Very helpful and nice employees. I got a battery to replace the 7 year old battery in my 2011 Silverado. They even put the battery in for me.

Purchased a car battery online. Prices competitive. I liked being able to schedule my time slot for installation. Employee, Craig, did the installation quickly. Will use again in the future

I purchased a brand new Duracell RV/Marine battery in June of 2021. 14 months later, it is fully dead and will no longer take a charge. It never would charge above 60% since new. The warranty period (which is awful) is 12 months - so the store tells me I m on my own and will not goodwill it at all, even though they sold me a bad battery. I took care of the battery and kept it charged.Take your money elsewhere unless a battery is considered a yearly maintenance item for you. Disappointing!

Will never do business here again. Have a 4yr battery warranty purchased in 03/20 and on 02/22 they will not replace. Their system says "I have already had it replaced" even though I didn't. I even stopped in earlier to check on the warranty and was told that it would be a even swap. The only thing the manager Mark was able to say is I can't do anything because the system is blocking me.

Young guy, working alone on a Sunday, and he nailed it! He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and he took his job and my satisfaction seriously. I highly recommend this store because of this employee.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had the battery for my keyfob, were able to troubleshoot connection issues that was causing the fob to only work intermittently, and with the lifetime replacement option I will never have to buy another battery for this fob.

Pretty good not great. I need a way to order on account via phone/ email/ INTERNET and have someone else pick up. We do business in areas up to a hour apart. Can't justify driving 2 hours. To show ID and hand the stuff to my guy that has been there the whole time. Thats 3 hours total man hours wasted. Other than that great.

I have significant hearing loss and reduced respiratory efficiency so I put on my Covid mask at the last second when I need to. Hearing aids and glasses prohibit Covid masks with ear loops. My wife has to custom make my masks with around the head elastic straps. It takes both hands to put it in place. I also try to lip read when possible. I entered this store carrying a bit heavy battery from a backup power unit for my nighttime breathing assist unit. A rather large man addressed me abruptly and made a big deal about my mask not being on my face. I am 78 years old and have all the vaccines available. I am over 6 feet away and have both hands holding this heavy battery as he became very agitated about the mask issue. There was NO patience or understanding and I was not happy. I eventually got my battery replaced but I did not even take my receipt from him. I have not in the last 2 years had anyone treat me so rudely or with so much anger. I will never enter that store again.

Sales clerk was very patient and nice. I was told the phone would be serviced by 2:15 I arrived after 2:30 still wasn t ready went back 30-40 minutes later still had to wait. But I understood because he was only employee and they were busy. I didn t mind because the sales clerk was very nice. Thank you for being open during this time and for your service

I asked them to replace the battery in my still-working three-year-old $40 Timex Ironman wristwatch. They broke it. New battery, old battery, the watch is dead. They told me to take it to a jeweler. That will cost me more than the watch is worth! I should never have had them replace the battery. Two years ago, I asked them to replace the battery in my son s similar watch. While trying to reinstall the pin that attaches the wristband to the watch, they lost control, the pin shot out and hit my son s glasses. Had he not been wearing glasses, the pin would ve shot into my son s eye! Two visits, two strikes. There will not be a third because I will never go there again. They could injure you or kill your watch. Definitely not worth it.

Went there to have a flip key cut. The older gentleman in the back told me he couldn t cut it due to some code he needed.I explained to him I didn t need the key programmed I only needed it cut. Needless to say he argued with me instead about why he couldn t. I went to the one on Kimberly in iowa & they GLADLY cut my key for me with friendly smile! Just had to sign a waiver because It was a key I brought in. (Understandable) but when an capable employee has the adequate equipment to do a job their business advertises to do. THEY SHOULD instead of arguing with the customer! The guy was rude & quick to dismiss because it was aftermarket lol SMH never again.

Went in with my iPhone last weekend and got prompt service. Didn't actually think my phone could be repaired but the tech there was so nice and understanding and gave it a shot. Happy to say my phone works wonderful now. Thanks batteries plus!

