Gave this place a shot! Won t go back! They didn t even change my oil filter! You have to go through the wheel well to access my filter which they didn t! I got fresh oil that s it! No fluids were checked! Tires air not checked! They advertise cleaning the engine bay that wasn t done. They literally drained my oil and put fresh in! And now I smell it burning because they probably spilled it! I ll never go back! I hate talking bad about small businesses but if you don t do what you advertised then don t advertise it! Now I m going to have to go somewhere else so I can get a new oil filter! Worst oil change ever!***Edit went to my normal oil change shop directly after this horrible oil change. The filter wasn t changed! The oil was dirty! So this place is doing nothing! They re putting used oil back in vehicles!!! On Facebook they re calling me a liar and when shown proof of pics as I was having oil changed which are both time stamped and geotagging! Completely ripped off!!!! Now I know why they run these specials just ripping people off to get money! STAY AWAY!!!! Don t go here!!!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had for an oil change. Excellent / Fast service. Excellent price-wise - especially if you follow them on Facebook and get the coupons.If you are in the area and need a quick oil change, I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

I went in to get an oil change because I saw their special for this month and they did everything the ad said they would do for the great deal of only $35! Not only did they change my oil super fast, but they made sure the other fluids were good and aired up the tires! I've never gone to a place where you didn't even have to get out of your vehicle before and they made it a wonderful experience from the second I pulled into the lot! They were very knowledgeable and their communication with me was phenomenal! It seriously didn't even feel like a full 10 minutes before they had me all set and ready to go! I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much Dom and Van! You guys are amazing!

Employees were extremely nice, helpful, and went above and beyond. I was quickly in and out, price was as advertised. Very enjoyable, as far as oil changes go!

Went for an oil change today and I know for a fact the oil filter has to be changed through the wheel well. It wasn t even attempted! I questioned the oil and asked if it was in fact full synthetic? The guy smirked and said yep! That was a huge red flag! So I also noticed the air pressure on tires were not checked and none of the fluids were checked as the guy just sat scrolling on his phone! They had me in for a total of 5 min. Without resetting my oil life and didn t bother directing me out of the bay upon exiting! I knew I wasn t crazy as I ve owned this vehicle for a few years and drive it a lot! I went to my normal oil change place directly afterwards and asked them to look! Behold they didn t change the filter as it was the same one my normal place had put on. At that point I asked if they could do a real oil change as I didn t trust Costas guys! They did and also let me know they put dirty oil back in my truck! What a scam! I m seriously contemplating a police report! This place should be shut down!!!!!

10 minutes in and out! Creat customer service from Adam and Braxton. Why have I been paying more than double at other places? Take your car in and save some of that hard earned money!

I bought a Groupon for an oil change here. I hav been here 3 times now within their hours of operation and all three times they are not here to fix my car. Their phone automatically turns off so you can t send a voicemail and the OPEN sign is on?! I don t understand and I m very upset.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got my oil changed here and had a great experience! I went during the $25 oil change special. I told them I was traveling to Iowa City and they made sure everything was top notch. I definitely won't be going to Take 5 (like we always did.) I love how I didn't get questioned about everything or pressured to buy things. Customer service was great! Loyalty card was a perk! Got my oil changed 12/16. Amazing experience. Great customer service from both Ryan and Jacob. Conversation flowed easily, and I didn t get the usual it s a chick so she s dumb feeling/attitude that comes from a lot of shop guys. They had been so slammed that day and hadn t even been able to take a lunch yet (this was at 2 something that afternoon) so, I bought them a pizza. You pay for the service you receive. And it was great.Fast forward, 12/21 I ve noticed some leakage in the area of my oil pan/filter. It s getting worse so I m taking it back up to them tomorrow (12/22). I don t know if the filter was just bad and didn t seal properly or what but I m hoping it s something simple and an easy fix. This doesn t deter from my initial experience and hope tomorrow will be just as great as the first visit.Service: Oil change

The employees at the Milan location were very welcoming and were great at guiding me to where I needed to go for my oil change. The two guys that did my oil change were awesome! Took less than 10 minutes and they also made sure I got the best price that I could and told me where to find a coupon that I could use. Was very impressed, as my first visit to this chain store , the employees were top notch and treated you like it was their private business and will treat you fair and want your repeat business. Will be a return customer and recommend them to anyone. They even tried to help me out with an issue that wasn t their problem, free of charge. More like 5 minute oil change! Stayed in car, and was out very quick. Also Ryan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great place to get an oil change! They also did the 18 point inspection, checked tire pressure, fluid levels ect. Overall great
