out of a side street & not paying attention. Thank goodness her toddler wasn't with her. We went to Crash Champions per our insurance direction & were greeted warmly & professionally. Our adjuster, Rick came out to survey the damage. He gladly answered all our questions, never talking down to us. No question was too small or unimportant. Our plans were to leave town about 10 days after this accident as we were to close on selling our house & move on to greater adventures. Rick made it happen! Well, of course the whole staff made it happen. Way to go!! Her car was repaired in time, looks awesome & we're off. Thanks everyone! Highly recommended!

My car looks awesome! The work looks great, but my hood stripes and Camaro logo are on backorder. I'll have to go back and have them put on which is no big deal, I'm retired! Overall great experience there. They're very busy so sometimes scheduling can be a factor. However quality of work is fantastic and Keith is definitely thorough and upfront with his customers. Highly recommend.Update 10/22/20Second vehicle brought to them. Same high quality work as expected. Car looks brand new. Highly recommend (again).

Professional and courteous service. My son, was very pleased with the level of care they gave his new truck while undercoating it prior to winter. They even took the time to wash it and clean the inside for him. Very appreciative of their efforts and their work didn't go unnoticed! Thank you!
