No issues with how quickly they got me in, or how they initially dealt with me. The problem was the unsatisfactory result. They returned my black vehicle with extreme 3 dimensional swirl marks in the paint. I took it back and they got it better, but it still had these severe swirl marks that they created with their buffing process. They will not get a 3rd opportunity, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Inexcusable that my vehicle would be returned to me twice with the paint finish in the condition that it was in.

Took my truck in for an estimate. Nick was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all of my questions in detail and give me the confidence to know that my vehicle will be repaired by someone who both knows their stuff and with the care I would take if I did the work myself. I definitely won't be going anywhere else after this initial experience!

The manger, Joe, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was complete in a timely manner. Even on a seemingly small detail that he really could have overlooked, Joe took steps that I did not expect. Very grateful for his effort!

I was rear-ended by someone, and after checking around, I decided to bring it here. I'm glad I did. They matched the paint perfectly! Their customer service is spot on! You can tell they care about the company and who they represent. They are very easy to speak to. They help you understand everything that is being done to your car and give you updates regularly. % QUICK,FAST SERVICE without looking like it was quick & fast!Thank you to Caliber for taking care of my 2019 Nissan Altima! The staff at caliber collision is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took all the worry out of the equation and made everything so easy for me. The front office lady, Andrea, I believe her name is, was extremely nice and professional.

The team at Caliber Collision was great to work with. I called a couple times to get updates on the progress and they were always happy to provide updates and give me information. Andrea even stayed 10 minutes after close so that I could pickup the truck. Since that was the earliest I could get there once it was completed. Overall, great customer service and very kind people to work with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole team was great from start to finish. Keith made sure we were all squared away and let us know we were in good hands. Steve kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle and got it back to us quickly! Would definitely recommend!

Great service from Nick. He was very professional and gave me a great breakdown on my car and what would need fixed. I took my car in to have the scratch in the door that I needed fixed and he gave me a vey good break down.

If I could give them 10 's I definitely would.Amazing customer service with Andrea, she handled my insurance claim like a pro and she is very professional at the front desk.Lonnie was awesome when he did my estimate and ordered the part's for my car. The whole team was on top of it, they said my car would be done by a certain day and it was. I had no problems at all.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any repairs or painting jobs. (They offer other car work also, brakes, tires, etc...)PLUS I WAS HIGHLY SURPRISED WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR AND IT WAS COMPLETELY CLEAN INSIDE, HAVING 4 KIDS IT WAS KINDA DIRTY they completely detailed it.They will definitely have my business for all my car's needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Andrea at the front desk was such a pleasure to work with and Lonnie was able to schedule everything within my needed timeframe. Not only was the hail damage repaired quickly, my car came back to me so clean inside and out! Highly recommend!!!

Best experience ever with Caliber Collision. Lonnie was very helpful when I first went in to get an estimate and explained the process to me thoroughly. He said he would have to reach out to the manufacturer to get an estimate on when he would receive the parts and called me back the that afternoon. Lonnie also called me while my vehicle was getting worked on to give me updates as to the progress on my car. They were able to get my car back to me earlier than estimated and did exceptional work. Highly recommend Caliber collision and if I ever have to have work done to my car again, I will definitely go back to them

In the first part of January 2023 I was rear ended by another driver. It was the first accident I had been in and Caliiber Collision was suggested by the insurance company to complete my rear end damage. They were very informative and complete in a timely fashion. I got my car back after about 3 weeks which considering the damage might had taken if I had gone anywhere else. Also after it was completed a severe storm prevented me to come get it so they dropped it off in my driveway which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, only having my car back 26 days it was struck again from behindand once again I turned to Caliber to get the job done. They are most efficient and all staff is friendly and considerate and well knowledgeable. I would suggest Caliber Collision to anyone who needs body work after a wreckage. I give then 5 stars because more stars aren't an option. Thank you again, Caliber Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a replacement side mirror that I had purchased with the intention of doing it myself. after doing more research I realized it was pretty difficult. they got me in first thing after a holiday weekend. Had a 2016 Kia stolen. Needed a new ignition installed and the back window replaced. Caliber ordered the parts and since we had to wait over 6 weeks for the ignition to arrive, we left our vehicle on their site. We weren't charged for storage which is great and they would even call us to give us updates on the parts ordered which helped us out. When we did receive the vehicle, it was clean; inside and out. Amazing customer service. Probably better to use Caliber than your own dealer.
