We have serviced our jeep here twice. They are awesome to deal with. The second time, we knew something major was wrong with the jeep but another shop was unable to diagnose it. Took it into Hughes and they gave us a prioritized list of repairs (only 3) and assisted us with different pricing options. They were very good at explaining all of the issues and our options. The jeep is now fixed, despite another shop claiming they couldn t find anything wrong (it was shaking severely).

Small businesses take care of their customers, had my vehicle in to a major chain to do muffler work and they apparently cover the hole in pipe with a clamp, well it wasn't long before it rusted past that clamp and had same problem. Hughes welded the hole, I'm confident it will last longer than a few months this time. They go through a thorough inspection of vehicle front to back and let me know any issues that are urgent and also any that can wait. They've been a great place to fix tires also, reasonable prices too. Nice that they had time before the holidays to get my vehicle in. Will definitely go back for any service needed in the future. I was in a bind late one Friday afternoon and Hughes Tire really came through for me! I had just picked my son up from daycare when a low tire pressure sensor came on. I live 20 miles out from town so I was hesitant to try to get home without knowing what the issue was. I drove over to Hughes Tire and they quickly found a piece of sharp metal that had punctured my tire. Despite it being minutes away from closing up shop, two of their employees kindly removed the metal and put in a plug. I was so thankful because I had just purchased new tires a few months ago. I will be bringing all future business to Hughes Tire!

We went in for a tire repair on the vehicle. This was by far the best service. Every employee there went above and beyond to assist. I would highly recommend this place.

Have my 2004 Honda Element here for service today. I absolutely love this place. Have been bringing my vehicles here for many years and they always take very good care of both my Honda Element and my Honda Civic!!! Highly recommend their great service

Honestly.....havent been here in forever. But a recent issue with my dealers service department reminds me of how good Hughs really is. They do wonderful work and have NEVER tried to once upsell anything. Probably one of the best independent shops in the qc area.Had to get new set of tires, and considering what "Biden inflation"has done. Hughes quoted me a fair price, and as always did great work. No upsell and quick, accurate work.

I had a battle with a pot hole and the pot hole won. Ruined my tire, I stopped in Hughes Tire & Brake this morning and they were so very helpful. By 4pm this afternoon, they had found a replacement tire, mounted it and put it back on my car. What great service, fast, courteous and reasonably priced. I'll definitely recommend Hughes to anyone. Thank you Hughes, you have my business from now on.

Would recommend Hughes to anyone! Family owned and operated. Great customer service. They will never steer you wrong and if they make a mistake they will own it and take care of it. Best auto repair in QC in my opinion.

Stopped in from out of town with a damaged tire completely unannounced 7 minutes before they were set to close for the day. Staff was extremely polite, stayed late ON A MONDAY and fixed our tire quickly and at a fair price. Thank you so much!

I m newer to the area and I could not have been more pleased with my experience here. They did excellent and fast work, were upfront and transparent with the cost, and honored a free alignment I had with firestone even though that technically is not part of their usual contract with firestone. I feel so much safer in my car now and have great peace of mind knowing i have a place I can go to I trust. They also have a warranty on the parts and work at no additional charge. I live in Moline and most definitely recommend the quick drive over to Milan for their fast, friendly, fair priced work!

This place was amazing. They have me a fair quote. They took me to my car and showed me various things and answered all the questions that I had. The front desk dude was super polite and chill. Will take my stuff to them from now on even though it's a 40min drive.

Great tire selection & service! If you're in need of a hard-to-find tire don't even bother looking elsewhere Hughes has the most tires available in the QC area and a lifesaver for hard-to-find trailer tires. - Just one visit has made me a customer for life.

You will not find better people than at Hughes. I don't take my car anywhere else (usually to the East Moline shop, but Milan is equally amazing). They are straightforward, honest, and fairly priced. They stand behind their work and will do anything to make it right with their customers.

Wife had her VW worked on there and we also get tires from them. So far everything we ve had done has been good and not BS customer service. They do what you ask and nothing else is my experience.

This business took my car in for brake line repair after having to be hauled there due to extremely scarey brake failure, while going thru traffic light intersection...they were very pleasant, diagnosed the failure fix and exceeded their repair timeline by 2 days...my brakes are tight now and am extremely relieved, naturally, and grateful...thank you, thank you

I broke a serpentine belt I called them they got me in right away and install the new belt they also check to make sure that my lights work and went through the other stuff that needs to be repaired thank you for getting me back on the road right away Tom from a complete maintenance repair Incorporated
