If you need your car worked on, call them. They're professional, trustworthy, kept in contact, have fair prices and most importantly know what they're doing. It wasn't the first time I had been to them but most recently I needed an oil change and to have my brakes and rotors replaced. They got me in quickly, had my car done in a very reasonable timeframe and are just good people. I appreciate everything they did

After a day and a half of having issues with my insurance company trying to connect me to a towing service, I was left making cold calls trying to get my car towed from my job to tire shop. Stellwag, was my 2nd call, and literally within seconds of being on the phone, I was getting a driver sent to me. Matt arrived, we had a great conversation the whole ride, the rate wasn't going to break the bank, and from call to destination, only took about 40 mins. At the time of this post, I'm still waiting to be connected to a service through my insurance SMH. I know who to call if ever in need in the Minooka area.

Super super nice guy. I called last minute and I went in for tire patch. I was in and out within minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Full engine replacement!! So far, so good! We had them completely replace our 2014 Ford F150 FX4 engine after it died. They found us a refurbished engine and put the new one in. Great service and communication. It was a BIG and expensive job, but they made it easy and were totally fair. I trust them and would recommend.

Staff are very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and professional. Prices are very competitive. Works diligently to diagnose and repair in a timely matter. Explains all questions thoroughly. I didn't feel like just a number. I felt as if they genuinely care. I will be returning for all my automotive needs.

Recently had my water pump go out and I called Joe to come pick up my car, he was their in less than an hour hooked me up and called me with a quote within 2 hours. I did not expect to get the car back for a day or so but Joe and his staff got the parts I needed and had my car back to me the same day. The best news was that the final cost was less than we thought, they could have easily just charged me the original quote and I would never have know otherwise. Their honesty and professionalism is what keeps me coming back even for basic maintenance like oil changes, Stellwag Automotive is tops in my book. Thanks Joe!!

I have been taking two of my vehicles to Stellwag now for several years. I feel they do very good work at a fair price. I trust them with my vehicles and I cannot say that about very many mechanics.I originally went there on a friend's recommendation and that is why I am writing this. I highly recommend Stellwag Auto.

Called around to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. The price range was very step 80.00 to 125. Except two places one was 60.00 and Stellwag was 20.00. Great price.

The only real positive thing I liked about this place was the fact got me in for work bright and early.Outside of that, the mechanic was quite knowledgeable about how to repair my vehicle. My biggest gripe about the work done is they didn't actually consider the vehicle at hand. My vehicle needed new studs for my wheels because two broke off, so on top of those, the mechanics also replaced my rotors, and pads.Essentially, after some time, I realized the lug nuts were installed with a high impact wrench, causing me to nearly break my tire iron in the process of removing the lugs. I also just realized that due to the high impact, some lug nuts have been fractured.My tire iron is now rendered useless, for it will surely break in replacing my tires.

This place is awesome, even with just one guy there on a Saturday they found a way to fit me in. This is not the first time they squeezed me in short notice. Wish they had another mechanic there, this place could really blow up.
