Just recently purchased the Raptor xdx Hustler 54-inch,, very pleased with the mark Hartmann at Hartmann Turf and Tractor,,, they have financing!!! 0 interest rate,, if you qualify,, very happy with the Hustler and its performance,,,, I will definitely be going back... after using the Hustler this is what kind of lines it is putting in my yard with the tall fescue no line maker just high lift blades that come with the machine,,, very impressed with it!!!

Great salesmanship, not pushy and very informative. Very knowledgeable about their products and can point out the differences between different models. Filled up the tank and started it for me to see how it goes. I will definitely be back for future purchases and service. A+++

Picked a clean used tractor from Hartmann, the staff was very accommodating. Mark was very knowledgeable, Scott did an excellent job seeing the transaction through to completion. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Hartmann again. Good folks there. Thanks again.

In the Spring of 2013, we purchased a Mahindra 50 hrs tractor (with implements over $27,000) from Mike, and received courteous service and a nice price. In the Spring of 2014, we submitted a very minor warranty claim, and were told that the warranty did not apply. OK, we fixed it ourselves, after some great advice from the service department. The service folks have been professional and helpful.

I purchased an Echo trimmer during Hartmann's Echo Open House Day. They had a great selection and a great price. Sales were friendly and knowledgeable. My nephew also purchased a trimmer that day. I highly recommend Hartmann Farm supply.

As a professional in the lawncare industry I highly recommend hartmann farm supply. They sold me my first mower entering the business 5 years ago and have always been very knowledgeable on parts and repairs between Justin, Bill and Mark in parts and service theres no problem to big. Ive purchased both new and used mowers from Ryan and they performed as promised. My most recent purchase this October was a billy goat leaf vac. I had to deal with another saleman named mike due to Ryan being out of town. The product was delivered in a few days as promised and has really allowed me to make the most of fall clean up profits. Only complaint I could have is there false advertisement for orange soda when the machine spits out grape!

Unfriendly service, small potatoes in comparison to other dealers. Lawn mowers & weed whips appear to be their main source of revenue. The Baldwin, IL store shut down!?
