I find the store well kept after and a large variety of different tools and needs for your car but the thing that sticks to me the most is the employee communication. When I asked a employee walking around for a certain tool he said No and walked off into the back room not to come out, later finding the tool but I wish the employees here had better communication

With the recent deep freeze (-15�F and terrible roads for days), I was having quite a bit of car trouble.On the spot, they were able to assess the situation, to find exactly what I had in mind, to make alternate suggestions (as backup plans), and gave me some caution for the future (of what was likely to happen). They are professional and personable - and incredibly helpful!

Gal clerk was great! Helped me change my wiper blades and found me a bulb I needed for my break light!!!! Auto Zone workers are better than any other auto store!

Terrible customer service!! Asked for an assortment of door rod clips and the clerk looks at me like I'm speaking a foreign language. At which point a black gentleman approaches and I show him a picture of the part from the Autozone website on my phone. The black clerk proceeds to stand there burping without any other comment and finally points to some bumper and fender clips. I explain that what I need is the door rod clips in the picture but he still stands there stone faced confused looking without comment. Finally, I say, Thanks man guess I'll go by O'reilly's and get them, and he still just stands there staring?? Moline Autozone was complete waste of time. Try hiring some helpful individuals for a change....,.

Let me tell you how amazing the Auto Zone is in Moline. Spent 5 hours in the parking lot today after water pump blew while we were going by Auto zone. We went in and they helped us over and above when they didn't have to. I've never dealt with such kind young men. Hats off to you all that worked on 7/18/2022. Y'all are great and deserve a generous wage. Again thank you.

I needed windshield wipers. Decided to get rain x eleat. Sales person looked up what size I needed. He came from behind the counter and assisted me. I told him about my experience at the Silvis store. At the Silvis store the person looked up what size I needed and yelled out the size I needed. Left the store without buying anything. I'm older and needed help. I had mask on, whatever happened to customer service. I did find that at the Moline store!!

I was not happy with the service at all! The guy gave us a headlight bulb and came out to look at it to see if he could change it or not and then told us there was too many wires and stuff to take off in order for him to do that and they were not allowed to do that but yeah we've already had a headlight bulb replaced by the silvis AutoZone and then he did not even give us the right bulb when I went to have someone else change it so now we have the inconvenience of having to go exchange it in order to get our headlight fixed but it will definitely be at a different AutoZone

Your typical retail chain auto store. After talking to employees, they have general knowledge, but none of them really have any expertise. If you have questions, do the research on your own. My last experience, the staff was not aware of product that they carried. This was very disappointing.

Kinda meh compared to the place across the road, autozone is flashier and has more LEDs to stick on your rice burner but their parts are inferior. I like my brakes to last more than 6 months.

The lady who helped me with my fuses was awesome! She knew exactly what I needed and helped me find the right fuses. I'm very satisfied with how professional she was in helping me that's my issue.

Best experience I've had at an auto parts store. Very courteous and helpful even though they were short staffed! Came right out and put my headlight in for me

Good people that work at the 2 i go to and ive only returned one part that was defective in all the years ive gone there since they have opened! Prices are good and online ordering and delivery is awesome as well and normally find better prices

I regularly shop AutoZone stores all over the country. We made an unplanned stop to get a serpentine belt--they didn't have the one we asked for (that showed in stock online), so we instead asked for the more expensive brand. On leaving, we noticed the employee had discounted it so we got the original price, without any delay, making any issue of it, or taking any credit for it. Well done!

You need new managers! I had went to the auto zone in Rock Island earlier today. The guy there said I needed a new battery and that yes they could do it. Well had to wait for my boyfriend to get home and then we went to Auto Zone on Ave of the Cities. They looked at my battery and said they couldn't change out. That there were fuses on it. Ok so went across the street to Advanced Auto. The guy there took one look at my battery, said yes we can change it out. Was done within 5 minutes. Auto Zone, you guys need to have people working who know what their talking about! You lost that sale!

Poor poor service. I waited patiently in li e to pay for a simple roll of tape when my turn came up the guy (older looked lime a manager) turned his back on me without a word and got on the phone did not acknowledge me what so ever. Guess Oreileys up the road or advanced across the street will get ALL my buisness from now on all because that guy couldnt say excuse me i need to take this call theyve been on hold.

Bought and rear windshield wiper for my wife truck the employee was on the lazy side his name was Ryan and just cause the blind was having a hard time coming off he decided to say he just couldn t get it off and earlier that same day I purchase wind wipers for my suv and on the left taking it off was kinda stuck on there and a new employee that just started was patient and very professional he finally got that stubborn blade off but thank you so much it wasn t Ryan !! Ryan gets a thumbs down for poor customer service he lost my business although I purchase the blade he couldn t get on thought we purchase a blade from them and go somewhere else to get it put on naw we just got our money back why should I purchase a anything from you when you can put it on my wife suv

Autozone is one of my favorite auto parts store they will go the extra mile to try to help you or even loan you tools...And I love their prices and they usually have three price ranges for every product.They usually have the part that I am looking for right there behind them on the shelf, and if they don't they are more than willing to order it. They have young kind employees that are computer savvy and very willing to be polite and helpful and very patient and tolerant which I really appreciate and usually have to apologize for my rudeness to them, after all I am the one that broke my car not them... They will even tolerate being the whipping post from time to time and still be kind and helpful even tolerate being the whipping post from time to time and still be kind and helpful thank you autozone...