Took a perfectly functioning iPhone 6 in to have a cracked screen fixed. It was functioning fine but the cracks in the screen were irritating so wanted it repaired. Got the phone back and the earpiece and camera no longer worked. Tech told me it was because the phone was dropped before. "No, it was all working for weeks after dropping it." They opened it up and commented that "somehow" the ribbon inside had been cut! The tech stated he didn't even know how that happened, but blamed us! Well, we weren't the ones who had the phone opened up-- he was! Had to complain to the manager to not have to pay for the new ribbon. Cost us some $$$ anyway. Multiple returns with a screen that would stop working and we finally left with what appeared to be a functioning phone. Except about 1 week later the screen became unresponsive to touch yet again. My cellular provider people cringed when I told them where I had gone for repairs and stated that they had had multiple phones come in as disasters after Batteries Plus. Another repair service was recommended. They opened the phone and discovered that two screws and several clasps had been removed and not replaced internally so that the phone would work for a short period then screw up as the loose components inside shifted. Fixed for $20 plus tax. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO BATTERIES PLUS for phone repairs!

Took my iPhone in to fix the screen (this was my first time in the store and this cracked screen was my fault the others were not) within 3 days it started glitching took it back in they replaced the screen again worked fine they it started glitching again I ve brought it in 2 times because it was glitching and then the screen cracked for no reason it was sitting on the table and when I picked it up it cracked so I took it in again and they told me they could replace it they did I ve taken it in countless times for glitching and the tech not putting in the screen all the way and then the final time I took it in I plug in my ear buds and found them not working took it in again and the tech looked at it and said I just needed to update my phone so I did that and no luck and now my phone screen has cracked again for no reason so here I am with a broken screen and I can t use my ear buds. Waste of money would never recommend to anyone

Went to have the battery in my watch replaced since Walmart no longer services the watches you buy there. Polite young lady tried to help me out, but the crown of my watch was sprung. ( I didn't know that when I left home.)

Absolutely terrible customer service, wouldn t recommend to anybody. Initially I took my phone in to get the screen replaced and after receiving it back the front button would set off Siri constantly without even touching the button. It took numerous times of taking my phone back to have them fix it. On thier website it states there is a 6 month warranty, but I just took my phone back after 5 months of the initial fix because the screen popped up near the front camera and broke the screen. They told me that they only warranty their workmanship, after thoroughly looking threw the batteries plus website it says nothingg to that effect. I spent over a hundred dollars getting the screen replaced and they won t even warranty it. Terrible workmanship and customer service

Took my daughters IPhone 5s into Mike on the 16th to see if I could have the screen fixed, was informed it could be fixed and will only take an hour to do so. mike was friendly and to the point on all paperwork that needed to be signed. Andrew did a fine job fixing my daughters phone, it was cleaned and charged when I got it back. I also purchased a otterbox for the phone and it was on the phone when I arrived to pick it up. I do appreciate the professional courtesy I did get when I was there the entire time from mike and Andrew. keep up the good work guys and if I have anymore broken screens you will be getting my business. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

I really like the fact that I can order what I need and it s ready and waiting for me to pick up what I ve ordered. If I am preferring to order it online to have sent to my house it s just as convenient. Service at Batteries plus was very good and I would recommend my experience to anyone who needs products from any battery they would need.

You should not advertise that you replace key fob batteries then not have anyone working that can do it.A young guy tried, couldn't do it, so he went in the back to get some girl who was cackling like a banshee to help. She comes out, takes a look and says "You'll have to come back Monday when someome will be here that can do it."She goes on to explain how expensive key fobs are and she doesn't want to break it. They have both only been here 6 months, but if I come back Monday the owners will be there and they can deal with it.I decided yo drive the 20 minutes to the Davenport store. The guy there changed the battery within a few minutes. I'm not real happy I had to drive all over the quad cities, wasted an hour, and then see how easy it was to fix.You need to train your employees better, or hire ones who aren't afraid to do their jobs and pass it off on the owners. Perhaps she could be learning the job instead of laighing it up in the back room? Just a thought.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was greeted when we walked in the door. Needed batteries for key fobs and the salesman knew what we needed as soon as he saw the fobs. Replaced batteries for us. Nice service.

