Staff was courteous and friendly. As the name states, their main business is pickup trucks and semis/buses, but they have some cars. Unfortunately, most those cars are really picked over. But, since that's not their main business and trucks are, I can't fault them for that.However, their prices are high, at least for the items I was quoted. Their prices need to come down about 20% to make it better than buying the same thing new online. It's a junkyard, so the prices should be cheaper than new, not the same or more than new. But, again, trucks are their main business, so perhaps they don't have as good of a grasp on what used car parts should cost.

Called and asked about a pcm for a 2008 dodge ram, as I already called orileys and they said that there is 4 different ones that go to that truck , so when I talked to rick at 2 & 92 , he said they could order that part . I explained to him that there is 4 different pcm's that go to that dodge ram and he said they had one and that it was the one for that truck, and I asked rick, "if that part doesn't work on my truck can I return it?" And he said yes , so for starter's rick doesn't even know his parts and the part isn't the right part and did not work on my truck. So I called and told rick that , that part in fact was not the right part and did not work on my truck and asked for a refund , then he claimed that , that was the right part and if I returned it I would have to pay $50 shipping and 10% restocking. Rick never mentioned anything about me having to pay shipping on the part if I returned it, I have the receipt that has a 30 day warranty, and Rick said he'd return most of my money , and trying to charge me $60 some dollars to return a faulty part and the wrong part to begin with . Nothing but a RIpoff. I will NEVERdo business with that lowlife scumbag again

Very rude front desk personnel. First time here never coming back again. The staff member was very unprofessional he sold me a part that didn't work I came back and he refused to give me a part that works and he said I wasted his time, I will never be back again.

Great place 2 buy quality used parts plus great customer service. The parts man took me out in the yard and helped me pick wat I needed and the counter desk man honered the price he gave over the ph. I will Definitely Shop there again and will advise my Trucker buddies 2 go there as well.

Great to find Semi truck parts! Inventories dwindling and staff are not very caring about sales. Have had hard luck with a few used products, one serious safety event because of, however they are used parts. Just would be nice to have a pleasant, polite, person to work with instead of being treated like you are annoying them by being there. We are frequent flyers here and I have never been treated like we were not annoying them by asking to see or get a product. Then maybe we are annoying, hard to say.

Very nice people prices are fair. Just got a pair of leaf springs for my f250 for $300. And that's new springs not used.

Called about a used battery yesterday. Yep, they got one! Called again an hour before I planned to go get it! Drove clear across the quad cities mess, walked in and they just sold it! Screw 2&92!
