I was truly disappointed I'm this place, mostly the uncaring kids that work there. Six days after my car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs.Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!!The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparative to stealerships, uh, I mean dealerships!

I have been going to Integrity since I was in elementary school! First with my parents and now with my own little family. They are reliable, honest, and work quickly. We have entrusted them with all of our vehicles and are our first call when we are looking for new car recommendations while car shopping. Their maintenance team is top notch and their prices are more than fair!

Really amazing! I was on a 800 mile return trip when the check engine light started flashing. Integrity Automotive was the closest mechanic to where I was located, fortunately. I walked in, explained the issue, and they got me right in! I didn't expect they would be able to squeeze me in since two other places had a 2 week wait. But Integrity Automotive did! Within a couple hours I was on my way! They even called to next day to make sure I was okay. Really, this shop is amazing, and the people are wonderful. If you want a place that gets the job done and considers your safety first, this is the place. Excellent work, gentlemen.

Craig was amazing from the start and was very informative to me and my daughter. She is having issues with her first vehicle and he took the time to explain things to her and he talked to us and answered all our questions and didn t talk at us or make us feel dumb for not knowing car stuff. We will definitely be going back anytime we need anything. You don t find people who actually care and are there to help and want to help.

Integrity Auto is professional and extremely knowledgeable. They fix the problem on my car when nobody else possibly could. I won t take my vehicle to anybody else but them thanks. Keep up the good work.

They were professional and well experienced to work on my 1997 Camaro. Even talk to the tech who was awesome and even let me know what he fixed and where the problem was at. Nothing short of good reliable mechanics.

Craig explained everything and is very thorough. Very reasonable with pricing and don't just say get something done unless its necessary. Honest and I appreciate that. I would recommend anyone getting their car fixed by Integrity.

Very friendly staff, even had my 3 year old autistic son with me and they were very interactive with him. They explained everything I needed to know in detail and even printed a car fax for me of my car. Unfortunately my car won t make it past a year but they provided great service and were so kind!

These guys are really friendly and have really been there for my wife's car. They explain what is going on and what needs to be done. They don't just try and get your money. I recommend giving them a try.

Great shop to bring your car too. Have had them change my oil a few times now , change my brakes and a head light. Never felt any shady or dishonest vibes since I've been there. Also they are willing to work with your work schedule and figure out how to get the car fixed on time. Even though I didn't ask or need it, they always asked if I needed a ride home after I dropped off my car. Great people especially Craig, has a good work ethic and sense of humor, which I appreciate.

I ve now taken both of my cars here to get major repairs done. The repairs were done in a reasonable time and as promised. They don t try and sell you on unnecessary things and are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I couldn t be more pleased with my experience at Integrity Automotive. I own a 1997 Pontiac Firebird and needed some preventative maintenance along with a new exhaust system installed. I had been looking for a reputable mechanic near me, and I struck gold with them. Their service was inexpensive, thorough, and detailed. Took my 2015 Impala in after a code popped up for Emissions failure. They answered the phone fast and had quick availability. They ran a diagnosis and quoted me approx $550 for a Purge Valve a few other things. Because the part didn't come in right away I picked the car up and brought it to Auto Science in Channahon. They confirmed the same issues, so reassured me Integrity wasn't lying. Autoscience charged me $345 and had it done in the same day. Even after paying Integrity the $150 for a diagnostics, it was still cheaper to go with Autoscience.No issues with the people or customer care at Integrity, they'll do the job well but save your money and call around.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The name says it all, local family business with Integrity! They care about their customers and go above and beyond in the service they provide. I went in for an oil change and had no idea that there was a cabin filter. After seeing mine, that had not been changed in the 6 years I've owned my vehicle, I had to get it replaced. Very fair and honest pricing. The dealer I had been taking my car to never mentioned the existence of a cabin filter because it is hard to get to. We've also gone in with issues with my daughters car and they gave us recall information so we would not waste money on something that was a known manufacturer problem. I just picked up my vehicle and couldn t be any happier. These guys are great. Craig kept me updated on the repairs. They were really fair on the price and the owner took the time to come over and thank me for my business. I will definitely be back.

I would give zero stars if I could! Stay farrrr away if you want to stay safe in your vehicle.Terrible business that doesn t take accountability for their work. It s ironic that they have integrity in their name. They almost killed my husband by incorrectly putting in parts that they replaced. When we called, because the part was still within warranty, they said their guys do NOT make any mistakes and in no way is this their fault. They couldn t even give an apology. The manager was very rude, raising his voice at me, while I stayed calm. The owner took over, but still didn t apologize and took zero accountability.They blamed it on the part itself and gave us the number for the warranty company, saying it was the manufacture s fault. The warranty company said it was the mechanic s (integrity automotive s) fault. When inspected by another mechanic, he too said it was integrity auto s fault. I would never go here or recommend them to anyone. Luckily this happened in our driveway and not when my husband was out driving.

I've been taking our vehicles to Integrity for years. Relative to the dealerships that I used to visit, the Integrity people will get your car fixed right the first time, they're great to work with, and their costs are quite reasonable. If you're looking for a cappuccino and a muffin while you wait then go elsewhere. But if you want your vehicle repaired by people that know what they're doing and can be trusted, then Integrity is the place!

For any type of car, Integrity Automotive provides the best service you can find. They are very honest, transparent, and they stand behind their word. I have worked with lots of dealerships and car repair outlets, but Integrity Auto is my gold standard. These guys are the best there is, no matter what type of car you drive. Highly recommend them to anybody.

One of the best service Centers we have ever been, we broke down travelling trough the states. And they were so friendly fair and helpful! Very honest people! Can recommend 10/10