I asked the woman working if they had the battery for my husband's car remote, and once she found the correct battery, she proceeded to put it in for us, then charged us extra for "working on the key fob" Nobody asked her to do that, and she never mentioned a fee. It was not much money, so I paid and left without saying anything, but it just seemed a bit dishonest to me.

DEVICES MORE BROKEN AFTER REPAIRS!I took my daughter's iPad mini and iPod touch in to get repaired. Both screens were cracked due to dropping them. They worked perfectly prior to taking them to the store. Yes, it was cosmetic and had nothing to due with the functionality of the device...but they are girls and wanted new screens. When I arrived to the store, I was greeted with a multi-page legal document. Instead of the clerk explaining the form to me and what it entailed, he just asked for me to sign...I hastily signed it thinking it was an authorization to repair my devices. IT WASN'T! It was an "Unable to verify functionality" legal document stating that when they took in the devices, they were unable to verify whether they were operating properly or not. I gave the clerk the passwords for both devices, and they did not once attempt to see if they were working properly. So, essentially, the document is their way of saying that they will replace the cracked screen without any testing, what so ever.My wife returned to the store to pick up the devices later that day and the clerk told her that he was unable to test the device because he didn't know the passwords. ( I gave the clerk the passwords for both devices when they were dropped off) Neither of the devices worked correctly. The forward facing camera on the iPad mini was only half working, like you were holding your finger over half of the camera. The screen on the iPad mini did not work properly either. When touched, an app from the other side of the screen would open. The screen also showed lines extending from the apps from top to bottom, and side to side. These issues were not present when the device was dropped off. It appeared as if the lines were burned into the screen and would not go away. The iPod touch had similar burn in images but not as bad, however, still needing the attention of a return visit to the store.I dropped off the devices and received a call from the manager, Mark. He explained to me the document I signed said that even though they could not test the device, that i agreed to the repairs, despite the fact the clerks were able to test the devices for functionality when they did not. They now want an additional $189 for LED screen replacement for the iPad mini, and this was after he agreed to replace the glass touch screen (digitizer) on both devices due to being defective. He also said that the bracket that held the camera in place "must have come lose" causing the camera to move. I AM FURIOUS!!I feel like i was taken advantage of. I had a 3 year old looking at every flashlight and gadget in the store, and i was unable to give my undue attention to a novel style legal paper. My kids even paid for the repairs with their own money out of their own bank accounts to take responsibility for their actions. They are 8 years old, and 10 years old. There are signs all over the store saying they can fix cracked screens. I will not EVER take anything back to that business to have a cracked screen fixed, nor will I EVER do any business with Batteries Plus!UPDATE:06/23/2016 Picked the devices back up from the store after the store manager, Mark, said that he would replace the screens (digitizers) on both devices. The iPod touch seems fine, however, the iPod mini it still not right. The lines on the screen remain. This update is being posted after the store owner's response that the store manager would discuss this issue further. Funny thing is, the store manager had nothing to say to me when i picked them up other than "can i help you" and "here they are". Not much help after all. Ive got a call into the corporate office and a representative took my complaint. Ill update when I have more information. UPDATE: 06/23/2016 No help from corporate. The manager, Mark, apparently offered to give us back the broken glass previously replaced and issue a refund. Not a solution that I agreed to. Plus, since i signed the document, nothing can be done even if i can prove they didnt test it. Take your devices to an expert, not batteries plus!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got my iPhone back after wanting a fixed screen to have the battery life being HORRIBLE and dying every few hours so I checked my phone and it was a different battery than before I went in. I called and got in to a YELLING fight with the manager/owner. He would not even let me get a word in.

Quick and easy. I was undecided on how to proceed with getting a replacement car key. The dealership was expensive. I m glad I went to batteries plus. It wasn t the cheapest option, but I still saved a lot of money.
