We drove in a few hours from out of state to look at a truck. We found Dave to be amicable and honest. He addressed concerns I had with the vehicle. I was also pleasantly surprised by the limited warranty offered on the truck. That showed Village Auto takes care of vehicles they sell to potential buyers. The buying process was straight forward and with ease. We left the auto dealer lot confidently satisfied with the truck, transaction, and Village Auto Outlet. Much is appreciated -- thank you.

Very helpful. Answered all my questions was very knowledgeable. One thing that really impressed me was they aren t pressing you to make a decision. Was allowed to take vehicle home for the day. Gave me a chance to do a good look over and decide what I wanted to do.

I was in the market for a truck for the purpose of some light duty hauling (mostly toys). Village Auto had a few different options that fit my needs and budget.Mr. Underwood was very helpful and quick to get me set up for test drives on a couple of different options. He was also not tagging along on the test drive like other salesmen, so I didn't feel pressured while trying to get a feel for the car to ensure everything was in working order. He was also helpful in walking me through all of the steps to get the car purchased and get me on the road. I personally have only purchased through larger dealerships who generally just do all of the steps for you, so it was nice to have him answering all of my questions to make me comfortable in the purchasing process.Which leads to my only complaint. Village Auto does not offer trades or financing. They have some recommendations for financing through a couple of different credit unions and are more than willing to help collect all the necessary documents to keep the process moving. But it is a bit of a hassle to have to work with a third party and deal with the runaround of getting your own financing.All in all, I enjoyed my experience with Village Auto and will keep them in mind for future budget friendly auto purchases.

If your in the market for a good quality used car this is your place. My options from cars to trucks. Made our buying experience awesome with the no pressure buying process. Dave was an excellent and knowledgeable salesman. If your in the market look them up! Ask for Dave.

Visited and talked to Dave 4 times before making a purchase. Dave never pressured us and was always willing to answer questions and let us look at the cars. Hassle free and great value for my trade in. Very much preferred over big sales lot. Highly recommend!

Dave is a very nice guy I bought a 2011 Toyota Rav4 everything about the vehicle is great I've had it for about a year now still running perfectly fine only thing I really have to give Dave grief for his stubbornness to negotiate price he would not budge much on price the car had almost 150,000 miles and the right mirror was not adjusting he fixed it and a few days later after getting the car it stopped working again I didn't bother notifying him about it because of another problem I had when I gave him the check it's almost as if I didn't exist I was waiting for the plates and two others gentleman had stopped on the lot to look at another vehicle he instead of waiting for our business to be wrapped up decided to go help these other gentlemen who arrived moments before the plates had arrived, I was impatient and grabbed the plates and paperwork and drove off I got a call 15 minutes later explaining there were some additional documents I needed to sign it would have been nice to know that before I had drove off the lot if he would have just talked with me a few more minutes and explained that more clearly instead of having me sit there for 20 plus minutes twirling my thumbs wondering if there was anything else he needed me to do other than this I appreciate Dave for putting me back on the road with a car I love he just needs to work on prioritizing customers a simple "Hello gentlemen, I am working with another customer here we're just about to wrap things up can you give me a few minutes?" than no response at all.

I m so extremely upset. My husband and father came to look at a Ram and pay in cash on Saturday, Dave was the salesperson. Around 99% of the process Dave came back asking for $131 more in fees, my husband w asked for it to be taken off the price tag and Dave came back with my husbands full payment in cash and told him to never come back!!!! My father was going to purchase a truck that day as well in full but after this?! FORGET IT! cannot wait to tell everyone I know NEVER to deal with this company if this is how they act towards customers.

Had a great experience purchasing a car at village auto. Dave is amazing to work with and very accommodating. He was able to hold the car I was interested in while I figured out financing, which took almost a week. I highly recommend this place for purchasing your next used vehicle.

I bought a car here exactly one month ago. I worked with the salesman who's name I believe was Dave. He was very helpful and not overbearing or pushy, which I appreciated. He answered questions and was friendly. I bought the car, then 2 weeks later the check engine light comes on, get it checked out and it was a transmission pressure switch and was quoted $900 for the fix. I bought the car with no warranty..bad luck..right? Well I called Dave and he talked to his boss who then agreed to cover the cost of the fix. I am so grateful that I bought a car from such a great company. I highly recommend!

Dave was a huge help as soon as we came into the dealership. He came to greet us as soon as we pulled up and didn t feel pressured to buying a car and helped us step by step through the process. explained everything well for our first time. recommend us to marine credit union and Jane was a huge help & went above and beyond to explain everything step by step, the recommendations for credit union was a 5/5. so thank you for your help.

Dave is a great guy drove here from Austin MN for a truck and definitely do not regret it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and all around good guy. Not your typical car lot that's for sure

I saw a car on their website that caught my attention but when I went to the dealership I was a day late and a buck short--so Dave helped me out in my search for a new vehicle by directing my attention to the car I brought home today. I was interested in buying a vehicle had the money; however, had debit card or wire transfer because I don't have a check book and don't go around with 6,500 cash. They didn't want to accept my payment method even when I offered to pay the fee that the bank would charge them. The guy just said it was too complicated and a hazel. I took my business else where. Went to Greenbriar Motors and they are great even gave me a discount!

Very nice guy, tried negotiating on the price but wouldn t budge from taking $500 off. Settled for paying $9,400 which now I m thinking I paid too much for the issues I ve been having. I m guessing I might have to get a new transmission (he failed to mention any transmission issues). I m also probably going to have to get the sensors reset/fixed because the gas gauge has been acting up (he failed to mention that). The rear park aid does not work (he claimed he knew nothing about that). Some of the sensors have been acting up - such as sensors on passenger side detecting something when there s nothing there - this goes back to having to get the sensors reset. Also, airbag light just randomly turns on for whatever reason. Now I just found out today that the roof is leaking in two spots (he failed to mention that). I still love the car, but considering everything going on with the car, I don t think I should ve paid what I did for it. Maybe it s just random bad luck on my end but I will not be returning.

I've heard good things about Village outlet and found a car that I liked. Didn't feel pressured at all, Dave was nice and informative and answered all my questions. The process was smooth and easy. Would recommend!

The gentleman that sold us our SUV style Lexus, we were able to pay cash for. The prices are very cheap but they are in top shape. I so love my car and I'm pretty sure they might have what your looking for. Give them a call.

Sold us a lemon car. Never got a code for the car, rear sensors don t work, the windshield leaks it had to have been replaced because it was never properly sealed and only wanted us to drive the car for 15min.
